种单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括塑料破碎机构、加热融化机构及切粒冷却机构,所述加热融化机构包括料筒及螺杆,所述料筒包括位于内层的筒体及设置在外层的保护壳,所述筒体与保护壳之间设置有保温棉,所述料筒上设置有将塑料送入筒体内的料斗,所述螺杆设置在筒体内,所述螺杆通过动力机构在料筒内旋转,所述料筒的一端设置有挤出模头。本发明设计合理,结构简单,噪声较小且完全实用,输出压力稳定,物料混合均匀,造粒效率较高,且使用寿命较长增强了原料的塑化,减少了晶点的产生,成功解决了三层共挤自粘性保护膜全自动生产线项目中的薄膜晶点问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出机,具体涉及一种单螺杆塑料挤出机。
背景技术
废旧塑料的回收利用和资源化发展,是源于对环境和资源的深刻认识,减少废旧塑料对环境的污染和减少资源浪费是一种生存方式,是利国利民的一件大事,据推算,每利用一吨废旧塑料,与加工原料相比可节约能源85%以上,节约加工费70-80%,相当于节省石油20吨。
废旧塑料再生处理,需要先把废旧塑料经过清洗,干燥然后再用塑料再生造粒机的螺杆挤出机熔融、塑化,挤出成条状,再经过冷却设备冷却,最后采用切粒机切成颗粒,这些颗粒再进过吹塑、注塑、压延等工艺深加工成各种塑料制品。
现有的单螺杆塑料造粒机其设计结构复杂、体积大、生产成本较高,对废旧塑料的输送效率低,剪切热大,塑化效果差,加工效果不好,生产效率低下
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的挤出机设计结构复杂、体积大、生产成本较高,对废旧塑料的输送效率低,剪切热大,塑化效果差,加工效果不好,生产效率低下等技术问题;提供了一种单螺杆塑料挤出机。该挤出机设计合理,结构简单,噪声较小且完全实用;并且输出压力稳定,物料混合均匀,挤出效率较高,且使用寿命较长。
本发明的技术目的通过以下技术方案达到:
一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括塑料破碎机构、加热融化机构及切粒冷却机构,所述加热融化机构包括料筒及螺杆,所述料筒包括位于内层的筒体及设置在外层的保护壳,所述筒体与保护壳之间设置有保温棉,所述料筒上设置有将塑料送入筒体内的料斗,所述螺杆设置在筒体内,所述螺杆通过动力机构在料筒内旋转,所述料筒的一端设置有挤出模头;
所述螺杆包括进料段、压缩段、均化段,进料段为底径不变的等径螺纹段,压缩段由主螺纹和副螺纹组成,主螺纹形成固相槽,副螺纹形成液相槽;均化段的前端为口头螺纹,口头螺纹按相互间隔分开形成为第一六头螺纹输入组和第二六头螺纹输入组,均化段后端为狼牙棒式混炼段;
所述第二六头螺纹输入组的流道由深变浅,所述主螺纹上的固相槽的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹上的液相槽的副螺纹距t2逐步变大要求1所述的一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于,所述第一六头螺纹输入组的流道由浅变深,所述第二六头螺纹输入组的流道由深变浅,所述主螺纹上的固相槽的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹上的液相槽的副螺纹距t2逐步变大;
优选,所述保护壳与筒体之间还设置有铝质散热架,所述铝质散热架包括底板及设置在底板两侧的侧板,所述铝质散热架成螺旋状的绕设在筒体上,与保护壳直接形成过风通道,并在保护壳上开设有进风口及出风口,所述进风口连接有鼓风机。
优选,所述筒体的外部设置有多组电热丝及温度传感器。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.设计合理,结构简单,噪声较小且完全实用;
2.输出压力稳定,物料混合均匀,造粒效率较高,且使用寿命较长;
3.增强了原料的塑化,减少了晶点的产生,成功解决了三层共挤自粘性保护膜全自动生产线项目中的薄膜晶点问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。图中,料筒1、筒体11、保护壳12、螺杆2、动力机构3、料斗4、模头5、加热装置6、温度传感器7、进料段201、压缩段202、均化段203、固相槽204、液相槽205、口头螺纹206、混炼段207、主螺纹208、副螺纹209、第一六头螺纹输入组210、第二六头螺纹输入组211。实施例1
如图1所示,一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括塑料破碎机构、加热融化机构及切粒冷却机构,所述加热融化机构包括料筒1及螺杆2,所述料筒1包括位于内层的筒体11及设置在外层的保护壳12,所述筒体11与保护壳12之间设置有保温棉,所述料筒1上设置有将塑料送入筒体11内的料斗4,所述螺杆2设置在筒体11内,所述螺杆2通过动力机构3在料筒1内旋转,所述料筒1的一端设置有挤出模头5。
本发明的料筒1设置成双层结构,双层结构直接填充有保温材料,能有效的隔热,使得筒体11内的热量散失大大减少,降低整个加热装置8的电能消耗,另一方面,能有效的隔离筒体11的热量向保护壳12传递,操作人员不会直接的接触高温筒体11,安全性能高,结构简单,操作方便,而且使用效果好,大大减少了能量的损耗。
保护壳12与筒体11之间还设置有散热架,所述散热架6包括底板及设置在底板两侧的侧板,所述散热架成螺旋状的绕设在筒体11上,与保护壳12直接形成过风通道,并在保护壳12上开设有进风口及出风口,所述进风口连接有鼓风机7。散热架整体呈“门”形,在于保护壳12配合整体形成一个半封闭的控制,整个散热架成螺旋状的环绕在筒体11上,可以根据该区域的筒体11的具体温度需要来选择合适的缠绕次数及密集度,采用鼓风机往整个散热架内吹风,当丝6的温度不变时,可以更具鼓风机7风力的大小微调整个筒体11的温度,采用这种散热架的方式散热,有效的防止了因为筒体11温度太高,采用保温棉很难迅速快捷的将温度降下的技术问题,保证了生产出产品的成品率。
如图2所示,螺杆包括进料段201、压缩段202、均化段203、混炼段207。
压缩段202采用不等螺距的双头螺纹,构成完全分离的两个输送槽:固相槽204和液相槽205。两槽完全隔离,在螺杆底径上互不连通。固相槽204容积逐步变小,液相槽205容积逐步变大,固相槽204内未塑化好的熔融体不能漏流进入液相槽205,从而提高挤出机的塑化效果。均化段设置为头数12的多头螺纹,相互间在底径上完全分离。螺槽纵向深度渐变交替分布、互不连通。12头螺纹增加了熔体与螺杆的接触面积和剪切次数,提高输送效率的同时进一步改善塑化效果。
混炼段207采用16等分狼牙棒结构形式。将塑化好的熔体进行剪切搅拌,消除塑料弹性的记忆性,对不同组分的塑料熔体进行充分的塑化和均化。
进料段201为底径不变的等径螺纹段,压缩段202由主螺纹208和副螺纹209组成,主螺纹208形成固相槽204,副螺纹209形成液相槽205,固相槽204和液相槽205完全分离。主螺纹208上的固相槽204的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹209上的液相槽205的副螺纹距t2逐步变大。
均化段203为口头的螺纹,按相互间隔分开形成两组六头螺纹,分另是第一六头螺纹输入组210和第二六头螺纹输入组211,第一六头螺纹输入组210的流道由浅变深,第二六头螺纹输入组211的流道由深变浅,两组螺纹提高了输送和剪切塑化效率。

1.一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于,包括塑料破碎机构、加热融化机构及切粒冷却机构,所述加热融化机构包括料筒(1)及螺杆,所述料筒(1)包括位于内层的筒体(11)及设置在外层的保护壳(12),所述筒体(11)与保护壳(12)之间设置有保温棉,所述料筒(1)上设置有将塑料送入筒体(11)内的料斗(4),所述螺杆设置在筒体(11)内,所述螺杆通过动力机构在料筒(1)内旋转,所述料筒(1)的一端设置有挤出模头(5);
所述螺杆包括进料段(201)、压缩段(202)、均化段(203),进料段(201)为底径不变的等径螺纹段,压缩段(202)由主螺纹(208)和副螺纹(209)组成,主螺纹(208)形成固相槽(204),副螺纹(209)形成液相槽(205);均化段(203)的前端为口头螺纹(206),口头螺纹(206)按相互间隔分开形成为第一六头螺纹输入组(210)和第二六头螺纹输入组(211),均化段后端为狼牙棒式混炼段(207);
所述第二六头螺纹输入组(211)的流道由深变浅,所述主螺纹(208)上的固相槽(204)的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹(209)上的液相槽(205)的副螺纹距t2逐步变大要求1所述的一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于,所述第一六头螺纹输入组(210)的流道由浅变深,所述第二六头螺纹输入组(211)的流道由深变浅,所述主螺纹(208)上的固相槽(204)的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹(209)上的液相槽(205)的副螺纹距t2逐步变大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于,所述保护壳与筒体之间还设置有铝质散热架,所述铝质散热架包括底板及设置在底板两侧的侧板,所述铝质散热架成螺旋状的绕设在筒体(11)上,与保护壳(12)直接形成过风通道,并在保护壳(12)上开设有进风口及出风口,所述进风口连接有鼓风机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体(11)的外部设置有多组电热丝(6)及温度传感器(7)。
