本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其是冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。该搅拌机包括电机、机盖、搅拌轴、机体、进料口、出料口和搅拌爪，电机固定在机盖上，搅拌轴尾端穿过机盖固定在电机上，顶端与搅拌爪固定，机盖置于机体开口端，机盖上端设有进料口，机体底端设有出料口，机体内壁粘结连接有塑胶包，塑胶包内注入有冷却液，塑胶包的外侧壁上粘结连接有筒体，筒体为铜制体，该搅拌机能够降低内部过高的温度，保证搅拌质量，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其是冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。
背景技术
粉末涂料搅拌机常用于完成磺化、硝化、氢化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程，许多其他工艺过程的反应设备，现有技术中的搅拌机当外部温度过高时，可能会影响到期内部温度，从而影响搅拌效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有的搅拌机无法控制内部温度的不足，本发明提供了冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机、机盖、搅拌轴、机体、进料口、出料口和搅拌爪，电机固定在机盖上，搅拌轴尾端穿过机盖固定在电机上，顶端与搅拌爪固定，机盖置于机体开口端，机盖上端设有进料口，机体底端设有出料口，机体内壁粘结连接有塑胶包，塑胶包内注入有冷却液，塑胶包的外侧壁上粘结连接有筒体，筒体为铜制体。
本发明的有益效果是，该搅拌机能够降低内部过高的温度，保证搅拌质量，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机1、机盖2、搅拌轴3、机体4、进料口5、出料口6和搅拌爪7，电机1固定在机盖2上，搅拌轴3尾端穿过机盖2固定在电机1上，顶端与搅拌爪7固定，机盖2置于机体4开口端，机盖2上端设有进料口5，机体4底端设有出料口6，机体4内壁粘结连接有塑胶包8，塑胶包8内注入有冷却液，塑胶包8的外侧壁上粘结连接有筒体9，筒体9为铜制体。
首先把物料通过进料口5处投入到机体4内，然后启动电机1，使得电机1带动搅拌爪7进行物料的搅拌，最后通过出料口6取出物料。由于塑胶包8内注入有冷却液，并且塑胶包8置于筒体9和机体4内壁之间，这样塑胶包8就可以通过筒体9来降低整个机体4内的温度，而铜制的筒体9能够保护塑胶包8不会被损坏。该搅拌机能够降低内部过高的温度，保证搅拌质量，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.冷包型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机（1）、机盖（2）、搅拌轴（3）、机体（4）、进料口（5）、出料口（6）和搅拌爪（7），电机（1）固定在机盖（2）上，搅拌轴（3）尾端穿过机盖（2）固定在电机（1）上，顶端与搅拌爪（7）固定，机盖（2）置于机体（4）开口端，机盖（2）上端设有进料口（5），机体（4）底端设有出料口（6），其特征是，机体（4）内壁粘结连接有塑胶包（8），塑胶包（8）内注入有冷却液，塑胶包（8）的外侧壁上粘结连接有筒体（9），筒体（9）为铜制体。
