Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂5‑20份、酚醛改性环氧树脂5‑20份、饱和聚酯固体树脂10‑40份、氯醋树脂4‑10份、颜料5‑10份、有机溶剂40‑50份、分散剂0.5‑2份、防沉剂0.5‑2份、消泡剂0.5‑2份和抗静电剂0.5‑2份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯45‑65份、乙酸丙酯8‑15份、松节油2‑5份。本发明的印刷效果好,具有良好的适应性,所用的溶剂无毒性,在油墨生产过程和印刷过程中,不会由于溶剂的挥发而对生产工人造成身体伤害,并且能够适用于弹性体,减少弹性体印刷时的不良品率,抗静电剂的使用也使本发明具有了一定的抗静电性。

Description

一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨领域,特别是涉及一种适应性好溶剂无毒性的适用于弹性体的印刷油墨。
背景技术
随着社会的发展与进步,人们对生活质量和生活舒适度的关注越来越高,对于印刷产品的质量要求也越来越严格,不仅需要印刷品本身具有非常好的印刷效果,而且对于印刷所用油墨,应尽可能的减少其对于周围环境和人身产生的不良危害,尤其在油墨生产过程和印刷过程中,一些溶剂的使用会对两者的生产工人造成伤害。另外,由于热塑性弹性体具有良好的外观质感,触感温和,已经被广泛应用与手机、电脑等大量电子产品的外壳,但是普通油墨在此类材料上很难涂装,附着力差。传统方法是在底涂上先印刷上油墨,烘干后再喷涂一层弹性体,这样不良品率较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,适应性好且溶剂无毒性并能适用于弹性体。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂5-20份、酚醛改性环氧树脂5-20份、饱和聚酯固体树脂10-40份、氯醋树脂4-10份、颜料5-10份、有机溶剂40-50份、分散剂0.5-2份、防沉剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-2份和抗静电剂0.5-2份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯45-65份、乙酸丙酯8-15份、松节油2-5份。
进一步的是,所述分散剂为乙烯丙烯酸共聚物。
进一步的是,所述防沉剂为聚烯烃蜡微粒。
进一步的是,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
进一步的是,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的印刷效果好,具有良好的适应性,所用的溶剂无毒性,在油墨生产过程和印刷过程中,不会由于溶剂的挥发而对生产工人造成身体伤害,并且能够适用于弹性体,减少弹性体印刷时的不良品率,抗静电剂的使用也使本发明具有了一定的抗静电性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂13份、酚醛改性环氧树脂12份、饱和聚酯固体树脂22份、氯醋树脂8份、颜料7份、有机溶剂44份、分散剂1.2份、防沉剂1.3份、消泡剂1.2份和抗静电剂1.3份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯53份、乙酸丙酯12份、松节油3份。
实施例2:
一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂5份、酚醛改性环氧树脂20份、饱和聚酯固体树脂10份、氯醋树脂10份、颜料10份、有机溶剂50份、分散剂0.5份、防沉剂2份、消泡剂0.5份和抗静电剂2份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯45份、乙酸丙酯15份、松节油5份。
实施例3:
一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂20份、酚醛改性环氧树脂5份、饱和聚酯固体树脂40份、氯醋树脂4份、颜料5份、有机溶剂40份、分散剂2份、防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂2份和抗静电剂0.5份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯65份、乙酸丙酯8份、松节油2份。
上述油墨的制备方法如下:将乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、松节油按一定比例放入容器中搅拌制成有机溶剂,然后按比例加入聚氨酯改性环氧树脂、酚醛改性环氧树脂、饱和聚酯固体树脂和氯醋树脂搅拌后得到混合溶液,再加入颜料和分散剂搅拌混合后在研磨机上研磨至5微米以下,再加入消泡剂和抗静电剂继续搅拌后过滤得到成品。

1.一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,其特征在于,按质量份数各组份分别为:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂5-20份、酚醛改性环氧树脂5-20份、饱和聚酯固体树脂10-40份、氯醋树脂4-10份、颜料5-10份、有机溶剂40-50份、分散剂0.5-2份、防沉剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.5-2份和抗静电剂0.5-2份;所述有机溶液,按质量份数计,包括:乙酸乙酯45-65份、乙酸丙酯8-15份、松节油2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述分散剂为乙烯丙烯酸共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述防沉剂为聚烯烃蜡微粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于弹性体的印刷油墨,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠。
