现有技术中金属切削液的安全性,防锈性能和防腐性能无法满足实际使用过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,成份安全,无污染,具有优异的防锈防腐性能。
本发明提出的一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油20-40份、有机硼酸酯5-15份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯2-6份、含硫硼酸酯1-4份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、季铵盐1-6份、聚丙烯酸钠2-5份、煤油1-4份、钼酸钠1-4份、三乙醇胺2-8份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂1-5份、极压抗磨添加剂2-5份、水3-9份、苯甲酸钠4-6份。
优选地,极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:将月桂酸、三氧化铝、N-羟乙基乙二胺和甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至130-150℃,保温2-4h,然后升温至160-180℃,保温4-5h,然后降温至70-90℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入正丁醇、硼酸粉末和超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至180-220℃,保温2-5h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。

极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3.5份月桂酸、4.5份三氧化铝、2份N-羟乙基乙二胺和3.5份甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至140℃,保温3h,然后升温至170℃,保温4.5h,然后降温至80℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入2.5份正丁醇、10份硼酸粉末和5份超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至200℃,保温3.5h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。

本发明提出的一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油20份、有机硼酸酯15份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯2份、含硫硼酸酯4份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、季铵盐6份、聚丙烯酸钠2份、煤油4份、钼酸钠1份、三乙醇胺8份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂1份、极压抗磨添加剂5份、水3份、苯甲酸钠6份。
极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2份月桂酸、6份三氧化铝、1份N-羟乙基乙二胺和5份甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至130℃,保温4h,然后升温至160℃,保温5h,然后降温至70℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入4份正丁醇、5份硼酸粉末和8份超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至180℃,保温5h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。
复合硼酸酯防锈剂由硼酸二乙醇胺酯、二元羧酸和有机醇胺按重量比1:5:3混合而成。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油40份、有机硼酸酯5份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯6份、含硫硼酸酯1份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、季铵盐1份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、煤油1份、钼酸钠4份、三乙醇胺2份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂5份、极压抗磨添加剂2份、水9份、苯甲酸钠4份。
极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份月桂酸、3份三氧化铝、3份N-羟乙基乙二胺和2份甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至150℃,保温2h,然后升温至180℃,保温4h,然后降温至90℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入1份正丁醇、15份硼酸粉末和2份超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至220℃,保温2h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。
复合硼酸酯防锈剂由硼酸二乙醇胺酯、二元羧酸和有机醇胺按重量比5:2:6混合而成。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油25份、有机硼酸酯12份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯3份、含硫硼酸酯3份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5份、季铵盐5份、聚丙烯酸钠3份、煤油3份、钼酸钠2份、三乙醇胺7份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂2份、极压抗磨添加剂4份、水4份、苯甲酸钠5.5份。
极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份月桂酸、5份三氧化铝、1.5份N-羟乙基乙二胺和4份甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至135℃,保温3.5h,然后升温至165℃,保温5h,然后降温至75℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入3份正丁醇、8份硼酸粉末和3-7份超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至215℃,保温3h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。
复合硼酸酯防锈剂由硼酸二乙醇胺酯、二元羧酸和有机醇胺按重量比2:4:4混合而成。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油35份、有机硼酸酯8份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯5份、含硫硼酸酯2份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚4.5份、季铵盐2份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、煤油2份、钼酸钠3份、三乙醇胺3份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂4份、极压抗磨添加剂3份、水8份、苯甲酸钠4.5份。
极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份月桂酸、4份三氧化铝、2.5份N-羟乙基乙二胺和3份甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至145℃,保温2.5h,然后升温至175℃,保温4h,然后降温至85℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入2份正丁醇、12份硼酸粉末和3份超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至215℃,保温3h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。
复合硼酸酯防锈剂由硼酸二乙醇胺酯、二元羧酸和有机醇胺按重量比4:3:5混合而成。

Claims (7)

1.一种安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油20-40份、有机硼酸酯5-15份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯2-6份、含硫硼酸酯1-4份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、季铵盐1-6份、聚丙烯酸钠2-5份、煤油1-4份、钼酸钠1-4份、三乙醇胺2-8份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂1-5份、极压抗磨添加剂2-5份、水3-9份、苯甲酸钠4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,极压抗磨添加剂按如下工艺进行制备:将月桂酸、三氧化铝、N-羟乙基乙二胺和甲苯混合均匀,然后通入氮气,在氮气的作用下,升温至130-150℃,保温2-4h,然后升温至160-180℃,保温4-5h,然后降温至70-90℃,减压蒸馏静置得到物料a,然后向物料a中加入正丁醇、硼酸粉末和超细二氧化硅,通入氮气在氮气的保护下,升温至180-220℃,保温2-5h,减压蒸馏冷却至室温得到极压抗磨添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,极压抗磨添加剂的制备工艺中,月桂酸、三氧化铝、N-羟乙基乙二胺、甲苯、正丁醇、硼酸粉末和超细二氧化硅的重量比为2-5:3-6:1-3:2-5;1-4:5-15:2-8。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,复合硼酸酯防锈剂由硼酸二乙醇胺酯、二元羧酸和有机醇胺按重量比1-5:2-5:3-6混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,蓖麻油、有机硼酸酯、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯、含硫硼酸酯和丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量比为25-35:8-12:3-5:2-3:3.5-4.5。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油25-35份、有机硼酸酯8-12份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯3-5份、含硫硼酸酯2-3份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5-4.5份、季铵盐2-5份、聚丙烯酸钠3-4份、煤油2-3份、钼酸钠2-3份、三乙醇胺3-7份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂2-4份、极压抗磨添加剂3-4份、水4-8份、苯甲酸钠4.5-5.5份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的安全防锈防腐金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:蓖麻油30份、有机硼酸酯10份、脂肪酸咪唑啉硼酸单酯4份、含硫硼酸酯2.5份、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、季铵盐3.5份、聚丙烯酸钠3.5份、煤油2.5份、钼酸钠2.5份、三乙醇胺5份、复合硼酸酯防锈剂3份、极压抗磨添加剂3.5份、水6份、苯甲酸钠5份。
