本发明公开了一种0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞绞合而成;在缆芯空隙处填充无碱玻璃丝纤维填充绳,在缆芯外绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带,在陶瓷硅橡胶带外绕包玻纤带后再绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带,最后在电缆外设有铜护套。本发明具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆。
背景技术
火灾是指在时间和空间上失去控制的燃烧所造成的灾害。在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。
随着社会的不断发展,在社会财富日益增多的同时,导致发生火灾的危险性也在增多,火灾的危害性也越来越大。据统计,我国70年代火灾年平均损失不到2.5亿元,80年代火灾年平均损失不到3.2 亿元。进入90年代,特别是1993年以来,火灾造成的直接财产损失上升到年均十几亿元。据中国消防盘点,2014年全国全年接报火灾39.5万起,死亡1817人,受伤1493人,直接财产损失达43.9亿元。从统计数据来看,电气火灾占火灾中的36.9%,导致的经济损失占58.6%。虽然火灾中的缺氧、高温、烟尘、毒性气体是危害人身的主要原因,但据火灾中造成人员伤亡的原因统计分析,由于一氧化碳中毒窒息死亡或被其他有毒烟气熏死者一般占火灾总死亡人数的40%~50%。
为了从无情的火场中挽救更多的生命、财产和信息,防火电缆的应用成为重中之重,而目前市场上的防火电缆按结构特性可以分为刚性和柔性两种。由于刚性矿物绝缘电缆刚性矿物绝缘电缆(Mineral Insulated Cable)简称MI电缆在可靠性、生产及敷设方面的缺陷,在欧美发达国家中逐渐退市,柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆成为防火领域的主流电缆产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性的0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞绞合而成;在缆芯空隙处填充无碱玻璃丝纤维填充绳,在缆芯外绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带,在陶瓷硅橡胶带外绕包玻纤带后再绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带,最后在电缆外设有铜护套。
优选地,所述的绝缘线芯由紧压铜导体、挤包在紧压铜导体外的绝缘层、重叠绕包在绝缘层外的双面合成云母带以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带构成。
优选地,所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶带外表面均涂有沥青。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明本产品采用多层陶瓷化硅橡胶带,不吸潮,可保证电气性能,可以大大提高在火焰下的持续时间,成缆过程中施加无机矿物填充,提高阻燃性能,具有耐火性能,燃烧起来也无毒无烟。在绝缘线芯内设有云母带,具有很好的耐火性能;最外层采用铜护套,使得电缆具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞绞合而成;在缆芯空隙处填充无碱玻璃丝纤维填充绳5,在缆芯外绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带4,在陶瓷硅橡胶带外绕包玻纤带6后再绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带4,最后在电缆外设有铜护套7。
其中,所述的绝缘线芯由紧压铜导体1、挤包在紧压铜导体外的绝缘层2、重叠绕包在绝缘层外的双面合成云母带3以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带4构成。
所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶带外表面均涂有沥青,具有防火效果。

1.一种0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞绞合而成;在缆芯空隙处填充无碱玻璃丝纤维填充绳,在缆芯外绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带,在陶瓷硅橡胶带外绕包玻纤带后再绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带,最后在电缆外设有铜护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由紧压铜导体、挤包在紧压铜导体外的绝缘层、重叠绕包在绝缘层外的双面合成云母带以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的0.45/0.75kv铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶带外表面均涂有沥青。
