技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种环保水龙头等多领域用途的无重金属食品级水龙头球阀,尤其涉及一种利用软性材料制造球阀与无重金属环保光滑的球体内壁形成密
封开关通断结构;设计为无重金属近水;环保、食品级中通水龙头球阀(简称“中通环保旋转球阀”)。
背景技术
基于水龙头球阀受重金属溶解和酸碱腐蚀,造成饮用水污染,直接影响健康;且需要水龙头球阀长期处于工作磨损,构成液体泄露。
发明内容
本发明关键创新点:软性材料制造球阀与环保光滑内壁构成一个硬性与一个软性没有磨擦滑损,且永远磨合密封无损的目的。
本发明技术方法:采用耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、耐低温、阻燃、高强度、具韧性食品级材料。
本发明所述一种中通环保球阀结构包括:液体进出方向一、管道连接端口一、液体进出口一、液体直通方向、球阀、螺纹外支架、内螺纹、旋转螺纹、外置垫枕、弹性密封垫、旋转盘、管道连接口二、液体进出口二、液体进出方向二、中通内壁口一、环保高弹性材料、环保具摩擦材料、中通内壁口二、球阀连接进出端口。
