本发明公开了一种酒丹参的炮制方法,包括以下内容:取丹参原药材,去除杂质和和残茎,洗净,先用稀盐水溶液浸泡后;然后向其中喷洒营养液,温箱中放置1‑2天,待其完全将营养液吸收;再与黄酒混合,拌匀,闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收;最后置锅内文火微炒,取出晾干,即得酒丹参;本发明与传统炮制工艺相比,方法简单,制得的酒丹参质量稳定,同时其中添加了营养液,提高了丹参的营养价值,本发明所得的醋炙丹参饮片有效成分损失小,能有效满足临床对中药丹参饮片的需求,提高药效及临床疗效。

一种酒丹参的炮制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种酒丹参的炮制方法,属于中药炮制技术领域。
背景技术
丹参又名赤参,紫丹参,红根等,丹参为唇形科鼠尾草属植物丹参的干燥根及根茎;主产于安徽、河南、陕西等地;功效:活血调经,祛瘀止痛,凉血消痈,清心除烦,养血安神。现有技术中,丹参常用的炮制方法有酒炙、炒、米炒、醋制等,《中华人民共和国药典》2010版收载有丹参饮片和酒丹参饮片两种炮制方法;丹参饮片的炮制方法为除去杂质和残茎,洗净,润透,切厚片,干燥;酒丹参的炮制方法为取丹参片,加入定量黄酒拌匀,润透,制炒制容器内,文火加热,炒干。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种酒丹参的炮制方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
酒丹参的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)取丹参原药材,去除杂质和和残茎,洗净,然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时,取出,晾干;
(2)将上述晾干后的丹参切片,然后向其中喷洒营养液,温箱中放置1-2天,待其完全将营养液吸收;
(3)取黄酒加入黄酒重量20%~40%的水,混匀,得黄酒水溶液;再与上述丹参片混合,拌匀,闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收;最后置锅内文火微炒,取出晾干,即得酒丹参。
所述的营养液为小麦胚芽15-20重量份、甘草10-12重量份、黄精4-5重量份、枸杞子4-5重量份、阿胶10-15重量份和酸枣仁20-30重量份,加入混合物8-10重量份的纯净水,蒸煮1-2小时,过滤取滤液,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明与传统炮制工艺相比,方法简单,制得的酒丹参质量稳定,同时其中添加了营养液,提高了丹参的营养价值,本发明所得的醋炙丹参饮片有效成分损失小,能有效满足临床对中药丹参饮片的需求,提高药效及临床疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:酒丹参的炮制方法,包括以下内容:
(1)取丹参原药材,去除杂质和和残茎,洗净,然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时,取出,晾干;
(2)将上述晾干后的丹参切片,然后向其中喷洒营养液,温箱中放置1-2天,待其完全将营养液吸收;
(3)取黄酒加入黄酒重量20%~40%的水,混匀,得黄酒水溶液;再与上述丹参片混合,拌匀,闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收;最后置锅内文火微炒,取出晾干,即得酒丹参。
所述的营养液为小麦胚芽18重量份、甘草11重量份、黄精4.5重量份、枸杞子4.5重量份、阿胶12重量份和酸枣仁25重量份,加入混合物10重量份的纯净水,蒸煮1.5小时,过滤取滤液,即得。

1.一种酒丹参的炮制方法,其特征在于包括以下内容:
取丹参原药材,去除杂质和和残茎,洗净,然后放入浓度为5-10%稀盐水溶液中浸泡1-2小时,取出,晾干;
将上述晾干后的丹参切片,然后向其中喷洒营养液,温箱中放置1-2天,待其完全将营养液吸收;
取黄酒加入黄酒重量 20%~40% 的水,混匀,得黄酒水溶液;再与上述丹参片混合,拌匀,闷润至黄酒水溶液被充分吸收;最后置锅内文火微炒,取出晾干,即得酒丹参。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酒丹参的炮制方法,其特征在于,所述的营养液为小麦胚芽15-20重量份、甘草10-12重量份、黄精4-5重量份、枸杞子4-5重量份、阿胶10-15重量份和酸枣仁20-30重量份,加入混合物8-10重量份的纯净水,蒸煮1-2小时,过滤取滤液,即得。
