室外显示装置

实施例涉及在室外布置和使用的室外显示装置。
背景技术
一般而言,显示装置是用于在屏幕上显示图像的装置。可以使用上述显示装置来实现各种功能。视频墙功能是显示装置的一种类型。这里,视频墙功能用于将多个显示装置识别或提供为一个屏幕,并将图像放大1×4、2×2、3×3、4×4并进行显示。
视频墙功能将一个屏幕放大到多个显示装置,以用于会议室、报告、展示厅、交通路况、股票和/或其它,并因而可用于在被用户看到时使用户识别在屏幕上显示的图像。
几年来,频繁地使用这种显示装置以用于在露天或室外进行广告的目的。当用户观看包括安装在室外并被玻璃覆盖的视频墙的上述显示装置时,由于从玻璃表面(即显示面)反射的光而使可见性大大降低。
此外,还存在发黑(blacken)现象的问题,其中,由于根据安装位置,入射的阳光可能比由显示器的自热产生的光更强而使得液晶变黑。已知由于室外温度和太阳能热而发生这种发黑现象。
发明内容
将在以下描述中部分地阐述附加方面和/或优点,并且在描述中这部分将是清楚的,或者可通过实施例的实践被学习。
因此,本实施例的一方面在于提供一种能够改善可见性的室外显示装置。
实施例的另一方面在于提供一种能够阻挡阳光的室外显示装置。
实施例的另一方面在于提供一种能够改善可维护性的室外显示装置。
实施例的另一方面在于提供一种能够防止通过外部光而看见触摸膜图案的室外显示装置。
将在以下描述中部分地阐述实施例的附加方面,并且在描述中这部分将是明显的,或者可通过实施例的实践被学习。
根据本实施例的一个方面,一种室外显示装置包括:外壳单元,在外壳单元的前表面具有开口;玻璃单元,制备或布置在外壳单元的所述开口中;显示单元,制备(prepare)或布置在外壳单元中,并包括布置在玻璃单元的后部中的液晶显示面板以显示图像,并且玻璃单元包括:透明构件;偏振膜,制备在透明构件的后部中;λ/4膜,制备或布置在偏振膜和液晶显示面板中的至少任意一个上。
λ/4膜可包括:第一λ/4膜,制备在偏振膜的后表面上;第二λ/4膜,制备在液晶显示面板的正面。
λ/4膜可基于从偏振膜发出的光的光轴将光偏振为圆偏振光或45°或135°椭圆偏振光。
偏振膜、第一λ/4膜和第二λ/4膜可被顺序地布置在透明构件的后部。
玻璃单元还可包括制备在透明构件的前表面上的低反射或防反射(AR)膜。
偏振膜的光轴可以与通过液晶显示面板的光的光轴相同。
液晶显示面板可包括制备为减少光的反射的反射膜。
显示单元可包括制备为形成输出图像的视频墙的多个显示器主体,并且所述多个显示器主体可包括:显示模块,制备为显示图像;框架,制备在显示模块上。
所述偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个可被制备为对应于在显示模块的显示面的整个区域中包括的边框区域。
所述偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个可被制备为形成显示模块的边缘侧部。
可利用包括防指纹(AF)溶液和润滑剂溶液的涂覆溶液来涂覆所述边缘侧部。
可通过将防指纹溶液和润滑剂溶液涂覆在所述偏振膜和λ/4薄中的至少任意一个上来形成所述边缘侧部。
玻璃单元还可包括插入在λ/4膜和液晶显示面板之间的触摸膜。
根据本实施例的另一方面,一种室外显示装置包括:外壳单元,在外壳单元的前表面具有开口;透明构件,制备在外壳单元的所述开口中;显示单元,制备在外壳单元中,并包括布置在透明构件的后表面中的液晶显示面板以显示图像;膜单元,制备在透明构件内以阻挡外部光,并且膜单元包括:偏振膜,制备在透明构件的后表面中;λ/4膜,制备在偏振膜和液晶显示面板上。
λ/4膜可包括:第一λ/4膜,制备在偏振膜的后表面上;第二λ/4膜,制备在液晶显示面板的正面。
偏振膜、第一λ/4膜和第二λ/4膜可被顺序地布置在透明构件的后部。
透明构件还可包括制备在其正面的低反射或防反射(AR)膜。
偏振膜的光轴可以与通过液晶显示面板的光的光轴相同。
λ/4膜可基于从偏振膜发出的光的光轴将光偏振为圆偏振光或45°或135°椭圆偏振光。
液晶显示面板可包括制备为减少光的反射的反射膜。
显示单元可包括制备为形成输出图像的视频墙的多个显示器主体,并且所述多个显示器主体可包括:显示模块,制备为显示图像;框架,制备在显示模块的后部。
偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个可被制备为对应于在显示模块的显示面的整个区域中包括的边框区域。
所述偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个可形成为比液晶显示面板的有效显示区域的表面区域更大,并被制备为形成显示模块的侧部。
可利用包括防指纹(AF)溶液和润滑剂溶液的涂覆溶液来涂覆显示模块的所述侧部。膜单元还可包括插入在λ/4膜和液晶显示面板之间的触摸膜。
根据实施例的一个方面,一种室外显示装置包括:具有带有开口的外壳的视频墙;显示面板,相邻地布置在开口中;玻璃,在外壳中并在显示面板之前;膜,涂布于所述玻璃,减小光反射并使光圆偏振。
所述膜可包括在玻璃的一侧上的防反射膜、在所述玻璃的另一侧上的偏振膜以及在偏振膜上的波延迟膜。
偏振膜将外部光偏振为第一偏振光,波延迟膜的第一λ/4膜使来自偏振膜的光圆偏振,并且从波延迟膜的第二λ/4膜反射的光被偏振为与第一偏振光垂直的第二偏振光,从而阻止从显示面板反射的外部光离开外壳单元。

具体实施方式
现在将详细参考实施例,实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中,相似标号始终表示相似元件。下面描述实施例以通过参照附图来对它们进行解释。

在下文中,将参照以下附图描述根据实施例的室外显示装置。
如图1和图2所示,室外显示装置1包括:形成外观的外壳单元10,其中,在外壳单元10的正面形成开口11;布置在外壳单元10的开口11中的玻璃单元20;以及外壳单元10内的被设置为显示图像的显示单元100。
外壳单元10包括要安装在室外的底表面10a、顶表面10b、两个侧表面10c和后表面10d,并且开口11可形成外壳单元10的前表面10e的一部分。在实施例中,开口11被设置在外壳10的前表面10e的上侧,玻璃单元20被制备或位于前表面10e的至少一部分处,但是本实施例的这方面不应限于此。例如,前表面10e可整个形成为开口11,并且玻璃单元20可形成在整个外壳单元10上。
在外壳单元10的正面的开口11中制备的玻璃单元20可包括具有高硬度的透明构件(诸如钢化玻璃),并由透明材料形成。
玻璃单元20形成为具有与在外壳单元10内的显示单元100相应的尺寸,并且从玻璃单元20之外可以看到在安装在外壳单元10内的显示单元100上显示的图像。
显示单元100可包括用于形成视频墙的多个显示器主体100’。
例如,所述多个显示器主体100’可被布置为3×3的形状。也就是说,可以布置在纵向方向上的三个显示器主体100’和在横向方向上的三个显示器主体100’。以上是为了便于描述的示例,并且形成视频墙系统的所有显示器主体100’的布置形状可被不同地改变(见图6)。
形成上述视频墙的显示器主体100’均包括制备或设计为显示图像的显示模块110和制备为支撑显示模块110的后部的框架132。
显示模块110包括:液晶显示面板120,制备或设计为显示图像;以及背光单元130,布置在液晶显示面板120的后部并向液晶显示面板120投射光。
同时,在室外显示装置1中,可能由于从外壳单元10内的显示器主体100’产生的热以及从外部阳光产生的热而使室外显示装置1的内部劣化。
因此,在外壳单元10中,可设置空气循环装置40,通过将外部空气循环到外壳单元10中来将外壳单元10的内部温度维持在预定范围内。
为了通过空气循环装置40将外部空气循环到外壳单元10内,在外壳10的后表面的下部制备可使空气流入外壳单元10的进口12a,并在后表面的上部制备可使循环进外壳单元10的空气排出的出口12b。
此外,可布置加热器44,加热器44被设置为在低温时期(诸如冬天)加热通过进口12a流入的空气并防止液晶显示面板120的液晶冻结。
空气循环装置40被布置在外壳单元10内的下部,并包括:鼓风机(blowing fan)41,被转动且产生吸力和吹力;电动机42,产生转动力并转动鼓风机41;导管43,其中包括鼓风机41,并引导空气流入鼓风机41和引导从鼓风机41流出的空气,使得外部空气通过进口12a流入外壳单元10,并经由通过显示模块110两侧的空气通道而在外壳单元10内循环,并且随后通过出口排出,使得由阳光导致的热和自身产生的热被排出。
导管43可包括:流入开口43a,制备在鼓风机41的轴向上,并使得通过外壳单元10的进口12a流入的空气流到鼓风机41中;流出开口43b和43c,制备在鼓风机41的径向的外侧上,并将从鼓风机41流出的空气传送到显示器主体100’。
在实施例中,流出开口43b和43c包括:第一流出开口43b,被配置为通过玻璃单元20和液晶显示面板120之间的空间排出空气;第二流出开口43c,被配置为通过显示模块110的后侧的空间排出空气。因此,通过第一流出开口43b流出的空气通过玻璃单元20和液晶显示面板120之间的空间并冷却液晶显示面板120,从而防止液晶显示面板120的劣化;通过第二流出开口43c流出的空气通过显示模块110和外壳单元10的后表面10d之间的空间,并防止布置在液晶显示面板120的后部的背光单元130过热。
同时,如图3中所示,在玻璃单元20上制备或布置用于阻挡外部光的反射光的偏振膜31和λ/4膜32。
在实施例中,偏振膜31和λ/4膜32被顺序地布置在玻璃单元20的内表面。也就是说,沿阳光的前进方向,偏振膜31附着于玻璃单元20的内表面,并且λ/4膜32附着于偏振膜31的内表面。
此外,将低反射或防反射(AR)膜33附着于玻璃单元20的前表面。
在以上结构中,AR膜33、偏振膜31和λ/4膜32被布置在玻璃单元20上并形成膜单元30。
在膜单元30中,可优选并顺序地在玻璃单元20的前表面附着AR膜33,并在玻璃单元的后表面附着偏振膜31和λ/4膜32。
偏振膜31和λ/4膜32可被形成为具有大于或等于液晶显示面板120的有效显示面积的面积,并具有小于或等于玻璃单元20的面积的面积,因此可以有效地阻挡从液晶显示面板120的有效显示区域反射的反射光透射到外部。
偏振膜31被制备为具有与阳光相同的光轴。
λ/4膜32是膜和偏振方向之间的角度是基数乘以λ/4的膜。λ/4膜32可基于从偏振膜31发出的光的光轴而将光偏振为圆偏振光或45°或135°椭圆偏振光。
因此,偏振膜31用于透射阳光的偏振光的特定偏振轴的偏振光,并吸收其剩余光,λ/4膜32具有相对于偏振膜31的偏振轴倾斜45°的偏振轴。
λ/4膜32包括:第一λ/4膜32a,被制备在玻璃单元20的偏振膜31的后表面上;第二λ/4膜32b,被制备在液晶显示面板120的前表面上。
下面将描述偏振膜31和λ/4膜32的操作。在下文中,为了便于描述,将偏振膜31的偏振轴称为Y轴,并将与偏振膜31的偏振轴垂直的偏振轴称为X轴。
当阳光入射到布置在室外的室外显示装置1的玻璃单元20中时,一部分阳光从布置在玻璃单元20的前表面上的AR膜33反射出去,剩余阳光通过玻璃单元20并入射到偏振膜31。偏振膜31仅透射与偏振膜31的偏振轴(即Y轴)相应的Y轴偏振光并吸收剩余的光。通过偏振膜31的偏振光入射到第一λ/4膜32a中,并通过第一λ/4膜32a而变为圆偏振光。
通过第一λ/4膜32a的圆偏振光从制备在液晶显示面板120的正面上的第二λ/4膜32b反射,并且圆偏振光形状的反射光入射到第一λ/4膜32a的后表面中。入射到第一λ/4膜32a中的反射光的偏振光在通过第一λ/4膜32a时变为与偏振膜31的偏振轴(即Y轴)垂直的X轴偏振光。变为X轴偏振光的反射光入射到偏振膜31中,而偏振膜31具有Y轴偏振轴,因此具有X轴偏振光的所有反射光从偏振膜31反射。
因此,即使当阳光通过玻璃单元20到达液晶显示面板120时,从液晶显示面板120反射的所有反射光都被偏振膜31吸收,因而不会透射到玻璃单元20的外部。因此,可以改善在液晶显示面板120上显示的图像的可见性。
此外,如图4中所示,根据另一实施例的室外显示装置1的玻璃单元30A还可包括能够具有触摸功能的触摸膜34A。
触摸膜34A可被布置在玻璃单元30A的内表面上。触摸膜34A可插入在λ/4膜32A和液晶显示面板120之间。
偏振膜31A和λ/4膜32A可被顺序地布置在玻璃单元30A的内表面上,并且触摸膜34A可被优选地布置在λ/4膜32A的内表面上。
通过以上偏振膜31A和λ/4膜32A来最小化通过阳光的反射而显示触摸膜34A的图案,从而改善可见性。
图5和图6是简要地示出根据实施例的形成视频墙的显示器主体的示图,图7至图9是简要地示出根据另一实施例的形成视频墙的显示器主体的底架的示图,图10是简要地示出根据另一实施例的对形成视频墙的显示器主体的侧部进行涂覆的操作的示图。
如图5和图6中所示,实施例的形成视频墙的显示器主体100’包括:显示模块110,被配置为显示图像信息;框架132,布置在显示模块110的外表面上并被制备为保护显示模块110以及其中的电子组件。
显示模块110可包括:液晶显示面板120,被配置为显示图像;背光单元130,布置在液晶显示面板120的后部并将光投射到液晶显示面板120;控制单元(未示出),布置在背光单元130的后部并在其中包括电路板以控制液晶显示面板120和背光单元130的操作。
框架132被制备为从显示模块110的后部支撑显示模块110。
这里,形成显示模块110的边缘的边框(bezel)121可形成为包括偏振膜31和λ/4薄32中的至少任意一个。
可通过将各个膜附着于在液晶显示面板120的整个区域中包括的边框121的区域的一部分,来制备或布置包括以上偏振膜31和λ/4膜32中的至少任意一个的膜边框121。
同时,在实施例中,形成边框121的膜边框被描述为偏振膜31和λ/4膜32,但是本方面不限于此。例如,可将具有各种功能的功能膜附着于液晶显示面板120的前表面的边缘。例如,功能膜可包括防静电膜、防反射膜和/或其它。
此外,如图10中所示,在膜边框121中,制备在液晶显示面板120的正面的λ/4膜32可被制备为比液晶显示面板120的有效显示区域更大,并可围绕液晶显示面板120的外边缘。
以上的形成为比液晶显示面板120的有效显示区域更大的λ/4膜32可形成显示模块110的侧部122。
同时,形成视频墙的多个显示器主体100’可包括第一至第九显示器主体100’,并且第一显示器主体100’、第二显示器主体100’和第三显示器主体100’可被安装为在横向方向上相互接触,第一显示器主体100’、第四显示器主体100’和第七显示器主体100’可被安装为在纵向方向上相互接触。
这里,形成显示模块110的侧部122的膜边框121可减少显示器主体100’之间的间隔,从而可减少显示器主体100’之间的交界区域。
此外,膜边框121在液晶显示面板120的有效显示区域的区域中实现或产生漫射(diffused)图像和漫射颜色,并可以提高产品质量。
同时,可以通过制备或布置在每个框架132的后表面上的连接构件140(见图5)组合多个显示器主体100’。在实施例中,连接构件140是在显示器主体100’的后表面上的连接条、配置为固定连接条的螺栓和/或其它,但是本实施例的方面不限于此。例如,连接构件可包括配置为在显示器主体100’之间进行连接的结构。
在以上形成视频墙的多个显示器主体100’中,当显示模块110被损坏并被替换时,应该分离出与显示模块110相邻安装的显示器主体100’。例如,为了替换图6的第七显示器主体100’,应该分离并转移安装在第七显示器主体100’上方的第一显示器主体100’和第四显示器主体100’。
这里,为了容易地在显示器主体100’之间进行转移,如图10中所示,可以在显示模块110的侧部122上涂覆包括防指纹(AF)溶液和润滑剂溶液的涂覆溶液C,从而可显著减少显示器主体100’之间的摩擦。
同时,可使用涂覆有包括AF溶液和润滑剂容易的涂覆溶液C的膜边框121来形成显示模块110的侧部122。
因此,当利用涂覆溶液C涂覆了显示模块110的侧部122并减少了摩擦时,可使用滑脱原理(slip phenomenon)来容易地转移显示器主体100’。
从以上描述中可以清楚,根据一个实施例的室外显示装置可阻挡反射光并改善可见性。
此外,可阻挡阳光,并且可解决温度增加的问题。
此外,可防止通过外部光而看见触摸膜图案。
此外,可提高可维护性,并且可提高产品的寿命。
虽然已经示出和描述了一些实施例,但是本领域技术人员应清楚,在不脱离这些实施例的原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行改变,其中,原理和精神的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (13)

1.一种室外显示装置,包括:
外壳单元,所述外壳单元的前表面具有开口;
玻璃单元,制备在所述外壳单元的开口中;以及
显示单元,制备在外壳单元中,并包括布置在玻璃单元的后部中的液晶显示面板以显示图像,
其中,玻璃单元包括:
透明构件;
偏振膜,制备在透明构件的后部中;和
λ/4膜,制备在偏振膜和液晶显示面板中的至少任意一个上。
2.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,λ/4膜包括:
第一λ/4膜,制备在偏振膜的后表面上;
第二λ/4膜,制备在液晶显示面板的正面。
3.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,λ/4膜基于从偏振膜发出的光的光轴,将光偏振为圆偏振光或45°或135°椭圆偏振光。
4.如权利要求2所述的室外显示装置,其中,偏振膜、第一λ/4膜和第二λ/4膜被顺序地布置在透明构件的后部。
5.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,玻璃单元还包括制备在透明构件的前表面上的低反射AR膜。
6.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,偏振膜的光轴与通过液晶显示面板的光的光轴相同。
7.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,液晶显示面板包括制备为减少光的反射的反射膜。
8.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,显示单元包括制备为形成输出图像的视频墙的多个显示器主体,
其中,所述多个显示器主体包括:
显示模块,制备为显示图像;
框架,制备在显示模块上。
9.如权利要求8所述的室外显示装置,其中,所述偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个被制备为对应于在显示模块的显示面的整个区域中包括的边框区域。
10.如权利要求8所述的室外显示装置,其中,所述偏振膜和λ/4膜中的至少任意一个被制备为形成显示模块的边缘侧部。
11.如权利要求10所述的室外显示装置,其中,利用包括防指纹AF溶液和润滑剂溶液的涂覆溶液来涂覆所述边缘侧部。
12.如权利要求10所述的室外显示装置,其中,通过将防指纹溶液和润滑剂溶液涂覆在所述偏振膜和λ/4薄中的至少任意一个上来形成所述边缘侧部。
13.如权利要求1所述的室外显示装置,其中,玻璃单元还包括插入在λ/4膜和液晶显示面板之间的触摸膜。
