本发明公开了一种实木复合烤漆门及其加工方法,属于门技术领域。包括门框及与所述门框铰接的门扇,所述门扇及门框均采用天然木材作为骨架,骨架两边再与面板复合,所述门扇及门框表面均设有天然木皮。本发明制得的木门有实木门的天然纹理,有实木门的拼装工艺立体感,使用时不会开裂和变形,使用寿命长;采用的绝大部分材料都是秸秆压制而成的板材,有效的将农作废物再利用,积极响应国家的号召,真正的倡导低碳、环保生活;采用环保材料,不含甲醛,符合现代人健康、环保的生活要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及门技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种实木复合烤漆门及其加工方法。
背景技术
如今市场上出现的木门根据材质、工艺和价位的不同大致分为三种。第一种:免漆门,其做法工艺大致如下:将实木多层板材和密度板材压制为一整体,然后在多层板和密度板上镂铣出造型,再贴上PVC膜或者是三聚氰胺浸渍纸,这种木门在生产过程和原材中都会大量采用一种胶水即白乳胶(脲醛胶),这种胶水中含有大量的甲醛,对人身体容易造成伤害,不仅如此,这种门的制作工艺简单,外表颜色、光泽和纹理都达不到消费者越来越高的品质要求,因此市场一般将这种木门定位为低档产品。
第二种:实木复合烤漆门,其做法工艺大致如下,将实木多层板材和密度板压制为一整体,然后在多层板和密度板上镂铣出造成,外表贴上三聚氰胺浸渍纸或者天然木皮,最后在上面涂装油漆制作而成,这种木门在外表处理上弥补了第一种门的不足,工艺、颜色、光泽和纹理也能达到消费者的要求,但是这种木门同样也含有大量甲醛,达不到环保要求,因此市场一般将这种木门定位为中档产品。
第三种:实木复合烤漆门,其做法工艺大致如下:将天然高档木种用原木锯成板材,经过烘干处理后,加上少量的白乳胶,利用榫卯结构拼接,然后在上面涂装油漆制作而成,这种木门加工工艺繁琐,而且各地区的气候和湿度不同,木材的含水率很难控制,所以经常出现开裂、变形等物理现象,但相比第一种、第二种木门来说还是比较环保的,且工艺、颜色、光泽和纹理均能达到消费者的要求,因此市场一般将这种木门定位为高档产品吗,其售价高,普通消费者难以接受。
以上三种门都是以木材为原材料,都有自己的产品缺陷,就是消费者口中常说的:“便宜的不环保,环保的又太贵,还容易开裂”,所以已经不能满足现在社会所提倡的环保、低碳、自然的生活,所以市场急需一种既环保、低碳,又美观、自然的木门来满足消费者的要求!
发明内容
本发明公开了一种实木复合烤漆门及其加工方法,提供了一种环保、无甲醛的实木复合烤漆门及其加工方法,将秸秆、MDA胶、聚氨酯生态胶及食用面粉等应用到木门中,颠覆了传统木门行业的技术,既满足了消费者想不花大价钱就能买到环保、不含甲醛、美观、牢固的木门的心里,而且在低碳节能方面做出了很大贡献。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种实木复合烤漆门,包括门框及与所述门框铰接的门扇,所述门扇及门框均采用天然木材作为骨架,骨架两边再与面板复合,所述门扇及门框表面均设有天然木皮。
所述门扇包括由两根横向实木及两根竖向实木组成的门扇框架,所述门扇框架内填充有秸秆板,所述门扇框架两边均覆盖有面板,所述门扇表面覆盖有天然木皮。
所述面板由秸秆制成。
所述门扇表面镶嵌有实木块。
一种实木复合烤漆门的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
a、门框的加工,在门框竖向实木A两边覆盖面板,覆盖面板后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,再贴合一层天然木皮,再在门框竖向实木A的两侧开设卡槽,将门框竖向实木B与门框竖向实木A固定连接,制得门框的一侧,最后将将三个侧框组合固定为门框;
b、门扇的加工,采用两根横向实木及两根竖向实木拼接制成门扇框架,横竖向实木之间采用钉子拼接,将秸秆用MDA胶压制成秸秆板,将秸秆板填充在门扇框架内并与门扇框架固定连接为一整块门板,再用秸秆制成高密度的板材作为面板,在门板的两面再覆盖面板,最后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,并贴合天然木皮制得门扇;
c、根据门扇的设计要求,在门扇的表面镶嵌与天然木皮相同木质的实木块,将门扇制成不同造型;
d、在门扇及门框表面涂装油漆,将门扇用铰链与门框连接安装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的木门有实木门的天然纹理,有实木门的拼装工艺立体感,使用时不会开裂和变形,使用寿命长;采用的绝大部分材料都是秸秆压制而成的板材,有效的将农作废物再利用,积极响应国家的号召,真正的倡导低碳、环保生活;采用环保材料,不含甲醛,符合现代人健康、环保的生活要求。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
一种实木复合烤漆门,包括门框2及与所述门框2铰接的门扇1,所述门扇1及门框2均采用天然木材作为骨架,骨架两边再与面板7复合,所述门扇1及门框2表面均设有天然木皮6。
所述门扇1包括由两根横向实木3及两根竖向实木4组成的门扇框架,所述门扇框架内填充有秸秆板5,所述门扇框架两边均覆盖有面板7,所述门扇1表面覆盖有天然木皮6。
所述面板7由秸秆制成。
所述门扇表面镶嵌有实木块8。
一种实木复合烤漆门的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
a、门框的加工,在门框竖向实木A9两边覆盖面板,覆盖面板后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,再贴合一层天然木皮,再在门框竖向实木A9的两侧开设卡槽,将门框竖向实木B10与门框竖向实木A9固定连接,制得门框的一侧,最后将将三个侧框组合固定为门框;
b、门扇的加工,采用两根横向实木3及两根竖向实木4拼接制成门扇框架,横竖向实木之间采用钉子拼接,将秸秆用MDA胶压制成秸秆板5,将秸秆板5填充在门扇框架内并与门扇框架固定连接为一整块门板,再用秸秆制成高密度的板材作为面板7,在门板的两面再覆盖面板7,最后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,并贴合天然木皮制得门扇;
c、根据门扇的样式要求,在门扇的表面镶嵌与天然木皮相同木质的实木块,将门扇制成不同造型;
d、在门扇及门框表面涂装油漆,将门扇用铰链与门框连接安装。
实施例一:
一种实木复合烤漆门,包括门框2及与门框2铰接的门扇1,门扇1及门框2均采用天然木材作为骨架,骨架两边再与面板7复合,门扇1及门框2表面均设有天然木皮6。门扇1包括由两根横向实木3及两根竖向实木4组成的门扇框架,门扇框架内填充有秸秆板5,门扇框架两边均覆盖有面板7,门扇1表面覆盖有天然木皮6,面板7是用秸秆制成的高密度板材。
门框的加工过程如下,在门框竖向实木A9两边覆盖面板,覆盖面板后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,再贴合一层天然木皮,再在门框竖向实木A9的两侧开设卡槽,将门框竖向实木B10与门框竖向实木A9固定连接,制得门框的一侧,最后将三个侧框组合固定为整体的门框,门框内可固定防撞条11;
门扇的加工过程如下:采用两根横向实木3及两根竖向实木4拼接制成门扇框架,横竖向实木之间采用钉子拼接,将秸秆用MDA胶压制成秸秆板5,将秸秆板5填充在门扇框架内并与门扇框架用钉子固定连接为一整块门板,再用秸秆制成高密度的板材作为面板7,在门板的两面再覆盖面板7,面板7用钉子固定在门板两面,最后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,并贴合天然木皮制得门扇;门扇的表面镶嵌与天然木皮相同木质的实木块8,将门扇制成不同造型;在门扇及门框表面涂装油漆,将门扇用铰链与门框连接安装得到实木复合烤漆门。
实施例二:
本实施例的门框制作过程与实施例一一致,门扇制作中,秸秆板5可根据设计要求压成不同形状,秸秆板5插入在两端的实木中以固定,门扇表面镶嵌不同形状的实木块以增加门扇的强度,同时变换门扇的造型。
实施例一、实施例二得到两款不同造型的实木复合烤漆门,还可变换造型得到各种不同的实木复合烤漆门。
本发明的关键点在于将秸秆利用起来,结合环保材料制得实木复合烤漆门,以全世界每年生产一亿樘木门为例,每樘木门消耗0.2立方木材,就要消耗2000万方左右木材,如果每亩森林以产30方木材计算,每年就要砍伐掉66万亩森林。而中国的秸秆据统计每年可以制造出20000万方板材,只要把秸秆的十分之一利用起来就可以换来66万亩森林。而据统计现在秸秆的利用率还不到千分之一,90%的秸秆都被焚烧了。所以这是一项多么伟大的发明和创新啊!

1.一种实木复合烤漆门,包括门框(2)及与所述门框(2)铰接的门扇(1),其特征在于:所述门扇(1)及门框(2)均采用天然木材作为骨架,骨架两边再与面板(7)复合,所述门扇(1)及门框(2)表面均设有天然木皮(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种实木复合烤漆门,其特征在于:所述门扇(1)包括由两根横向实木(3)及两根竖向实木(4)组成的门扇框架,所述门扇框架内填充有秸秆板(5),所述门扇框架两边均覆盖有面板(7),所述门扇(1)表面覆盖有天然木皮(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种实木复合烤漆门,其特征在于:所述面板(7)由秸秆制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种实木复合烤漆门,其特征在于:所述门扇表面镶嵌有实木块(8)。
5.一种实木复合烤漆门的加工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、门框的加工,在门框竖向实木A(9)两边覆盖面板,覆盖面板后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,再贴合一层天然木皮,再在门框竖向实木A(9)的两侧开设卡槽,将门框竖向实木B(10)与门框竖向实木A(9)固定连接,制得门框的一侧,最后将将三个侧框组合固定为门框;
b、门扇的加工,采用两根横向实木(3)及两根竖向实木(4)拼接制成门扇框架,横竖向实木之间采用钉子拼接,将秸秆用MDA胶压制成秸秆板(5),将秸秆板(5)填充在门扇框架内并与门扇框架固定连接为一整块门板,再用秸秆制成高密度的板材作为面板(7),在门板的两面再覆盖面板(7),最后在表面涂刷由聚氨酯生态胶与食用面粉混合而成的混合胶,并贴合天然木皮制得门扇;
