Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，用于在开车间隙使用，更加方便和隐蔽，不影响车身整体结构，使得驾驶过程更为安全。为了实现所述目的，本发明一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，包括安装在仪表盘上的控制板，包括所述控制板安装在一个托架上，所述托架底部固定在一个可锁定的万向节上，所述万向节连接在一个伸缩杆上，所述伸缩杆连接到仪表盘内部的驱动电机上。通过这样的设置，本发明一种汽车行车辅助控制装置在停车时可以将控制面板送到驾驶员最为舒适的位置，而在行驶时感应到仪表盘的转动而自动收回，不会影响行驶安全。整个回收动作完全自动完成，不需要驾驶员分心。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车控制装置，尤其涉及一种汽车行车辅助控制装置。
背景技术
随着技术的发展，都市中汽车的应用越来越广泛，但是由于电子产品的普及，驾驶已经不限于观察前方，而是要配合各种导航设备。为了安放导航设备，现有技术中也有各种支架。专利号为201020668620.x的实用新型《一种汽车收折式电脑桌》中还涉及一种汽车收折式电脑桌,它由方向盘、电脑桌上靠板、可调方向盘托架、连接铰链、活动桌面组成；尤其以汽车方向盘为支架,有效的利用了汽车方向盘完美的人机角度功能,支撑起的收折式电脑桌也同样具有完美的操作舒适性,其特点在于使用者可以在用电脑工作的同时能方便的操作汽车仪表盘上的各种操作按钮,诸如空调、音响、安全灯光、启动发动机充电等。
但是这样的结构在使用过程中打开会影响驾驶过程，如果设计在汽车中部则不方便观察，而如果设置在接近方向盘一侧则有可能导致影响行驶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，用于在开车间隙使用，更加方便和隐蔽，不影响车身整体结构，使得驾驶过程更为安全。
为了实现所述目的，本发明一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，包括安装在仪表盘上的控制板，包括所述控制板安装在一个托架上，所述托架底部固定在一个可锁定的万向节上，所述万向节连接在一个伸缩杆上，所述伸缩杆连接到仪表盘内部的驱动电机上，所述驱动电机上设有转速传感器，所述仪表盘上设有和托架匹配的安装槽。
优选的，所述托架和可锁定的万向节之间还设有一根高强度柔性连接线，所述连接线穿过伸缩杆，绕接在驱动电机上。这根连接线确保长期使用不会断开。
优选的，汽车的方向盘上设有感应装置，感应装置连接汽车发动机和驱动电机。只有汽车电机启动后，方向盘才能转动，同时托架会自动收回，避免行驶时忘记收回托架导致的问题。
优选的，所述伸缩杆为多段结构，各支段之间均设有固定装置。这样的结构能做出较为复杂的连接姿势，避开其他汽车上的元件，也适合不同体型的驾驶员。
优选的，所述托架上还设有扬声器。尤其是驾驶时，可以通过扬声器语音输出，提高了控制的便利性，也提高了驾驶的安全性。
优选的，所述安装槽表面设有防尘活动门，所述防尘活动门上留有通过伸缩杆的通孔。
优选的，所述控制电机上还设有预设位置记忆存储装置。这样当驾驶员设定一个最佳工作位置时，可以在下次使用时直接进入这个位置，减少了调整磨合的时间。
通过这样的设置，本发明一种汽车行车辅助控制装置在停车时可以将控制面板送到驾驶员最为舒适的位置，而在行驶时感应到仪表盘的转动而自动收回，不会影响行驶安全。整个回收动作完全自动完成，不需要驾驶员分心。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，包括安装在仪表盘上的控制板。控制板单独取下后可以作为PAD使用，安装上去后可以作为汽车仪表辅助显示装置或者导航等使用，用途非常广泛。所述控制板安装在一个托架1上，所述托架1底部固定在一个可锁定的万向节2上，所述万向节2连接在一个伸缩杆3上，所述伸缩杆3连接到仪表盘内部的驱动电机4上，所述驱动电机4上设有转速传感器5，所述仪表盘上设有和托架1匹配的安装槽。
所述托架1和可锁定的万向节2之间还设有一根高强度柔性连接线6，所述连接线6穿过伸缩杆3，绕接在驱动电机4上。汽车的方向盘上设有感应装置，感应装置连接汽车发动机和驱动电机4。汽车不启动时，方向盘无法转动，避免碰到托盘1。所述伸缩杆3为多段结构，各支段之间均设有固定装置。伸缩杆3可以自动收入或者手动收入。自动收入的话整个过程也只需要20秒。所述托架1上还设有扬声器7。
与之对应的是，车身上的所述安装槽表面设有防尘活动门未在图中示意，所述防尘活动门上留有通过伸缩杆3的通孔。所述通孔直径大于伸缩杆3的直径，且通孔四周设有柔性防护垫，所述柔性防护垫的宽度小于伸缩杆3的直径且大于伸缩杆3的半径。所述控制电机上还设有预设位置记忆存储装置。
和现有技术相比，本发明最大的优势在于在停车的时候托盘能定位到一个更合适的位置便于驾驶人员操作和观察。尤其适合于需要制定路线计划或者长时间等人的情况行驶时则自动收入，不影响驾驶。

1.一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，包括安装在仪表盘上的控制板，其特征在于，包括所述控制板安装在一个托架(1)上，所述托架(1)底部固定在一个可锁定的万向节(2)上，所述万向节(2)连接在一个伸缩杆(3)上，所述伸缩杆(3)连接到仪表盘内部的驱动电机(4)上，所述驱动电机(4)上设有转速传感器(5)，所述仪表盘上设有和托架(1)匹配的安装槽。
2.根据权利要求1所一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，其特征在于，所述托架(1)和可锁定的万向节(2)之间还设有一根高强度柔性连接线(6)，所述连接线(6)穿过伸缩杆(3)，绕接在驱动电机(4)上。
3.根据权利要求2所一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，其特征在于，汽车的方向盘上设有感应装置，感应装置连接汽车发动机和驱动电机(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，其特征在于，所述伸缩杆(3)为多段结构，各支段之间均设有固定装置。
5.根据权利要求2所一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，其特征在于，所述托架(1)上还设有扬声器(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车行车辅助控制装置，其特征在于，所述安装槽表面设有防尘活动门，所述防尘活动门上留有通过伸缩杆(3)的通孔。
