Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的表面设置含氟涂料保护层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述含氟涂料保护层,所述含氟涂料保护层为含聚酯型聚氨酯树脂材料的抗水解、抗氧化保护层。本发明结构简单,通过在耐候层的表面设置含氟涂料保护层使太阳能背板的耐水解性及附着力大大提高,该含氟涂料保护层具有抗水解、抗氧化功能,延长使用年限,节约经济成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能组件领域,尤其涉及一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前现有的太阳能背板耐水解性能差,在长时间使用后易氧化、影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,其具有附着力强、耐水解性及抗氧化性好的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的表面设置含氟涂料保护层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层;所述含氟涂料保护层,所述含氟涂料保护层为含聚酯型聚氨酯树脂材料的抗水解、抗氧化保护层。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述PET基材的厚度为26~60微米;
所述粘结层由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单,通过在耐候层的表面设置含氟涂料保护层使太阳能背板的耐水解性及附着力大大提高,该含氟涂料保护层具有抗水解、抗氧化功能,延长使用年限,节约经济成本。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板包括PET基材3,于PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接耐候层1,于耐候层1的表面设置含氟涂料保护层5,于PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4;含氟涂料保护层5,含氟涂料保护层5为含聚酯型聚氨酯树脂材料的抗水解、抗氧化保护层。PET基材3的厚度为26~60微米。粘结层2由聚烯烃材料制成,聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。

1.一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),于所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接耐候层(1),于所述耐候层(1)的表面设置含氟涂料保护层(5),于所述PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4);所述含氟涂料保护层(5),所述含氟涂料保护层(5)为含聚酯型聚氨酯树脂材料的抗水解、抗氧化保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述PET基材(3)的厚度为26~60微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐水解涂层太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
