本发明公开了一种酒丹参的炮制方法，包括以下内容：取丹参原药材，去除杂质和和残茎，洗净，先用稀盐水溶液浸泡后；然后向其中喷洒营养液，温箱中放置1‑2天，待其完全将营养液吸收；再与黄酒混合，拌匀，闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收；最后置锅内文火微炒，取出晾干，即得酒丹参；本发明与传统炮制工艺相比，方法简单，制得的酒丹参质量稳定，同时其中添加了营养液，提高了丹参的营养价值，本发明所得的醋炙丹参饮片有效成分损失小，能有效满足临床对中药丹参饮片的需求，提高药效及临床疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种酒丹参的炮制方法，属于中药炮制技术领域。
背景技术
丹参又名赤参，紫丹参，红根等，丹参为唇形科鼠尾草属植物丹参的干燥根及根茎；主产于安徽、河南、陕西等地；功效：活血调经，祛瘀止痛，凉血消痈，清心除烦，养血安神。现有技术中，丹参常用的炮制方法有酒炙、炒、米炒、醋制等，《中华人民共和国药典》2010版收载有丹参饮片和酒丹参饮片两种炮制方法；丹参饮片的炮制方法为除去杂质和残茎，洗净，润透，切厚片，干燥；酒丹参的炮制方法为取丹参片，加入定量黄酒拌匀，润透，制炒制容器内，文火加热，炒干。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种酒丹参的炮制方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
酒丹参的炮制方法，包括以下内容：
（1）取丹参原药材，去除杂质和和残茎，洗净，然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时，取出，晾干；
（2）将上述晾干后的丹参切片，然后向其中喷洒营养液，温箱中放置1-2天，待其完全将营养液吸收；
（3）取黄酒加入黄酒重量20%～40%的水，混匀，得黄酒水溶液；再与上述丹参片混合，拌匀，闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收；最后置锅内文火微炒，取出晾干，即得酒丹参。
所述的营养液为小麦胚芽15-20重量份、甘草10-12重量份、黄精4-5重量份、枸杞子4-5重量份、阿胶10-15重量份和酸枣仁20-30重量份，加入混合物8-10重量份的纯净水，蒸煮1-2小时，过滤取滤液，即得。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明与传统炮制工艺相比，方法简单，制得的酒丹参质量稳定，同时其中添加了营养液，提高了丹参的营养价值，本发明所得的醋炙丹参饮片有效成分损失小，能有效满足临床对中药丹参饮片的需求，提高药效及临床疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1：酒丹参的炮制方法，包括以下内容：
（1）取丹参原药材，去除杂质和和残茎，洗净，然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时，取出，晾干；
（2）将上述晾干后的丹参切片，然后向其中喷洒营养液，温箱中放置1-2天，待其完全将营养液吸收；
（3）取黄酒加入黄酒重量20%～40%的水，混匀，得黄酒水溶液；再与上述丹参片混合，拌匀，闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收；最后置锅内文火微炒，取出晾干，即得酒丹参。
所述的营养液为小麦胚芽18重量份、甘草11重量份、黄精4.5重量份、枸杞子4.5重量份、阿胶12重量份和酸枣仁25重量份，加入混合物10重量份的纯净水，蒸煮1.5小时，过滤取滤液，即得。

1.一种酒丹参的炮制方法，其特征在于包括以下内容：
取丹参原药材，去除杂质和和残茎，洗净，然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时，取出，晾干；
将上述晾干后的丹参切片，然后向其中喷洒营养液，温箱中放置1-2天，待其完全将营养液吸收；
取黄酒加入黄酒重量 20%～40% 的水，混匀，得黄酒水溶液；再与上述丹参片混合，拌匀，闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收；最后置锅内文火微炒，取出晾干，即得酒丹参。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酒丹参的炮制方法，其特征在于，所述的营养液为小麦胚芽15-20重量份、甘草10-12重量份、黄精4-5重量份、枸杞子4-5重量份、阿胶10-15重量份和酸枣仁20-30重量份，加入混合物8-10重量份的纯净水，蒸煮1-2小时，过滤取滤液，即得。
