本发明提出的是一种治疗病理肥胖中药外用涂抹膏剂的制备方法。药物组成：黄芪、当归、熟地黄、山茱萸、牡丹皮、山药、茯苓、肉桂、白术、火麻仁、泽泻 、苍术和大黄，作为1组分药物。中药膏剂制备方法：将金花葵植株全株粉碎，按1:5比例加60℃温水浸提，过滤去除渣子，取出汁液，在1公斤金花葵汁液中加入一组分药物质量，搅拌并均质，形成药物膏剂。本发明方法将减肥中药粉末与金花葵粘液混合，制成膏剂。用于治疗病理性肥胖，与皮肤贴切，便于药物成分的渗透，提高治疗效果，而且还有金花葵的药理作用参与，所以治疗效果好，显效快，并且提高人体免疫力，降低血脂。适宜作为治疗病理肥胖膏剂制备方法应用。

一种治疗病理肥胖中药外用涂抹膏剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明提出的是医药领域的治疗减肥药物，具体的说是一种治疗病理肥胖中药外用涂抹膏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在本发明提出以前，有人提出了一种用于治疗病理肥胖的中药颗粒及制备方法。该方法是将选择中药组分制成颗粒，但经过实践证明，颗粒制剂使用不便，尤其是与皮肤接触不贴切，因此影响药效的发挥。
发明内容
为了使中药与皮肤贴切，增强治疗作用，本发明提出了一种治疗病理肥胖中药外用涂抹膏剂的制备方法。该方法将黄芪、当归、熟地黄、山茱萸、牡丹皮、山药、茯苓、肉桂、白术、火麻仁、泽泻 、苍术和大黄颗粒分散在金花葵提取的粘液中，经过搅拌均质，制成膏状的减肥膏剂，解决减肥中药涂抹方便与提高治疗效果的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
药物组成：黄芪8-10g、当归8-10g、熟地黄13-15g、山茱萸8-10g、牡丹皮6-8g、山药8-10g、茯苓12-14g、肉桂4-6g、白术10-12g、火麻仁10-12g、泽泻6-8g 、苍术10-12g和大黄8-10g，作为1组分药物。

具体实施方式
药物组成：黄芪8-10g、当归8-10g、熟地黄13-15g、山茱萸8-10g、牡丹皮6-8g、山药8-10g、茯苓12-14g、肉桂4-6g、白术10-12g、火麻仁10-12g、泽泻6-8g 、苍术10-12g和大黄8-10g，作为1组分药物。
中药膏剂制备方法：将金花葵植株全株粉碎，按1:5比例加60℃温水水浸提，过滤去除渣子，取出汁液，在1公斤金花葵汁液中加入一组分药物质量，搅拌并均质，形成药物膏剂。
所制备的药物膏剂用于皮肤涂抹，产生药物成分渗透作用与协同作用，产生减肥效果。
机理分析：
中药成分分散在金花葵汁液之中所制备的膏剂，便于药物成分的皮肤渗透，并且还有金花葵的药理成分参与其中，达到药物治疗和金花葵营养成分与药效成分的协同作用，所以治疗效果更佳，更显著，而且使用与擦拭更简便。
经过实践表明，采用本发明方法制备的中药膏剂比使用颗粒热敷能够提高减肥效果20%以上，并能够缩短治疗周期。
金花葵为具有粘液的一年生草本锦葵科秋葵属植物，含有粘液成分，粘液成分中含有生物黄酮。生物黄酮的降脂作用：能清热、凉血、解毒，其花无毒，具有清利湿热、消炎镇痛之功效，内服主治五淋、水肿，外用治疗汤水烫伤。果实、种子具有补脾健胃、生肌功效，该花的总黄酮有镇痛、抗脑缺血和治疗口腔溃疡等作用。其所含全价蛋白质、高聚糖胶、膳食纤维、微量元素硒、锌、多种不皂化物等，具有显著调节人体内分泌、免疫力，增加人体抗力，改善心脑血管及微循环功能，增强机体抗氧化能力，抗心脑缺血、缺氧、抗炎、镇疼，抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗癌、防癌、降血脂功效。含有丰富的金丝桃苷成分，而金丝桃苷具有明显的抗炎作用，有较强的止咳作用、同化作用，另外，还具有较强的抑制眼醛糖还原酶的作用。黄酮能够显著抑制血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白的升高，降低血清游离脂肪酸水平，进一步降低血脂水平。
根据金花葵的药理作用和营养作用，与减肥中药组合，还会产生增效作用，因此与单纯使用所述中药颗粒治疗相比，产生了显著的技术进步和实质性的效果。

药物组成：黄芪8-10g、当归8-10g、熟地黄13-15g、山茱萸8-10g、牡丹皮6-8g、山药8-10g、茯苓12-14g、肉桂4-6g、白术10-12g、火麻仁10-12g、泽泻6-8g 、苍术10-12g和大黄8-10g，作为1组分药物；
药物膏剂制备方法：将金花葵植株全株粉碎，按1:5比例加60℃温水浸提，过滤去除渣子，取出汁液，在1公斤金花葵汁液中加入一组分药物质量，搅拌并均质，制备成药物膏剂。
