本发明公开了一种导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括防火线芯,所述的防火线芯由多根导体并列直拖后挤包挤压式陶瓷化硅橡胶块而成;在防火线芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带而成,在陶瓷化硅橡胶带外依次挤包铜带内护套和铜带外护套。本发明具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性,重量轻,运输方便,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆。
背景技术
火灾是指在时间和空间上失去控制的燃烧所造成的灾害。在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。
随着社会的不断发展,在社会财富日益增多的同时,导致发生火灾的危险性也在增多,火灾的危害性也越来越大。据统计,我国70年代火灾年平均损失不到2.5亿元,80年代火灾年平均损失不到3.2 亿元。进入90年代,特别是1993年以来,火灾造成的直接财产损失上升到年均十几亿元。据中国消防盘点,2014年全国全年接报火灾39.5万起,死亡1817人,受伤1493人,直接财产损失达43.9亿元。从统计数据来看,电气火灾占火灾中的36.9%,导致的经济损失占58.6%。虽然火灾中的缺氧、高温、烟尘、毒性气体是危害人身的主要原因,但据火灾中造成人员伤亡的原因统计分析,由于一氧化碳中毒窒息死亡或被其他有毒烟气熏死者一般占火灾总死亡人数的40%~50%。
为了从无情的火场中挽救更多的生命、财产和信息,防火电缆的应用成为重中之重,而目前市场上的防火电缆按结构特性可以分为刚性和柔性两种。由于刚性矿物绝缘电缆刚性矿物绝缘电缆(Mineral Insulated Cable)简称MI电缆在可靠性、生产及敷设方面的缺陷,在欧美发达国家中逐渐退市,柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆成为防火领域的主流电缆产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性的导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括防火线芯,其特征在于:所述的防火线芯由多根导体并列直拖后挤包挤压式陶瓷化硅橡胶块而成;在防火线芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带而成,在陶瓷化硅橡胶带外依次挤包铜带内护套和铜带外护套。
优选地,所述的导体为紧压铜导体。
优选地,所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶带外表面涂有沥青。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明本产品采用导体直拖式结构,并采用陶瓷化硅橡胶块填充后在挤包陶瓷化硅橡胶带,不吸潮,可保证电气性能,可以大大提高在火焰下的持续时间,提高阻燃性能,具有耐火性能,燃烧起来无毒无烟。内外采用铜带,使得电缆具有耐高温、耐碱、耐油、耐氧化剂、耐腐蚀性,无毒无害;外层直接挤包铜带,使得电缆的结构简单,降低了生产成本;采用导体直拖式结构,不需要成缆,没有了线芯与缆芯之间的蠕动,更加柔软。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括防火线芯,所述的防火线芯由多根导体1并列直拖后挤包挤压式陶瓷化硅橡胶块2而成;在防火线芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带3而成,在陶瓷化硅橡胶带外依次挤包铜带内护套4和铜带外护套5。比现有的复杂电缆的结构简单,生产工艺简单,并且防火性能也比复杂电缆好,重量减轻,方便运输,省时省力。
所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶带外表面涂有沥青,具有防火效果,还可以防鼠蚁。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,包括防火线芯,其特征在于:所述的防火线芯由多根导体并列直拖后挤包挤压式陶瓷化硅橡胶块而成;在防火线芯外绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶带而成,在陶瓷化硅橡胶带外依次挤包铜带内护套和铜带外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导体直拖式铜芯铜护套防火电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体为紧压铜导体。
