本发明提供一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,包括壳体以及壳体内依次设置的补气单元、净化主体单元和负离子发生器;在补气单元与净化主体单元之间设有催化区;所述补气单元处于所述壳体靠近汽车排气管的一端;所述催化区内填充有分子筛催化剂;所述净化主体单元包括石灰水过滤层及其两端的吸附层;石灰水过滤层包括浸有石灰水的滤芯,所述壳体对应所述滤芯的位置设有盛装有石灰水的料槽。本发明结构简单,设计合理,在催化区的上游设置了补气单元,能够大大促进催化区内催化剂的催化效率,汽车排放的尾气会经活性炭吸附层吸附并与石灰水充分接触,使汽车尾气中的二氧化碳和颗粒粉尘污染物含量大大降低。

技术领域
本发明属于尾气净化环保设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置。
背景技术
近年来,随经济发展,我国汽车的拥有量急剧增加。汽车尾气的排放已经成为增长最快的大气污染源。汽车排放物的污染问题成为城市环境主要问题之一。尽管已经有了多种控制汽车尾气排放的技术,但是在实际使用中仍然不能解决汽车所排放的污染颗粒的问题,而我国雾霾天气的长时间持续存在刻不容缓地需要解决汽车尾气的污染问题。现有的汽车尾气净化设备结构复杂,体积庞大,不便于安装,同时,催化效率低,使用效果较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是旨在克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,提出一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,包括壳体以及壳体内依次设置的补气单元、净化主体单元和负离子发生器;在所述补气单元与净化主体单元之间设有催化区;所述补气单元处于所述壳体靠近汽车排气管的一端;所述催化区内填充有分子筛催化剂;所述净化主体单元包括石灰水过滤层及其两端的吸附层;石灰水过滤层包括浸有石灰水的滤芯,所述壳体对应所述滤芯的位置设有盛装有石灰水的料槽。
进一步,所述吸附层为活性炭层。
进一步,所述滤芯上还设有竹炭颗粒。
进一步,所述滤芯采用过滤丝绵。
进一步,所述壳体外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层。
进一步,所述壳体内壁涂敷有耐高温涂层。
进一步,所述补气单元包括进气管以及进气管内设置的滤网。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1)结构简单,设计合理,在催化区的上游设置了补气单元,能够大大促进催化区内催化剂的催化效率,提高本汽车尾气净化处理装置的使用效果,可以有效降低汽车尾气的污染。
2)壳体外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层,可以有效保护壳体,防止车辆行驶过程中,小石子等飞溅敲击主体时造成主体损坏,并降低噪音。
3)汽车排放的尾气会经活性炭吸附层吸附并与石灰水充分接触,石灰水与尾气中的二氧化碳反应,反应后的尾气又会经活性炭吸附层吸附,使汽车尾气中的二氧化碳和颗粒粉尘污染物含量大大降低。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不相冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,如图1所示,包括壳体1以及壳体1内依次设置的补气单元2、净化主体单元4和负离子发生器5;在所述补气单元2与净化主体单元4之间设有催化区11;所述补气单元2处于所述壳体1靠近汽车排气管的一端;所述催化区11内填充有分子筛催化剂;所述净化主体单元4包括石灰水过滤层6及其两端的吸附层7;所述石灰水过滤层6包括浸有石灰水的滤芯8,所述壳体1对应所述滤芯8的位置设有盛装有石灰水的料槽9。其中,所述吸附层7为活性炭层。
汽车排放的尾气会先经催化区11催化,之后,经吸附层7吸附,并与石灰水充分接触,石灰水与尾气中的二氧化碳反应,反应后的尾气又会经活性炭吸附层吸附,最后,尾气还会经过负离子发生器的净化处理,使汽车尾气中的二氧化碳和颗粒粉尘污染物含量大大降低。
需要说明的是,可以在壳体上设置悬挂钩,以方便本净化器的安装固定,保证使用过程中的稳定性。另外,还可以在壳体上设置排水孔,可以将尾气液化部分排出,防止腐蚀壳体。
上述滤芯8采用过滤丝绵,滤芯8上还设有竹炭颗粒,有效吸附颗粒粉尘污染物。能进一步提升净化效果。滤芯8始终能够与料槽9内的石灰水接触,始终吸附充足的石灰水,保证尾气中二氧化碳与石灰水充分反应。
其中,所述壳体1外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层。可以有效保护壳体1,能防止车辆行驶过程中,小石子等飞溅敲击主体时造成壳体1损坏,并且还减轻了小石子飞溅撞在壳体1上时发出的噪音。
上述壳体1内壁涂敷有耐高温涂层,受高温尾气影响小,可以保护壳体1免受氧化,保证其使用寿命长久。
其中,所述补气单元2包括进气管10以及进气管10内设置的滤网3,经进气管10进入壳体1内的新鲜空气会得到有效净化,需要指出的是,最好在进气管10上安装止逆阀,所安装的止逆阀只允许外界新鲜空气进入壳体内,能防止汽车尾气直接由进气管10排出,造成空气污染。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,在催化区11的上游设置了补气单元2,能够大大促进催化区内催化剂的催化效率,提高本汽车尾气净化处理装置的使用效果,可以有效降低汽车尾气的污染。

1.一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,其特征在于:包括壳体以及壳体内依次设置的补气单元、净化主体单元和负离子发生器;在所述补气单元与净化主体单元之间设有催化区;所述补气单元处于所述壳体靠近汽车排气管的一端;所述催化区内填充有分子筛催化剂;所述净化主体单元包括石灰水过滤层及其两端的吸附层;所述石灰水过滤层包括浸有石灰水的滤芯,所述壳体对应所述滤芯的位置设有盛装有石灰水的料槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述吸附层为活性炭层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述滤芯上还设有竹炭颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种高效催化的汽车尾气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述滤芯采用过滤丝绵。
