背景技术
在锂电池的生产过程中，需要将钴酸锂、锰酸锂、三元材料或磷酸铁锂等锂离子电池正极粉体材料在混合釜中混合，在将粉体材料从混合釜卸出的过程中，由于粉体材料流出的速度很快，会造成大量的粉尘，不仅污染环境，危害工人的身体健康，而且还会造成资源的浪费。

为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、干净卫生、节省资源的用于锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜。
一种用于锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜，包括釜体、位于所述釜体下部的出料口、电机、搅拌桨，所述搅拌桨位于釜体内部，所述电机驱动搅拌桨，在所述出料口的内部设置有隔挡片，所述隔挡片与水平方向的夹角为30°。
优选的，所述隔挡片呈半圆形。
优选的，在所述出料口的下部设置有连接管，所述连接管呈波浪形。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：在所述出料口的内部设置有隔挡片，由于由隔挡片的阻隔作用，减小了粉体材料的流出速度，以及对盛放粉体材料的料桶的冲击力，不仅保护了料桶，而且减小了粉尘，节约了资源；将隔挡片设置成半圆形，可以有效的降低粉体材料的流出速度；优选将隔挡片与水平方向的夹角设置成为30°，此时，不仅避免了粉尘，而且不会对生产效率造成太大影响；在出料口的下部设置有连接管，所述连接管呈波浪形，可以更进一步的降低粉体材料向下的冲击力，而且可以保证空气持续向混合釜中流动。由此可知，本实用新型具有干净卫生、对环境友好、结构简单、设计合理、节约资源的优点。

为了实现上述功能，依次进行如下操作：一种用于锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜，包括釜体1，在釜体1内部设置搅拌桨5，用以搅拌混合粉体材料，在搅拌桨5上部设置电机4，以驱动搅拌桨5转动；釜体1内的粉体材料混合均匀后，从出料口2流出，在出料口2的内部设置有隔挡片3，所述隔挡片呈半圆形，与水平方向的夹角为30°；在出料口2的下部设置连接管6，所述连接管6的另一端与料桶连接，所述连接管呈波浪形。
