背景技术
在金属的切削以及加工当中,因刀具与工件之间持续的产生摩擦,切削区将产生大量热量,这不仅会造成刀具局部变暗、退火、烧伤等损伤,影响刀具的使用寿命和工作效率,同时还易使切削工件因受热而变,从而影响工件质量。为了解决这个问题,在金属切削加工中常使用金属加工液。所谓的金属加工液就是指在金属加工中,凡是能够减少刀具工件、切削之间的摩擦,降低切削区域的温度,降低切削力、提高切削效率,降低工件表面粗糙度、提高加工工件精度以及延长刀具寿命所使用的液体,又叫金属切削液。
现有技术中的金属切削液的防锈性能无法满足实际生产过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,具有优异的防锈、润滑和抗磨性能。
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油20-30份、氯化石蜡5-15份、乙二醇2-8份、油酸三乙醇胺酯3-9份、硫化油酸1-4份、偏硅酸钠2-5份、磷酸钠3-6份、机械油1-4份、棉籽油2-5份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚3-6份、环烷酸铅1-5份、妥尔油酸钠盐2-5份、非离子表面活性剂3-6份、改性防锈油1-4份、复合缓蚀剂2-8份。
优选地,改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至60-80℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于65-75℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌25-35min,再加入助剂搅拌30-50min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油25份、氯化石蜡10份、乙二醇5份、油酸三乙醇胺酯6份、硫化油酸2.5份、偏硅酸钠3.5份、磷酸钠4.5份、机械油2.5份、棉籽油3.5份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚4.5份、环烷酸铅3份、妥尔油酸钠盐3.5份、非离子表面活性剂4.5份、改性防锈油2.5份、复合缓蚀剂5份。
改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至70℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于70℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌30min,再加入助剂搅拌40min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比3:4混合而成。稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比3:6混合而成。助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比5:3混合而成。
复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比2:4混合而成。非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比2.5:3.5:4.5混合而成。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油20份、氯化石蜡15份、乙二醇2份、油酸三乙醇胺酯9份、硫化油酸1份、偏硅酸钠5份、磷酸钠3份、机械油4份、棉籽油2份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚6份、环烷酸铅1份、妥尔油酸钠盐5份、非离子表面活性剂3份、改性防锈油4份、复合缓蚀剂2份。
改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至60℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于75℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌25min,再加入助剂搅拌50min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比2:5混合而成。稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比1:8混合而成。助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比2:5混合而成。
复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比1:6混合而成。非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比1:5:3混合而成。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油30份、氯化石蜡5份、乙二醇8份、油酸三乙醇胺酯3份、硫化油酸4份、偏硅酸钠2份、磷酸钠6份、机械油1份、棉籽油5份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚3份、环烷酸铅5份、妥尔油酸钠盐2份、非离子表面活性剂6份、改性防锈油1份、复合缓蚀剂8份。
改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至80℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于65℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌35min,再加入助剂搅拌30min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比4:3混合而成。稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比5:4混合而成。助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比8:1混合而成。
复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比3:2混合而成。非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比4:2:6混合而成。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油22份、氯化石蜡12份、乙二醇3份、油酸三乙醇胺酯8份、硫化油酸2份、偏硅酸钠4份、磷酸钠4份、机械油3份、棉籽油3份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚5份、环烷酸铅2份、妥尔油酸钠盐4份、非离子表面活性剂4份、改性防锈油3份、复合缓蚀剂3份。
改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至65℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于72℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌28min,再加入助剂搅拌45min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比2.5:4.5混合而成。稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比2:7混合而成。助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比3:4混合而成。
复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比1.5:5混合而成。非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比2:4:4混合而成。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油28份、氯化石蜡8份、乙二醇7份、油酸三乙醇胺酯4份、硫化油酸3份、偏硅酸钠3份、磷酸钠5份、机械油2份、棉籽油4份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚4份、环烷酸铅4份、妥尔油酸钠盐3份、非离子表面活性剂5份、改性防锈油2份、复合缓蚀剂7份。
改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至75℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于68℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌32min,再加入助剂搅拌35min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比3.5:3.5混合而成。稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比4:5混合而成。助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比7:2混合而成。
复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比2.5:3混合而成。非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比3:3:5混合而成。

1.一种高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油20-30份、氯化石蜡5-15份、乙二醇2-8份、油酸三乙醇胺酯3-9份、硫化油酸1-4份、偏硅酸钠2-5份、磷酸钠3-6份、机械油1-4份、棉籽油2-5份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚3-6份、环烷酸铅1-5份、妥尔油酸钠盐2-5份、非离子表面活性剂3-6份、改性防锈油1-4份、复合缓蚀剂2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈油按如下工艺进行制备:将树脂和稀释单体混合均匀,然后升温至60-80℃恒温搅拌至溶解透明,然后加入光引发剂,于65-75℃搅拌至完全溶解,最后加入防锈剂搅拌25-35min,再加入助剂搅拌30-50min,冷却至室温得到改性防锈油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈油的制备工艺中,树脂由改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和脂肪族丙烯酸酯树脂按重量比2-4:3-5混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈油的制备工艺中,稀释单体由三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和四甲基丙二胺按重量比1-5:4-8混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈油的制备工艺中,助剂由流平剂和消泡剂按重量比2-8:1-5混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,复合缓蚀剂由含氮杂环化合物和石油磺酸钠按重量比1-3:2-6混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,非离子表面活性剂由松香、顺酐和多元胺按重量比1-4:2-5:3-6混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油22-28份、氯化石蜡8-12份、乙二醇3-7份、油酸三乙醇胺酯4-8份、硫化油酸2-3份、偏硅酸钠3-4份、磷酸钠4-5份、机械油2-3份、棉籽油3-4份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚4-5份、环烷酸铅2-4份、妥尔油酸钠盐3-4份、非离子表面活性剂4-5份、改性防锈油2-3份、复合缓蚀剂3-7份。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的高防锈性能的油基金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油25份、氯化石蜡10份、乙二醇5份、油酸三乙醇胺酯6份、硫化油酸2.5份、偏硅酸钠3.5份、磷酸钠4.5份、机械油2.5份、棉籽油3.5份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚4.5份、环烷酸铅3份、妥尔油酸钠盐3.5份、非离子表面活性剂4.5份、改性防锈油2.5份、复合缓蚀剂5份。
