Abstract
本发明涉及一种含氟型太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,在所述耐候层的表面连接氟膜层,所述PET基材的另一侧也通过粘结层连接底涂层,于所述底涂层的表面连接涂覆层,所述氟膜层采用聚偏氟乙烯膜或聚氟乙烯膜或聚四氟乙烯膜中的一种。本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为氟膜层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明将PET基材与底涂层与涂覆层结合,生产成本低,减缓老化速度,提高了背板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池组件领域,尤其涉及含氟型太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,如何提高背板的性能一直是该行业的研究重点。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种含氟型太阳能电池背板,其具有成本低、寿命长的优点,有效满足户外气候恶劣地区的长期使用。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种含氟型太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,于所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,在所述耐候层的表面连接氟膜层,所述PET基材的另一侧也通过粘结层连接底涂层,于所述底涂层的表面连接涂覆层,所述氟膜层采用聚偏氟乙烯膜或聚氟乙烯膜或聚四氟乙烯膜中的一种。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述氟膜层的厚度为10~40微米。
所述耐候层的厚度为10~50微米。
所述粘结层由聚烯烃材料制成,所述基烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明太阳能电池背板采用氟膜层,其具有成本低,环保性能好, 其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明将PET基材与底涂层与涂覆层结合,生产成本低,减缓老化速度,提高了背板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种含氟型太阳能电池背板包括PET基材3,于PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接耐候层1,在耐候层1的表面连接氟膜层5,PET基材3的另一侧也通过粘结层2连接底涂层4,于底涂层4的表面连接涂覆层6,氟膜层5采用聚偏氟乙烯膜或聚氟乙烯膜或聚四氟乙烯膜中的任意一种,氟膜层5的厚度为10~40微米。耐候层1的厚度为10~50微米。粘结层4由聚烯烃材料制成,基烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为氟膜层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明将PET基材与底涂层与涂覆层结合,生产成本低,减缓老化速度,提高了背板的使用寿命。

Claims (4)
1.一种含氟型太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),于所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接耐候层(1),在所述耐候层(1)的表面连接氟膜层(5),所述PET基材(3)的另一侧也通过粘结层(2)连接底涂层(4),于所述底涂层(4)的表面连接涂覆层(6),所述氟膜层(5)采用聚偏氟乙烯膜或聚氟乙烯膜或聚四氟乙烯膜中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的含氟型太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述氟膜层(5)的厚度为10~40微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的含氟型太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)的厚度为10~50微米。
4.如权利要求1所述的含氟型太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(4)由聚烯烃材料制成,所述基烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
