本发明公开了一种防菌纤维布由经丝和纬丝编织而成,经丝为单丝结构,纬丝为复丝结构,纬丝由竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝交错包缠而成,竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝的半径比为1:2,防菌纤维丝由如下按照重量份的原料组成:罗布麻纤维23~42份、木棉纤维20~27份、木质素10~26份、海藻酸铜纤维16~31份、苎麻纤维10~15份、聚酰胺18~35份、改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3~9份、防霉变纤维素纤维10~16份、聚氨酯3~9份、分散剂2~6份和稳定剂1.2~1.6份。该种防菌纤维布的结构稳定,透气性能、防菌性能良好,强度高,柔韧性好,手感柔软,原料安全环保,对人无毒副作用,使用寿命长,加入了聚酰胺,使防菌纤维布的防菌性能更加持久。

本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体涉及一种防菌纤维布。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,针织工业在稳定的发展,生产技术更趋完善,生产水平进一步提高,特别是高新技术获得了广泛的应用,应用领域更为宽广。随着经济全球化、市场国际化,以及服装材料技术的开发与进步,人们的物质生活水平越来越高,对纤维材料的性能要求也越来越高。现有的防菌纤维布是在透气性较好的纤维布上侵染防菌剂以达到防菌效果,然而该种方法防菌效果持续时间较短,因此,需要提供一种防菌纤维布以满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提高了一种防菌纤维布。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防菌纤维布,所述防菌纤维布由经丝和纬丝编织而成,所述经丝为单丝结构,所述纬丝为复丝结构,所述纬丝由竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝交错包缠而成,所述竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝的半径比为1:2,所述防菌纤维丝由如下按照重量份的原料组成:罗布麻纤维23~42份、木棉纤维20~27份、木质素10~26份、海藻酸铜纤维16~31份、苎麻纤维10~15份、聚酰胺18~35份、改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3~9份、防霉变纤维素纤维10~16份、聚氨酯3~9份、分散剂2~6份和稳定剂1.2~1.6份。
所述防菌纤维布的经丝为碳纤维、芳纶纤维、腈纶纤维中的一种。
所述防菌纤维布的竹纤维丝的半径为8mm,纤度为168dtex。
所述防菌纤维布的防菌纤维丝由如下按照重量份的原料组成:罗布麻纤维26~37份、木棉纤维23~25份、木质素12~22份、海藻酸铜纤维18~29份、苎麻纤维11~14份、聚酰胺24~29份、改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂4~6份、防霉变纤维素纤维12~15份、聚氨酯5~8份、分散剂3~5份和稳定剂1.3~1.5份。
所述防菌纤维布的防菌纤维丝由如下按照重量份的原料组成:罗布麻纤维31份、木棉纤维24份、木质素18份、海藻酸铜纤维23份、苎麻纤维12份、聚酰胺26份、改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂5份、防霉变纤维素纤维13份、聚氨酯6份、分散剂4份和稳定剂1.4份。
所述防菌纤维布的防菌纤维丝上含浸有环氧树脂。
所述防菌纤维布的改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和固化剂按照4:1的比例加入双氧水中,搅拌后加入浓盐酸,继续搅拌,得到溶液A。
2)向溶液A加入与溶液A体积相同的去离子水,得到溶液B。
3)将溶液B置于氮气环境中,加热至60℃,静置30min,快速冷却至室温,过滤,得到改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
本发明的有益效果:该种防菌纤维布的结构稳定,透气性能、防菌性能良好,强度高,柔韧性好,手感柔软,原料安全环保,对人无毒副作用,使用寿命长,加入了聚酰胺,使防菌纤维布的防菌性能更加持久。

1.一种防菌纤维布,其特征在于,所述防菌纤维布由经丝和纬丝编织而成,所述经丝为单丝结构,所述纬丝为复丝结构,所述纬丝由竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝交错包缠而成,所述竹纤维丝和防菌纤维丝的半径比为1:2,所述防菌纤维丝由如下按照重量份的原料组成:罗布麻纤维23~42份、木棉纤维20~27份、木质素10~26份、海藻酸铜纤维16~31份、苎麻纤维10~15份、聚酰胺18~35份、改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3~9份、防霉变纤维素纤维10~16份、聚氨酯3~9份、分散剂2~6份和稳定剂1.2~1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防菌纤维布,其特征在于:所述经丝为碳纤维、芳纶纤维、腈纶纤维中的一种。

1)将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和固化剂按照4:1的比例加入双氧水中,搅拌后加入浓盐酸,继续搅拌,得到溶液A;
2)向溶液A加入与溶液A体积相同的去离子水,得到溶液B;
3)将溶液B置于氮气环境中,加热至60℃,静置30min,快速冷却至室温,过滤,得到改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
