背景技术:
[0002] 矿物绝缘电缆,国内又称防火电缆,型号为:BTTZ,产品全称是铜芯铜护套氧化镁绝缘电缆,国外简称为MI电缆。在国内已经生产并应用了四十年,大批量生产并在民用建筑中使用也有二十年。在2004年后,国内有多个电缆厂家相继开发出了铜芯铜护套的无机矿物绝缘电缆,由于电缆导体采用了绞合导体,与氧化镁绝缘电缆的实心导体相比,电缆的柔软性好,所以又称柔性防火电缆,型号有:YTTW或RTTW。由于铜芯铜护套氧化镁绝缘电缆,生产制造长度短(大截面的只能生产几十米),而且35mm2及以上的多芯电缆无法生产, 在使用中电缆线路中的接头多,施工困难,而且氧化镁又易吸潮,隐患多,价格又高,始终推广面较窄,使用量不大;而铜芯铜护套的无机矿物绝缘电缆,虽克服了电缆长度短的弊端, 简化了施工难度、大大减少了中间接头,但由于采用了铜护套,电缆价格还是较高,而且铜护套耐腐性能不足,特别在化工场所中使用,防腐效果更差。
发明内容:
[0003] 为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铜芯不锈钢护套无机矿物绝缘防火电缆,是替代矿物绝缘电缆BTTZ和柔性防火电缆RTTW的新一代产品,成本比以上两种电缆都低,电气防火性能和环境保护效果更好。

[0011] 1、因本实用新型电缆的外护层为不锈钢带纵包焊接而成,不锈钢的熔点温度为 1772°C,因此,电缆在火焰温度达到950°C〜1000°C条件下,电缆也不会熔化和燃烧。绝缘材料为合成云母带,合成云母带具有的良好绝缘性、耐热性以及质地纯净、无杂质等特性,是任何天然云母所不能比拟、替代的,具有极高的电绝缘性、抗酸碱腐蚀、弹性、韧性和滑动性、耐热、热膨胀系数小等性能。耐温:1100°C,熔点:1375°C,击穿强度:180kV/mm,体积电阻率:4xl013Q.cm,表面电阻率:3χ1013Ω,介电常数:6 ε,介质耗损:3χ10_4 δ,PH值:7.5-8.0。所以电缆本身也不会因老化、过载或短路而产生自燃现象。消除了因电缆自燃引起的火灾灾害,电缆也不会在外界火灾中燃烧,电缆既不会燃烧也不会熔化,而且能保持电缆有三小时以上较长时间的正常通电运行,其耐火特性优异。而电缆引起的火灾在我国造成直接或间接的经济损失是惊人的,本实用新型电缆彻底解决了电缆线路的防火安全的难题,是性价比最好的防火型电缆。
[0012] 2、由于本实用新型电缆具有无烟、无卤和不燃的特性,电缆在火灾条件下的二次灾害也就彻底消除了,不会对环境保护造成任何负面影响,是名符其实的安全和环保型电缆。
[0013] 3、本实用新型电缆使用寿命长。由于不锈钢外护层耐腐蚀性强,电缆里面的材料与空气被隔离,绝缘及其它材料的老化过程大大延缓,电缆的使用寿命经计算可达到60年以上。
[0014] 4、由于电缆外护层采用了纵包焊接轧纹工艺,不但是防火、防腐性能好(高于铜护套电缆),防水性能也好,可作为水下电缆使用;防鼠和防白蚁性能也好,可作为防鼠和防白蚁电缆。
[0015] 5、本实用新型电缆的弯曲半径与普通电缆基本相同,安装敷设时也不需要穿管, 不锈钢护套也可作为铠装层使用,节约了铠装材料和电缆的塑料护套料。
