本发明公开了一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,本发明的改性硅灰石粉主要应用于墙纸底材制作,利用明胶和橄榄油对硅灰石粉进行改性,使得改性后的硅灰石粉在造纸工艺中不会对纸张的使用寿命造成影响;加入菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁与橄榄油共同作用,使制成的墙纸底材具备一定的抗菌和散发香味的功效;明胶对橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁有一定的保护效果,故即使经过造纸工序,其仍具备良好的抗菌和散发香味的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装潢材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面主要装饰装修材料之一,由于墙纸具有良好的装饰效果,所以它得到越来越广泛的应用。随着社会经济的不断发展和人们生产水平的不断提高,酒店及住宅大量涌现,人们对室内的装修装饰要求越来越高,更为注重墙体表面的装饰效果。目前,越来越多的人致力于墙纸的研究,但大多数研究停留于墙纸的装饰效果方面,如改变花色等方面,更多的注重表面。而墙纸更多的应用于建筑物室内装修后,占据室内很大的面积,如果其能具有某些功能,如抗菌功能,则能够发挥良好的功效。为了适应特殊空间环境的需要,如医院、学校等人流密集和细菌易传播的场所,作为内墙装饰材料的墙纸应该具有抗菌的功能。
中国专利201210147905.2就公开了一种抗菌墙纸及其制备方法,其采用无机银抗菌剂加入到油墨中,起到抗菌的效果。此方法采用了成本非常高的无机银抗菌剂,很多消费者无法承受其高昂的价格,因此,人们迫切需要新的价廉物美一种抗菌墙纸。
在造纸过程中加入填料能够降低生产成本,增加纸张的白度、不透明度等光学性能,改善纸张尺寸稳定性,同时提高纸张的印刷适应性,但是加填也会带来一些负面作用,例如降低纸张强度。对于一般填料,若造纸过程没有使用助留系统或使用不当,填料在纸张中留着比较困难。
硅灰石是近年来开发的一种新型造纸填料,硅灰石是近年来开发的一种新型填料,它是一种三斜链状偏硅酸钙矿物,分子式为CaSiO3或Ca3Si3O9,化学成分含量:SiO240%~50%、CaO45%~50%、Al2O32%~5%、MgO2%~5%,呈白色或灰白色,玻璃光泽到珍珠光泽,密度2.78~2.91g/cm3,硬度4.5~5.0,熔点1544℃,具有较好的热稳定性和化学稳定性。颗粒呈针状或纤维状,生产工艺不同,长径比不同,通常长径比为(7~8)∶1,有的可达(15~20)∶1。
由于硅灰石的纤维状外形,吸引了许多造纸研究人员和企业的注意,并进行了系列研究。研究表明,硅灰石可以作为功能填料部分替代纸浆纤维,降低生产成本;与传统的造纸填料不同,加入一定量的纤维状硅灰石,对纸张强度影响不大;硅灰石的留着率比传统填料高,可达70%~80%。但是,硅灰石在实际应用过程中存在两个问题:(1)硅灰石在分级破碎过程中会表现出沿着解理面解理破碎的趋势,使得硅灰石粉体形成尖锐的棱角,硅灰石填料硬度较高、粒度较大,在抄纸过程中会对纸机网部(成型网和脱水元件)产生磨损,降低其使用寿命;(2)由于硅灰石的密度高于纤维,当加填量较高时,如果纸页定量不变,随着填料量的增加,纸页的松厚度降低。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有抗菌作用的墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法。
一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将硅灰石粉放入水中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将十二烷基磺酸钠放入水中,继续搅拌5-10min,加入橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,继续搅拌8-15min,得到悬浊液;
步骤三:称取一定质量的明胶,加热至35-40℃,待完全溶解后,将溶液加入步骤二的悬浊液中;
步骤四:将悬浊液边搅拌边加热至45℃,滴加 3-5%的醋酸溶液,调节体系pH,使明胶产生凝聚,恒温 15-20min;
步骤五:采用喷雾干燥,得到改性硅灰石粉。
优选的,所述的改性硅灰石粉的各成分的重量百分比为:
十二烷基磺酸钠 2-5%
橄榄油 3-8%
菊花提取物 2-5%
鲜海乳草汁 0.5-1%
明胶 8-15%
硅灰石粉 余量。
优选的,所述的步骤四中,明胶凝聚后,溶液的粘度为150-350cps。
该粘度下包覆效果良好,也易于喷雾干燥。
海乳草分布于北温带海岸,我国西北部至东北部亦产之,为一种盐生植物。稍肉质草本,秃净;叶小,对生,肉质,线形或匙形;花近无柄,腋生;萼红色或白色,钟状,5深裂,宿存;花冠缺;雄蕊生于子房的周围,着生于花萼的基部,与萼片互生;子房上位,1室,有腺体;胚珠少数,沉没于球形的胎座中;蒴果球状卵形,有喙,半藏于花萼内,顶部5裂。鲜海乳草汁为新鲜海乳草榨取的汁液。
本发明的改性硅灰石粉,主要用于墙纸的底材制作,本发明采用明胶包覆,橄榄油润滑的方式,克服了在造纸过程中,硅灰石粉体的尖锐的棱角对纸机网部产生的磨损,影响纸张寿命的危害。
加入十二烷基磺酸钠的作用是增强橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁中的有机物与硅灰石粉的结合作用。
而由于在硅灰石粉的改性过程中加入了橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,使制备的墙纸的底材具备一定的抗菌效果,同时还可以散发一定的香味。
由于采用明胶对橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁有一定的保护效果,故即使经过造纸工序,其仍具备良好的抗菌和散发香味的效果。
本方案相比于传统方案的有益之处在于:本发明利用了明胶和橄榄油对硅灰石粉进行改性,使得改性后的硅灰石粉在造纸工艺中不会对纸张的使用寿命造成影响;加入菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁与橄榄油共同作用,使制成的墙纸底材具备一定的抗菌和散发香味的功效;明胶对橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁有一定的保护效果,故即使经过造纸工序,其仍具备良好的抗菌和散发香味的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将硅灰石粉放入水中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将十二烷基磺酸钠放入水中,继续搅拌8min,加入橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,继续搅拌10min,得到悬浊液;
步骤三:称取一定质量的明胶,加热至35℃,待完全溶解后,将溶液加入步骤二的悬浊液中;
步骤四:将悬浊液边搅拌边加热至45℃,滴加 3-5%的醋酸溶液,调节体系pH,使明胶产生凝聚,恒温 18min;
步骤五:采用喷雾干燥,得到改性硅灰石粉。
所述的改性硅灰石粉的各成分的重量百分比为:
十二烷基磺酸钠 3%
橄榄油 5%
菊花提取物 3%
鲜海乳草汁 0.8%
明胶 12%
硅灰石粉 余量。
所述的步骤四中,明胶凝聚后,溶液的粘度为250cps。
实施例2:
一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将硅灰石粉放入水中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将十二烷基磺酸钠放入水中,继续搅拌10min,加入橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,继续搅拌8min,得到悬浊液;
步骤三:称取一定质量的明胶,加热至38℃,待完全溶解后,将溶液加入步骤二的悬浊液中;
步骤四:将悬浊液边搅拌边加热至45℃,滴加 3-5%的醋酸溶液,调节体系pH,使明胶产生凝聚,恒温 20min;
步骤五:采用喷雾干燥,得到改性硅灰石粉。
所述的改性硅灰石粉的各成分的重量百分比为:
十二烷基磺酸钠 2%
橄榄油 8%
菊花提取物 2%
鲜海乳草汁 1%
明胶 8%
硅灰石粉 余量。
所述的步骤四中,明胶凝聚后,溶液的粘度为350cps。
实施例3:
一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将硅灰石粉放入水中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将十二烷基磺酸钠放入水中,继续搅拌5min,加入橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,继续搅拌15min,得到悬浊液;
步骤三:称取一定质量的明胶,加热至35℃,待完全溶解后,将溶液加入步骤二的悬浊液中;
步骤四:将悬浊液边搅拌边加热至45℃,滴加 3-5%的醋酸溶液,调节体系pH,使明胶产生凝聚,恒温20min;
步骤五:采用喷雾干燥,得到改性硅灰石粉。
所述的改性硅灰石粉的各成分的重量百分比为:
十二烷基磺酸钠 5%
橄榄油 3%
菊花提取物 5%
鲜海乳草汁 0.5%
明胶 15%
硅灰石粉 余量。
所述的步骤四中,明胶凝聚后,溶液的粘度为150cps。
经检测将实施例1-3的改性硅灰石粉应用于墙纸的底材后,底材对霉菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到85%以上。
对比实施例1
将实施例1中的明胶去除,直接将硅灰石粉、橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁加入到造纸的纸浆中参与造纸,得到的墙纸的底材,经测试后其对霉菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均低于30%。
故经过本发明改性的硅灰石粉,即使经过造纸工艺仍具备非常好的抗菌效果。
此检测数据只针对上述检测样品。

1.一种墙纸用改性硅灰石粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将硅灰石粉放入水中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将十二烷基磺酸钠放入水中,继续搅拌5-10min,加入橄榄油、菊花提取物、鲜海乳草汁,继续搅拌8-15min,得到悬浊液;
步骤三:称取一定质量的明胶,加热至35-40℃,待完全溶解后,将溶液加入步骤二的悬浊液中;
步骤四:将悬浊液边搅拌边加热至45℃,滴加 3-5%的醋酸溶液,调节体系pH,使明胶产生凝聚,恒温 15-20min;
步骤五:采用喷雾干燥,得到改性硅灰石粉;
所述的改性硅灰石粉的各成分的重量百分比为:
十二烷基磺酸钠 2-5%
橄榄油 3-8%
菊花提取物 2-5%
鲜海乳草汁 0.5-1%
明胶 8-15%
