本发明公开一种功能性食品保鲜制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:木质素2‑5份、海藻酸钠0.2‑2.5份,茶多酚0.01‑2.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.1‑0.5份、绞股蓝草3‑5份、鱼腥草3‑5份、噻苯咪唑0.25‑1.5份、精氨酸1‑2.5份、维生素C 1‑2.5份、氯化钙0.2‑2.5份、水杨酸0.5‑1.5份、白及胶1‑10份、抗坏血酸1‑2份、乙酸2‑5份、变性淀粉20‑40份,氯化铵3‑5份,碳酸氢钠10‑15份、山梨酸钠0.4‑0.6份、乙醇0.2‑0.3份。本发明的食品保鲜剂配方合理、成本低廉、效果均匀、保鲜效果好,适用于各种食品的运输保鲜,有效保证食品质量,能延长食品保鲜期2‑3年,同时提高食品的营养成分,促进身体健康。

背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对不同地区生产的食品的需求量逐渐加大。使得人们对难贮存的食品的保鲜贮存和运输提出了越来越高的要求。现有的食品保鲜技术一般是制作保鲜膜,保鲜膜在常温或低温保鲜、长效保鲜、运输保鲜方面确实有一定进展。但也存在一些不足,主要为释放期较短,保鲜作用不均匀,难以保证效果,制法复杂繁锁,制作成本较高,原料来源窄,有些原料组分对人体有危害。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种功能性食品保鲜制剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种功能性食品保鲜制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:木质素2-5份、海藻酸钠0.2-2.5份,茶多酚0.01-2.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.1-0.5份、绞股蓝草3-5份、鱼腥草3-5份、噻苯咪唑0.25-1.5份、精氨酸1-2.5份、维生素C 1-2.5份、氯化钙0.2-2.5份、水杨酸0.5-1.5份、白及胶1-10份、抗坏血酸1-2份、乙酸2-5份、变性淀粉20-40份,氯化铵3-5份,碳酸氢钠10-15份、山梨酸钠0.4-0.6份、乙醇0.2-0.3份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制成:木质素4份、海藻酸钠1份,茶多酚1份,焦亚硫酸钠0.3份、绞股蓝草4份、鱼腥草4份、噻苯咪唑1份、精氨酸1.5份、维生素C 2份、氯化钙1份、水杨酸1份、白及胶5份、抗坏血酸1.5份、乙酸4份、变性淀粉35份,氯化铵4份,碳酸氢钠12份、山梨酸钠0.5份、乙醇0.25份。

本发明的食品保鲜剂配方合理、成本低廉、效果均匀、保鲜效果好,适用于各种食品的运输保鲜,有效保证食品质量,能延长食品保鲜期2-3年,同时提高食品的营养成分,促进身体健康。

一种功能性食品保鲜制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:木质素5份、海藻酸钠2.5份,茶多酚2.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.5份、绞股蓝草5份、鱼腥草5份、噻苯咪唑1.5份、精氨酸5份、维生素C 2.5份、氯化钙2.5份、水杨酸1.5份、白及胶10份、抗坏血酸2份、乙酸5份、变性淀粉40份,氯化铵5份,碳酸氢钠15份、山梨酸钠0.6份、乙醇0.3份。
实施例3:
一种功能性食品保鲜制剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:木质素4份、海藻酸钠1份,茶多酚1份,焦亚硫酸钠0.3份、绞股蓝草4份、鱼腥草4份、噻苯咪唑1份、精氨酸1.5份、维生素C 2份、氯化钙1份、水杨酸1份、白及胶5份、抗坏血酸1.5份、乙酸4份、变性淀粉35份,氯化铵4份,碳酸氢钠12份、山梨酸钠0.5份、乙醇0.25份。
