技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种安装于变量柱塞泵上的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀。
背景技术
目前市场上的先导控制阀主要有以下不足:
1、工艺繁琐、效率低;
2、加工工艺性差、加工精度很难保证,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,在保证产品性能的情况下,简化制造工艺,提高生产效率;降低成本,提升市场竞争力。
为了达到上述设计目的,本发明采用的技术方案下:
一种非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,包括线圈、衔铁、顶杆、整体式后衔铁、前衔铁、阀座、阀嘴、线圈座,所述阀座上端通过连接片固定前衔铁,与前衔铁相对设有整体式后衔铁,前衔铁、整体式后衔铁之间设有顶杆,顶杆外套接衔铁,所述前衔铁、整体式后衔铁外侧设有线圈座,线圈座上缠绕线圈,所述线圈座穿套在阀嘴内。
优选地,所述整体式后衔铁设有延伸到线圈座内的延伸部,衔铁套设在延伸部内侧。
优选地,所述前衔铁设有延伸到线圈座内的延伸部,衔铁套设在延伸部内侧。
优选地,所述阀座内设有阀芯,阀芯下端设有弹簧,阀芯上端与顶杆相对设置。
优选地,所述阀嘴与前衔铁、整体式后衔铁之间设有密封圈。
优选地,所述阀座与连接片之间设有密封圈。
本发明所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀的有益效果是:在保证产品性能的情况下,简化制造工艺,提高生产效率;降低成本,提升市场竞争力。
1、取消原设计零件隔磁环,隔磁环位置原设计为填料焊接固定,工艺性差,更改后无须焊接;2、后轭铁分体式设计改为整体式设计,提升产品零件精度;3、衔铁与顶杆原设计为分体式设计,现更改为整体压装式集成设计;4、上述更改满足功能需求,且提升产品生产效率,降低成本。

下面对本发明的最佳实施方案作进一步的详细的描述。
如图2-3所示,所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,包括线圈1、衔铁2、顶杆3、整体式后衔铁6、前衔铁7、阀座8、阀嘴9、线圈座10、连接片11,所述阀座8上端通过连接片11固定前衔铁7,与前衔铁7相对设有整体式后衔铁6,前衔铁7、整体式后衔铁6之间设有顶杆3,顶杆3外套接衔铁2,所述前衔铁7、整体式后衔铁6外侧设有线圈座10,线圈座10上缠绕线圈1,所述线圈座10穿套在阀嘴9内。
所述整体式后衔铁6设有延伸到线圈座10内的延伸部,衔铁2套设在延伸部内侧。
所述阀座8内设有阀芯4,阀芯4下端设有弹簧5,阀芯4上端与顶杆3相对设置。
所述阀嘴9与前衔铁7、整体式后衔铁6之间设有密封圈12。
所述阀座8与连接片11之间设有密封圈12。

1.一种非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:包括线圈、衔铁、顶杆、整体式后衔铁、前衔铁、阀座、阀嘴、线圈座,所述阀座上端通过连接片固定前衔铁,与前衔铁相对设有整体式后衔铁,前衔铁、整体式后衔铁之间设有顶杆,顶杆外套接衔铁,所述前衔铁、整体式后衔铁外侧设有线圈座,线圈座上缠绕线圈,所述线圈座穿套在阀嘴内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述整体式后衔铁设有延伸到线圈座内的延伸部,衔铁套设在延伸部内侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述前衔铁设有延伸到线圈座内的延伸部,衔铁套设在延伸部内侧。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀座内设有阀芯,阀芯下端设有弹簧,阀芯上端与顶杆相对设置。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀嘴与前衔铁、整体式后衔铁之间设有密封圈。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的非焊接式电液比例先导控制阀,其特征在于:所述阀座与连接片之间设有密封圈。
