Abstract
本发明公开一种防锈水溶性乳化切削油,原料组分包括:氯化石蜡、环烷酸铅、石油磺酸钠、三乙醇胺油酸皂、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、妥尔油酸钠盐、石油磺酸钡、硫化油酸、三乙醇胺、硫化棉子油、硫磺、乙二醇、四硼酸钠、偏硅酸钠、磷酸钠。本发明的切削油能大大带走切削热和充分冷却刃具的切削刃,使其保持硬度、强度和锐利的切削能力,切削液冷却性能突出,润滑性能优越,润滑切削液在使用中可以渗入工件切削表面的极细微裂缝中,使表面金属晶格脆化,使切削加工容易进行,并且防止表面生锈,从而提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种防锈水溶性乳化切削油。
背景技术
现代机械加工向高速、强力、精密方向发展,超硬、超强度等难加工材料的发展也使切削加工的难度日益增加。这两方面的原因导致切削加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高,这就要求金属加工液具有更好的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能,以便获得理想的加工表面。矿物润滑油的润滑、防锈性能优越,但冷却、清洗性能差;乳化液和水基切削液的冷却、清洗性能优良,但润滑、防锈性能差。现有技术中亟需一种既可以防锈又能够具备冷却清洗性能的切削油。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明提供了一种防锈水溶性乳化切削油,本发明的切削油能大大带走切削热和充分冷却刃具的切削刃,使其保持硬度、强度和锐利的切削能力,切削液冷却性能突出,润滑性能优越,润滑切削液在使用中可以渗入工件切削表面的极细微裂缝中,使表面金属晶格脆化,使切削加工容易进行,并且防止表面生锈,从而提高了工作效率。

为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种防锈水溶性乳化切削油,原料组分包括:氯化石蜡、环烷酸铅、石油磺酸钠、三乙醇胺油酸皂、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、妥尔油酸钠盐、石油磺酸钡、硫化油酸、三乙醇胺、硫化棉子油、硫磺、乙二醇、四硼酸钠、偏硅酸钠、磷酸钠。
进一步的技术方案,原料组分按照重量份数是:氯化石蜡5-7份、环烷酸铅14-18份、石油磺酸钠5-10份、三乙醇胺油酸皂14-18份、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚12-18份、妥尔油酸钠盐14-19份、石油磺酸钡20-25份、硫化油酸22-27份、三乙醇胺22-26份、硫化棉子油5-8份、硫磺3-5份、乙二醇20-30份、四硼酸钠25-34份、偏硅酸钠17-22份、磷酸钠14-20份。
