本发明公开了一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带,按照质量百分比包括以下成份:高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%;以及公开了一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:1)按照质量百分比将高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%的混合物加入高速混料机中,经过挤出机挤出;2)在真空定径箱中,由推压机在设置滴头的区域推出褶皱结构。采用上述技术方案,能够保证滴灌带质量,显著提升了滴灌带的使用寿命,并且对水温和环境温度没有苛刻的使用要求。

Description

一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带及其制造方法,属于节水滴灌带技术领域。
背景技术
滴灌带是以聚乙烯为主要原料,通过添加炭黑、PPA多功能母料等各种辅料制备而成,具有拉伸强度好、阻燃、耐腐蚀、电绝缘性能等优点,例如中国专利文献CN201082403Y公开的一种地埋式滴灌带。但是通常的滴灌带在滴头部分较薄,导致具有容易开裂的缺点。于是例如中国专利文献CN201768643U公开的一种滴灌带内镶片状滴头,但该种结构的滴灌带其使用范围和使用条件有较大限制,同时生产工艺也较为繁琐,成本较高。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种能够防止滴灌带的滴头部分开裂的聚乙烯滴灌带及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带,按照质量百分比包括以下成份:高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%。
所述防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带包括输水管以及滴头,所述滴头设置于所述输水管上,并且所述输水管的设置有所述滴头的区域为褶皱区。
所述PPA加工助剂是吉和多功能色母粒PE9199。
一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照质量百分比将高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%的混合物加入高速混料机中,经过挤出机挤出;
2)在真空定径箱中,由推压机在设置滴头的区域推出褶皱结构。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带以及制造方法,通过合理设置各组分配比,增强了滴灌带的强度,使其不易破损;另外,在输水管的设置有滴头的区域形成褶皱区,褶皱区的结构也能大大提高材质强度,相比于现有技术中的内镶片状滴头,大大缩减了成本,保证了滴灌带质量,显著提升了滴灌带的使用寿命,并且对水温和环境温度没有苛刻的使用要求。

以下通过附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本实施例提供一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带,按照质量百分比包括以下成份:高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%。
如图1所示,所述防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带包括输水管1以及滴头2,所述滴头2设置于所述输水管1上,并且所述输水管1的设置有所述滴头2的区域为褶皱区3。
所述PPA加工助剂是吉和多功能色母粒PE9199。
一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照质量百分比将高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%的混合物加入高速混料机中,经过挤出机挤出;
2)在真空定径箱中,由推压机在设置滴头的区域推出褶皱结构。
表1为防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带与普通滴灌带防开裂能力的对比。

通过表1对两滴灌带的对比可以看出,本发明所制造的防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带其防开裂效果比普通滴灌带更好。由于设置了褶皱区,此种防开裂滴灌带可以有效防止因水温和使用环境温度之间存在较大差别而导致的热胀冷缩现象而使滴头部分开裂,而仅仅是引起褶皱区内的褶皱深浅或密集度的变化而已。
显然,上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

1.一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带,其特征在于:按照质量百分比包括以下成份:高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%;所述防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带包括输水管以及滴头,所述滴头设置于所述输水管上,并且所述输水管的设置有所述滴头的区域为褶皱区。
2.如权利要求1所述的防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带,其特征在于:所述PPA加工助剂是吉和多功能色母粒PE9199。
3.一种防滴头部分开裂聚乙烯滴灌带的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)按照质量百分比将高密度聚乙烯49%、低密度聚乙烯23%、线性低密度聚乙烯25%、炭黑2.5%、PPA多功能母料0.5%的混合物加入高速混料机中,经过挤出机挤出;
2)在真空定径箱中,由推压机在设置滴头的区域推出褶皱结构。
