本发明提供一种自粘导电胶片的导电层,由如下质量比的原料制成:甘油6、尼龙纤维5.5、明胶13、聚酯2.3、载银铜硅油3.5、聚四氟乙烯4、松香2.8、聚乙丙交酯1.2,将松香加热至熔融状态,然后加入甘油和明胶,充分搅拌混合均匀,然后加入尼龙纤维、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯和聚乙丙交酯,密闭容器中,温度保持在175℃,持续搅拌5min,最后加入载银铜硅油,继续搅拌15min,注入模具中制成厚度为2‑3.5mm的片状即可。本发明的导电层与治疗电极导通,导电层具有较好的导电性和粘附性,弹性较好,形状恢复力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及一种自粘导电胶片的导电层。
背景技术
胃肠道的某一特定区域,可以驱动胃肠平滑肌收缩、控制胃肠道基本生物电节律,医学上称这一特定区域为胃肠起搏点(Pacemaker)。
胃动力治疗仪工作原理是基于胃肠起搏点的电活动可被外加电流刺激所驱动,促使紊乱的胃肠电活动产生跟随效应,以恢复正常节律,从而达到治疗各种功能性胃肠疾病的目的。
治疗电极通常是通过自粘导电胶片作用于人体,实现将治疗电极与人体连接,自粘导电胶片具有导电和粘附的作用。现有的用于胃动力治疗仪的自粘导电胶片,在粘附在皮肤上之前,通常需要用酒精和脱脂液,对皮肤表面进行脱脂和消毒处理,然后再将自粘导电胶片粘附在脱脂、消毒后的皮肤上,使用过程比较麻烦,若皮肤表面没有脱脂或清洁干净,则会影响自粘导电胶片的导电效果和粘附效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自粘导电胶片的导电层,以及胃动力治疗仪的自粘导电胶片,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种自粘导电胶片的导电层,其特征在于,由如下质量比的原料制成:
甘油6、尼龙纤维5.5、明胶13、聚酯2.3、载银铜硅油3.5、聚四氟乙烯4、松香2.8、聚乙丙交酯1.2,
将松香加热至熔融状态,然后加入甘油和明胶,充分搅拌混合均匀,然后加入尼龙纤维、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯和聚乙丙交酯,密闭容器中,温度保持在175℃,持续搅拌5min,最后加入载银铜硅油,继续搅拌15min,注入模具中制成厚度为2-3.5mm的片状即可。
所述载银铜硅油的银离子来源于硝酸银,铜离子来源于硝酸铜,硝酸银的质量分数为3.5%,硝酸铜的质量分数为2.5%。
一种胃动力治疗仪的自粘导电胶片,其特征在于,包括柔性载片和附着在柔性载片表面的自粘导电胶,
柔性载片以棉麻布作为载体,在棉麻布上涂覆塑胶材料而成,所述棉麻布含棉量35%,含麻量65%,棉麻布涂覆塑胶材料前先在缓冲液中浸泡2小时,缓冲液为乙酸、乙醇、甘油、水的混合溶液,混合溶液各成份的质量分数为:乙酸2.5%、乙醇15.5%、甘油7%、余量为水;浸泡后的棉麻布,取出,用70-75℃的氮气流烘干,氮气流中携带有勃姆石粉,每立方米的氮气中含有勃姆石粉0.2g,氮气流将棉麻布烘干后,棉麻布表面粘附一层勃姆石粉;然后将熔融的塑胶材料涂覆在棉麻布的表面,冷却成后即得柔性载片;
所述自粘导电胶包括粘接层、导电层、清洁层,所述导电层的一面通过粘接层牢固的粘附在柔性载片上,所述导电层的另一面涂覆清洁层,清洁层的厚度为0.25mm;
所述粘接层由如下质量比的原料制成:
丁腈橡胶2、白炭黑1.2、硬脂酸2.2、羧甲基纤维素4,玉米胚芽粉2,活乳化沥青3、氧化镁0.6、环氧树脂0.8,
上述原料在密闭容器中,温度125-155℃,连续搅拌15min以上,即得粘接层的物料;
所述导电层由如下质量比的原料制成:
甘油6、尼龙纤维5.5、明胶13、聚酯2.3、载银铜硅油3.5、聚四氟乙烯4、松香2.8、聚乙丙交酯1.2,
将松香加热至熔融状态,然后加入甘油和明胶,充分搅拌混合均匀,然后加入尼龙纤维、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯和聚乙丙交酯,密闭容器中,温度保持在175℃,持续搅拌5min,最后加入载银铜硅油,继续搅拌15min,注入模具中制成厚度为2-3.5mm的片状即可;
所述清洁层由如下质量比的原料混配而成:
甘油5、脂肪酸二乙醇胺1.6、酒精3、丝瓜汁6、二甲苯磺酸钠0.6、脂肪酸酰胺2.3、氯化钠1.3、水8,
水加热至85℃,将甘油溶解在其中,然后加入脂肪酸二乙醇胺、二甲苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸酰胺,连续搅拌5min以上,置于-12℃的温度下冷藏10min;升温至-2℃,保温5min;再升温至20℃,保温10min,然后与酒精、氯化钠和丝瓜汁混合搅拌均匀,即得。
所述载银铜硅油的银离子来源于硝酸银,铜离子来源于硝酸铜,硝酸银的质量分数为3.5%,硝酸铜的质量分数为2.5%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的自粘导电胶片适用于胃动力治疗仪,具有优良的导电性和粘附性,帖附在皮肤表面之前,不需要对皮肤进行脱脂和消毒处理,自粘导电胶片的清洁层可以对皮肤表面的油脂进行乳化和吸收,消除皮肤表面的油膜对电流的阻碍,清洁层对皮肤还起到清洁消毒的作用。
柔性载片具有较好的柔软度,棉麻布上涂覆塑胶材料,可使棉麻布具有更高的弹性,便于与粘接层粘合,棉麻布表面沾附有勃姆石粉,可减少塑胶向棉麻布上涂覆的过程中塑胶浸入棉麻布纤维内部的量,勃姆石粉的存在可使与棉麻布接触的塑胶快速固化,实现对棉麻布的包裹。
粘接层具有较高的粘附性,可将导电层牢固的粘附在柔性载片上,具有抑菌的作用。
导电层与治疗电极导通,导电层具有较好的导电性和粘附性,弹性较好,形状恢复力强。
清洁层粘附力强,具有良好的导电性,能够乳化吸收皮肤表面的油脂膜,具有清洁皮肤和对皮肤消毒的作用。

一种胃动力治疗仪的自粘导电胶片,包括柔性载片和附着在柔性载片表面的自粘导电胶,
所述柔性载片以棉麻布作为载体,在棉麻布上涂覆塑胶材料而成,所述棉麻布含棉量35%,含麻量65%,棉麻布涂覆塑胶材料前先在缓冲液中浸泡2小时,缓冲液为乙酸、乙醇、甘油、水的混合溶液,混合溶液各成份的质量分数为:乙酸2.5%、乙醇15.5%、甘油7%、余量为水;浸泡后的棉麻布,取出,用70-75℃的氮气流烘干,氮气流中携带有勃姆石粉,每立方米的氮气中含有勃姆石粉0.2g,氮气流将棉麻布烘干后,棉麻布表面粘附一层勃姆石粉;然后将熔融的塑胶材料涂覆在棉麻布的表面,冷却成后即得柔性载片;

将松香加热至熔融状态,然后加入甘油和明胶,充分搅拌混合均匀,然后加入尼龙纤维、聚酯、聚四氟乙烯和聚乙丙交酯,密闭容器中,温度保持在175℃,持续搅拌5mi n,最后加入载银铜硅油,继续搅拌15mi n,注入模具中制成厚度为2-3.5mm的片状即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自粘导电胶片的导电层,其特征在于:所述载银铜硅油的银离子来源于硝酸银,铜离子来源于硝酸铜,硝酸银的质量分数为3.5%,硝酸铜的质量分数为2.5%。
