本发明涉及高压电瓷的生产技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种高压电瓷修补剂的制造及其使用方法,制造方法是:按重量用1份的AV138环氧树脂和0.4~0.6份的HV998固化剂混合即可;所述的调色使用铁红(Fe2O3)和二氧化锰(MnO2)和修补剂主体混合,调到和产品釉色基本一致;使用是:a、对缺釉电瓷表面擦洗干净后用丙酮进行擦拭两遍;b、待上述擦拭部位干燥后,将上述修补剂涂抹在擦拭部位,涂抹的表面要求平整光滑;c、涂抹的表面用灯烤或用热吹风机加热,待20‑26小时后即可,这样的制造方法具有制造简便、成本低廉的优点,使用这修补剂具有易于操作、修补效果好、无毒无味的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压电瓷的生产技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种高压电瓷修补剂的制造及其使用方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,高压电瓷如果少许破损,在不影响产品性能情况下可以继续使用,但是破损部分影响其美观,在影响产品性能的情况下就不能用了,由于高压电瓷每一件价格较大,弃之可惜。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点,提供一种可以对高压电瓷轻微的破损部分进行修补的修补剂的制造方法,还提供这种修补剂的使用方法。
一种高压电瓷修补剂的制造方法是这样实现的:它包括制造修补剂主体和调色,所述的制造修补剂主体的制造方法是:按重量用1份的AV138环氧树脂和0.4~0.6份的HV998固化剂混合即可;所述的调色使用铁红(Fe2O3)和二氧化锰(MnO2)和修补剂主体混合,调到和产品釉色基本一致即可。
这种修补剂的使用方法是这样实现的:
a、对缺釉电瓷表面擦洗干净后用丙酮进行擦拭两遍;
b、待上述擦拭部位干燥后,将上述修补剂涂抹在擦拭部位,涂抹的表面要求平整光滑;
c、涂抹的表面用灯烤或用热吹风机加热,待20-26小时后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:这样的制造方法具有制造简便、成本低廉的优点,使用这种修补剂具有易于操作、修补效果好、无毒无味的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1取100克的AV138环氧树脂和40克的HV998固化剂混合制成修补剂主体140克;要修补的瓷套颜色较重,将8克的铁红(Fe2O3)和7克的二氧化锰(MnO2)和修补剂主体混合制成和瓷套相同的颜色。使用上述修补剂对破损的瓷套进行修补,按以下步骤:a、对缺釉电瓷表面擦洗干净后用丙酮进行擦拭两遍;b、待上述擦拭部位干燥后,将上述修补剂涂抹在擦拭部位,涂抹的表面要求平整光滑;c、涂抹的表面用灯烤加热,待20小时后即可。修补的表面粘接牢固,产品能够正常使用。

1.一种高压电瓷修补剂的制造方法,它包括制造修补剂主体和调色,所述的制造修补剂主体的制造方法是:按重量用1份的AV138环氧树脂和0.4~0.6份的HV998固化剂混合即可;
所述的调色使用铁红(Fe2O3)和二氧化锰(MnO2)和修补剂主体混合,调到和产品釉色基本一致即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征是:所述的按重量用1份的AV138环氧树脂和0.5份的HV998固化剂混合即可。
3.一种使用上述修补剂修补高压电瓷的方法,包括以下步骤:a、对缺釉电瓷表面擦洗干净后,用丙酮进行擦拭两遍;b、待上述擦拭部位干燥后,将上述修补剂涂抹在擦拭部位,涂抹的表面要求平整光滑;c、涂抹的表面用灯烤或用热吹风机加热,待20-26小时后即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是:所述的加热时间为24小时。
