本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其是支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。该搅拌机包括电机、机盖、搅拌轴、机体、进料口、出料口和搅拌爪，电机固定在机盖上，搅拌轴尾端穿过机盖固定在电机上，顶端与搅拌爪固定，机盖置于机体开口端，机盖上端设有进料口，机体底端设有出料口，搅拌爪的中间焊接连接有支撑杆，支撑杆底端置于滚珠轴承内，滚珠轴承置于机体内部底端，该搅拌机能够为搅拌爪提供支撑，延长了其使用寿命，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其是支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。
背景技术
粉末涂料搅拌机常用于完成磺化、硝化、氢化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程，许多其他工艺过程的反应设备，现有技术中的搅拌机的搅拌爪没有支撑，容易折损。
发明内容
为了克服现有的搅拌机的搅拌爪没有支撑的不足，本发明提供了支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机、机盖、搅拌轴、机体、进料口、出料口和搅拌爪，电机固定在机盖上，搅拌轴尾端穿过机盖固定在电机上，顶端与搅拌爪固定，机盖置于机体开口端，机盖上端设有进料口，机体底端设有出料口，搅拌爪的中间焊接连接有支撑杆，支撑杆底端置于滚珠轴承内，滚珠轴承置于机体内部底端。
本发明的有益效果是，该搅拌机能够为搅拌爪提供支撑，延长了其使用寿命，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机1、机盖2、搅拌轴3、机体4、进料口5、出料口6和搅拌爪7，电机1固定在机盖2上，搅拌轴3尾端穿过机盖2固定在电机1上，顶端与搅拌爪7固定，机盖2置于机体4开口端，机盖2上端设有进料口5，机体4底端设有出料口6，搅拌爪7的中间焊接连接有支撑杆8，支撑杆8底端置于滚珠轴承9内，滚珠轴承9置于机体4内部底端。
首先把物料通过进料口5处投入到机体4内，然后启动电机1，使得电机1带动搅拌爪7进行物料的搅拌，最后通过出料口6取出物料。当搅拌爪7在转动时，搅拌爪7底端的支撑杆8也会被搅拌爪7所带动着一起转动，而支撑杆8底端在滚轴轴承9内转动，这样在支撑杆8为搅拌爪7提供支撑的同时，还不会妨碍其转动。该搅拌机能够为搅拌爪提供支撑，延长了其使用寿命，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.支撑杆型粉末醇基石墨涂料搅拌机，包括电机（1）、机盖（2）、搅拌轴（3）、机体（4）、进料口（5）、出料口（6）和搅拌爪（7），电机（1）固定在机盖（2）上，搅拌轴（3）尾端穿过机盖（2）固定在电机（1）上，顶端与搅拌爪（7）固定，机盖（2）置于机体（4）开口端，机盖（2）上端设有进料口（5），机体（4）底端设有出料口（6），其特征是，搅拌爪（7）的中间焊接连接有支撑杆（8），支撑杆（8）底端置于滚珠轴承（9）内，滚珠轴承（9）置于机体（4）内部底端。
