本发明公开了一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:A料40-50、B料50-60;所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:酮醛树脂40-50、扩散剂NNO1-2、氧化铍2-4、乌洛托品0.3-0.5、纳米硅藻土粉1-2、过氧化二叔丁基1-2、纳米二氧化钛2-4、沸石粉2-5、山犁糖醇酯1-2、二甲基硅油3-5;本发明的散热涂料具有高降温性,使用方便,用来降低玻璃灯具等的表面温度,达到降温的效果,含有纳米硅藻土等无机原料与其余原料合理配合,协同作用,起到更佳的保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及散热涂料领域,确切地说是一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料。
背景技术
散热涂料是一种提高物体表面的散热效率,降低体系温度的特种涂料现有散热涂料功能单一,无法满足人们的多种需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
A料40-50、B料50-60;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:
酮醛树脂40-50、扩散剂NNO1-2、氧化铍2-4、乌洛托品0.3-0.5、纳米硅藻土粉1-2、过氧化二叔丁基1-2、纳米二氧化钛2-4、沸石粉2-5、山犁糖醇酯1-2、二甲基硅油3-5;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:
E-12环氧树脂40-50,竹碳粉1-2,硬脂酸1-2、柠檬酸1-2,氮化铝1-2、稀土元素氧化物1-2、胺类固化剂0.5-1、环氧亚麻油1.5-2.0、抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.8、硅烷偶联剂KH560 2-3.5、丙二醇40-60、纳米碳1-2;
所述的一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将A料各原料混合均匀,加热至50-60℃,在600-700r/min的速度下搅拌反应30-40分钟,得A料备用;
(2)将B料各原料混合均匀,加热至55-60℃,在900-1000r/min的速度下搅拌反应20-40分钟,得B料备用;
(3)将A料、B料按重量份混合搅拌均匀,研磨至50-60μm时后,即得。
施工时,散热涂料喷涂施工,在60℃下烘干1 小时,即可成膜,制成80-100μm 散热涂层。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的散热涂料具有高降温性,使用方便,用来降低玻璃灯具等的表面温度,达到降温的效果,含有纳米硅藻土等无机原料与其余原料合理配合,协同作用,起到更佳的保护作用。
具体实施方式
一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
A料50、B料60;
所述的A料由下述重量kg的原料制得:
酮醛树脂50、扩散剂NNO2、氧化铍2、乌洛托品0.5、纳米硅藻土粉2、过氧化二叔丁基2、纳米二氧化钛2、沸石粉2、山犁糖醇酯1、二甲基硅油3;
所述的B料由下述重量kg的原料制得:
。化剂1、环氧亚麻油1.5、抗氧剂1010 0.8、硅烷偶联剂KH560 3.5、丙二醇60、纳米碳2;
所述的一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将A料各原料混合均匀,加热至60℃,在700r/min的速度下搅拌反应40分钟,得A料备用;
(2)将B料各原料混合均匀,加热至55℃,在900r/min的速度下搅拌反应20分钟,得B料备用;
(3)将A料、B料按重量份混合搅拌均匀,研磨至50-60μm时后,即得。
将实施例制得的散热涂料直接喷涂于经过清洗干净的玻璃灯具上,得到下述实验数据:
耐温测试:烘箱烘烤210 ℃/3h 后,烘箱烘烤145 ℃/15 天后玻璃灯具上涂料色泽无明显变化;
抗紫外线测试:紫外线照射4.2h,涂料不脱粉不发黄,在135 ℃和270W 紫外光辐照条件下人工加速老化试验,耐老化时间5340 小时;
耐温高温280℃,粘结剪切力21.2MPa,导热系数322W/(m·K)。

1.一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
A料40-50、B料50-60;
所述的A料由下述重量份的原料制得:
酮醛树脂40-50、扩散剂NNO1-2、氧化铍2-4、乌洛托品0.3-0.5、纳米硅藻土粉1-2、过氧化二叔丁基1-2、纳米二氧化钛2-4、沸石粉2-5、山犁糖醇酯1-2、二甲基硅油3-5;
所述的B料由下述重量份的原料制得:
E-12环氧树脂40-50,竹碳粉1-2,硬脂酸1-2、柠檬酸1-2,氮化铝1-2、稀土元素氧化物1-2、胺类固化剂0.5-1、环氧亚麻油1.5-2.0、抗氧剂1010 0.5-0.8、硅烷偶联剂KH560 2-3.5、丙二醇40-60、纳米碳1-2;
根据权利要求1所述的一种含有纳米硅藻土的散热涂料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将A料各原料混合均匀,加热至50-60℃,在600-700r/min的速度下搅拌反应30-40分钟,得A料备用;
(2)将B料各原料混合均匀,加热至55-60℃,在900-1000r/min的速度下搅拌反应20-40分钟,得B料备用;
(3)将A料、B料按重量份混合搅拌均匀,研磨至50-60μm时后,即得。
