Abstract

本发明公开了一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由两根矿物绝缘线芯以及一根监视线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充玻璃纤维丝,在缆芯外挤包无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外挤包第三矿物绝缘层,在第三矿物绝缘层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外涂覆涂料防火层后绕包无纺布,在无纺布外设有铝箔锡纸,在铝箔锡纸外绕包双面合成云母带,最后在电缆的最外层挤包外护套,并在外护套的外表面涂有防火泥。本发明具有良好的导电性能、机械物理性能、耐火性能外,还具有良好的不燃性,这种电缆在火灾情况下不仅能够保证火灾延续时间内的消防供电,还不会延燃、不产生有毒烟雾。

Description

一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种矿物绝缘铝护套柔性防火电缆。
背景技术
火灾是指在时间和空间上失去控制的燃烧所造成的灾害。在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。
目前,井下移动变压器及类似设备的电源连接基本采用煤矿用金属屏蔽监视型橡套软电缆,该类在每根相芯线绝缘层外都有导电材质做成的屏蔽层,该屏蔽层又与地芯线紧紧连接,因此,每当电缆芯线绝缘受到创伤而损坏时,导电的芯线必然先接触屏蔽层,再通过这导电的屏蔽层、地芯线使漏电继电器保护动作,自行切断电源。因而屏蔽电缆就起到了超前切断电源的作用。避免电缆相间发生短路事故,也能防止人身触电,减少因电火花引起的煤尘和瓦斯爆炸的危险。除满足屏蔽电缆结构要求外,电缆还有一个监视层,监视线由镀锡金属丝组成,其作用是可以及时发现电缆及电气设备在运行时的安全隐患,及时的将隐患反馈于井上控制室,增加了电缆的使用安全性。
而目前市场上的防火电缆按结构特性可以分为刚性和柔性两种。由于刚性矿物绝缘电缆刚性矿物绝缘电缆(Mineral Insulated Cable)简称MI电缆在可靠性、生产及敷设方面的缺陷,在欧美发达国家中逐渐退市,柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆成为防火领域的主流电缆产品。一般电缆金属套采用铜套,工艺较为复杂,效率低,且成本较高,隔离层经常采用受热温度较低的材质,无法形成隔离,使得绝缘材质受热被破会,经常导致电缆短路等现象。另外,现有的监视型煤矿用电缆防火性太差,一旦发生火灾,监视线芯就不能正常的工作,带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由两根矿物绝缘线芯以及一根监视线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充玻璃纤维丝,在缆芯外挤包无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外挤包第三矿物绝缘层,在第三矿物绝缘层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外涂覆涂料防火层后绕包无纺布,在无纺布外设有铝箔锡纸,在铝箔锡纸外绕包双面合成云母带,最后在电缆的最外层挤包外护套,并在外护套的外表面涂有防火泥。
优选地,所述的矿物绝缘线芯由铜导体、挤包在铜导体外的第一矿物绝缘层、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双面合成云母带以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的半导电屏蔽层构成。
优选地,所述的监视线芯由光纤、绕包在光纤外的第二矿物绝缘层以及挤包在第二矿物绝缘层外的玻璃丝阻燃带构成。
优选地,所述的第三矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
优选地,所述的第一矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
优选地,所述的第二矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的缆芯由矿物绝缘线芯和监视线芯绞合而成,对绝缘线芯和监视线芯都进行了防火保护,使用这类结构具有很强的耐火性。
2、填充才用玻璃纤维丝,玻璃纤维丝是无机物,不燃烧,不会产生有害物质。
3、本发明的金属导电管抗压性能好,防潮及密封性好,轧纹可以改善其弯曲性能。
4、设有矿物绝缘层加上无机隔热防火层,使得电缆从内到外具有防火绝缘性,得到了多重防火保护;并采用纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料构成,在额定电压下能超负荷2.5倍且照常起到绝缘作用;长期工作温度范围是:-40摄氏度到1200摄氏度,照常绝缘;在800—1200摄氏度明火的烧蚀下,1.5小时内不短路,不引发电火,更不会助燃;在明火烧蚀过程中,不仅难燃无焰,而且不再放出窒息有毒气体,具有低烟、无毒、无卤、阻燃的特性;在承受机械外力时,抗电磁干扰;成本低、性能指标好;适合用于各种电线电缆的绝缘层。
5、该电缆从内到外设有多层不同结构的防火层,使得电缆具有良好的导电性能、机械物理性能、耐火性能外,还具有良好的不燃性,这种电缆在火灾情况下不仅能够保证火灾延续时间内的消防供电,还不会延燃、不产生有毒烟雾。
6、在外护套外层表面涂有防火泥,使得电缆具有耐火极限高,耐油,耐水,耐腐蚀,发烟量低,耐压强度大。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由两根矿物绝缘线芯以及一根监视线芯绞合而成;所述的矿物绝缘线芯由铜导体1、挤包在铜导体外的第一矿物绝缘层2、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双面合成云母带3以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的半导电屏蔽层4构成;所述的监视线芯由光纤5、绕包在光纤外的第二矿物绝缘层6以及挤包在第二矿物绝缘层外的玻璃丝阻燃带7构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充玻璃纤维丝8,在缆芯外挤包无机隔热防火层9,在无机隔热防火层外挤包第三矿物绝缘层10,在第三矿物绝缘层外设有金属导电管11,在金属导电管外涂覆涂料防火层后绕包无纺布12,在无纺布外设有铝箔锡纸13,在铝箔锡纸外绕包双面合成云母带14,最后在电缆的最外层挤包外护套15,并在外护套的外表面涂有防火泥16,该电缆从内到外设有多层不同结构的防火层,使得电缆具有良好的导电性能、机械物理性能、耐火性能外,还具有良好的不燃性,这种电缆在火灾情况下不仅能够保证火灾延续时间内的消防供电,还不会延燃、不产生有毒烟雾。

Claims (6)

1.一种矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由两根矿物绝缘线芯以及一根监视线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充玻璃纤维丝,在缆芯外挤包无机隔热防火层,在无机隔热防火层外挤包第三矿物绝缘层,在第三矿物绝缘层外设有金属导电管,在金属导电管外涂覆涂料防火层后绕包无纺布,在无纺布外设有铝箔锡纸,在铝箔锡纸外绕包双面合成云母带,最后在电缆的最外层挤包外护套,并在外护套的外表面涂有防火泥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的矿物绝缘线芯由铜导体、挤包在铜导体外的第一矿物绝缘层、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双面合成云母带以及挤包在双面合成云母带外的半导电屏蔽层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的监视线芯由光纤、绕包在光纤外的第二矿物绝缘层以及挤包在第二矿物绝缘层外的玻璃丝阻燃带构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的第三矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的第一矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的矿物绝缘金属屏蔽监视型煤矿用防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的第二矿物绝缘层为纳米环保防火矿物绝缘料制成。
