本发明公开了一种标签膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:通过挤出机挤出表面层和芯层;步骤2:表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片;步骤3:铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷;步骤4:将步骤4的薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;本发明的目的在于提供一种标签膜制备方法,该方法得到的标签膜印刷牢固性好、耐擦拭性能好,字迹图案边缘清晰。

一种标签膜制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及标签制备技术领域,尤其是一种标签膜制备方法。
背景技术
现有的标签材料在印刷的时候存在印刷牢固性差、耐擦拭性能差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种标签膜制备方法,该方法得到的标签膜印刷牢固性好、耐擦拭性能好,字迹图案边缘清晰。
本发明的技术方案为:一种标签膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:通过挤出机挤出表面层和芯层;
步骤2:表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片;
步骤3:铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷;
步骤4:将步骤4的薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
其中,表面层的成分为:线性低密度聚乙烯40-60重量份;
聚氯乙烯 30-50重量份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 1-5重量份;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 1-5重量份;
松香甘油酯 1-2重量份;
抗氧化剂 1-2重量份;
分散剂1-2重量份。
在上述的标签膜制备方法中,所述的芯层的成分为聚丙烯 80wt%、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20wt%。
在上述的标签膜制备方法中,所述的步骤4中油墨组分为:
丙烯酸树脂10-20份;
硝化棉4-8份;
三元氯醋树脂10-15份;
CAB 树脂10-15份;
EVA 树脂10-15份;
氢化松香甲酯10-15份;
彩色颜料5-15份;
稀释剂30-40份。
在上述的标签膜制备方法中,所述的丙烯酸树脂牌号为paraloid DM-55、paraloid DM-80、paraloid B-99、paraloid B-67;
所述的三元氯醋树脂牌号为韩华TP-400M、日本钟渊T555;
所述的稀释剂为异丙醇、醋酸正丙酯和丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
在上述的标签膜制备方法中,所述的线性低密度聚乙烯的牌号为DFDA7042N;
所述的聚氯乙烯的数均分子量为6-7万;
所述的标签膜的挤出温度为225-235℃。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的方法制备得到标签膜的印刷牢固性好、耐擦拭性能好、字迹图案边缘清晰。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例 1:
表层的制备:将下述组分混合后在225-235℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:
DFDA7042N线性低密度聚乙烯40g;
分子量6-7万的聚氯乙烯 50g;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 1g;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 5g;
松香甘油酯 1g;
1010抗氧化剂 2g;
光亮分散剂1g。
芯层的制备:将下述组分混合后在210-220℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:聚丙烯 80g、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20g;
然后将表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片,铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷,将薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
油墨组分如下:
丙烯酸树脂20g;
硝化棉4g;
三元氯醋树脂15g;
CAB 树脂10g;
EVA 树脂15 g;
氢化松香甲酯10g;
彩色颜料15 g;
异丙醇30g。
上述油墨组分均匀混合后加入到砂磨机中研磨至粒度为10微米以下,过滤即得。
实施例 2:
将下述组分混合后在225-235℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:
DFDA7042N线性低密度聚乙烯60g;
分子量6-7万的聚氯乙烯 30g;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 5g;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 1g;
松香甘油酯 2g;
1010抗氧化剂 1g;
光亮分散剂2g。
芯层的制备:将下述组分混合后在210-220℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:聚丙烯 80g、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20g;
然后将表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片,铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷,将薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
油墨组分如下:
丙烯酸树脂10g;
硝化棉8g;
三元氯醋树脂10g;
CAB 树脂15 g;
EVA 树脂10 g;
氢化松香甲酯15g;
彩色颜料5 g;
丙二醇甲醚40g。
实施例 3:
将下述组分混合后在225-235℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:
DFDA7042N线性低密度聚乙烯50g;
分子量6-7万的聚氯乙烯 40g;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 3g;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 3g;
松香甘油酯 1.5g;
1010抗氧化剂 1.25g;
光亮分散剂1.5g。
芯层的制备:将下述组分混合后在210-220℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:聚丙烯 80g、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20g;
然后将表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片,铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷,将薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
油墨组分如下:
丙烯酸树脂15g;
硝化棉6g;
三元氯醋树脂12g;
CAB 树脂12g;
EVA 树脂12 g;
氢化松香甲酯12g;
彩色颜料10 g;
稀释剂35g。
对比例1
将下述组分混合后在225-235℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:
DFDA7042N线性低密度聚乙烯100g;
1010抗氧化剂 1.25g;
光亮分散剂1.5g
芯层的制备:将下述组分混合后在210-220℃的条件下挤出,组分配方如下:聚丙烯80g、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20g;
然后将表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片,铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷,将薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
油墨成分为:
丙烯酸树脂30g;
硝化棉4g;
三元氯醋树脂15g;
CAB 树脂10g;
EVA 树脂15 g;
彩色颜料15 g;
异丙醇30g。
油墨制备方法如实施例1
将实施例1-3所制成的挤出涂布膜成品与对比文件1所制成的挤出涂布膜成品通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷,实施例1-3所制成的挤出涂布膜成品图案清晰,对比例1所制成的挤出涂布膜成品图案边缘印刷毛刺多;通过胶带紧贴在印刷面上,然后垂直向上拉胶带使胶带和印刷面分离,实施例1-3所用的胶带上无油墨,对比文件1的胶带上有少量油墨。
将实施例1-3所制成的挤出涂布膜成品与对比文件1所制成的挤出涂布膜成品通过酒精擦拭印刷面100次,实施例1-3所制成的挤出涂布膜成品的印刷面图案不掉色,擦拭部位不起皱。对比例1所制成的挤出涂布膜成品的印刷面图案出现轻微掉色。

Claims (5)

1.一种标签膜制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:通过挤出机挤出表面层和芯层;
步骤2:表层和芯层经模头挤出成铸片;
步骤3:铸片经激冷辊定型后,进行纵向拉伸、横 向拉伸成薄膜,薄膜经电晕处理,收卷;
步骤4:将步骤4的薄膜分切后通过凸版油墨印刷机进行印刷;
其中,表面层的成分为:线性低密度聚乙烯40-60重量份;
聚氯乙烯 30-50重量份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 1-5重量份;
丙烯酸羟乙酯 1-5重量份;
松香甘油酯 1-2重量份;
抗氧化剂 1-2重量份;
分散剂1-2重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标签膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述的芯层的成分为聚丙烯80wt%、丙烯乙烯共聚物 20wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的标签膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤4中油墨组分为:
丙烯酸树脂10-20份;
硝化棉4-8份;
三元氯醋树脂10-15份;
CAB 树脂10-15份;
EVA 树脂10-15份;
氢化松香甲酯10-15份;
彩色颜料5-15份;
稀释剂30-40份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的标签膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸树脂牌号为paraloid DM-55、paraloid DM-80、paraloid B-99、paraloid B-67;
所述的三元氯醋树脂牌号为韩华TP-400M、日本钟渊T555;
所述的稀释剂为异丙醇、醋酸正丙酯和丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的标签膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述的线性低密度聚乙烯的牌号为DFDA7042N;
所述的聚氯乙烯的数均分子量为6-7万;
所述的标签膜的挤出温度为225-235℃。
