Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用PVC复合包装硬片，包括铝箔，铝箔为基层，铝箔的下表面设置有印刷层；铝箔和PVC基材层之间设置有粘合树脂层，粘合树脂层为两层，另一层粘合树脂层设置在高分子层的上表面；PVC基材层的上表面涂覆有高分子层；铝箔的厚度为0.02‑0.08mm；PVC基材层的厚度为0.02‑0.06mm。粘合树脂层的厚度为0.01‑0.06mm，粘合树脂层为粘合树脂，粘合树脂的涂布量为0.8‑1.1g/㎡。印刷层的外表面涂覆有涂色层，涂色层的厚度为0.01‑0.03mm，涂色层为油墨，油墨的涂布量为0.9‑1.5g/㎡。本发明可以有效地防止药品贮存期内吸潮和氧化变质，增加了药品保存期限的同时还有效的保护了药品；油墨的附着力强印刷工艺简单，印刷效果好。

Description

一种医用PVC复合包装硬片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用包装硬片，尤其涉及一种医用PVC复合包装硬片。
背景技术
现有的医药包装用PVC硬片普遍选用PVC材料，聚氯乙烯，英文简称PVC。作为包装药物的材料，它具有良好的加工性能和轻巧的质地，但是药用PVC存在着安全上的隐患。PVC遇热容易析出添加剂，不仅对人身体有害，还不具有很好的防潮性能，大大缩短了药品的储存和保质期限，极大地影响了药品的安全性。而且很多药用PVC硬片在印刷时工艺比较繁复的同时油墨的附着力也不强，印刷效果差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题中的不足之处，本发明提供了一种医用PVC复合包装硬片。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种医用PVC复合包装硬片，包括铝箔，铝箔为基层，铝箔的下表面设置有印刷层；铝箔和PVC基材层之间设置有粘合树脂层，粘合树脂层为两层，另一层粘合树脂层设置在高分子层的上表面；
PVC基材层的上表面涂覆有高分子层；
铝箔的厚度为0.02-0.08mm；PVC基材层的厚度为0.02-0.06mm。
粘合树脂层的厚度为0.01-0.06mm，粘合树脂层为粘合树脂，粘合树脂的涂布量为0.8-1.1g/㎡。
印刷层的外表面涂覆有涂色层，涂色层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm，涂色层为油墨，油墨的涂布量为0.9-1.5g/㎡。
本发明可以有效地防止药品贮存期内吸潮和氧化变质，增加了药品保存期限的同时还有效的保护了药品；油墨的附着力强印刷工艺简单，印刷效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明包括铝箔3，铝箔3为基层，铝箔3的下表面设置有印刷层4；铝箔3和PVC基材层2之间设置有粘合树脂层5，粘合树脂层5为两层，另一层粘合树脂层设置在高分子层1的上表面；
PVC基材层2的上表面涂覆有高分子层1；
铝箔3的厚度为0.02-0.08mm；PVC基材层2的厚度为0.02-0.06mm。
粘合树脂层5的厚度为0.01-0.06mm，粘合树脂层5为粘合树脂，粘合树脂的涂布量为0.8-1.1g/㎡。
印刷层4的外表面涂覆有涂色层6，涂色层6的厚度为0.01-0.03mm，涂色层6为油墨，油墨的涂布量为0.9-1.5g/㎡。
本发明中的印刷层上涂覆的涂色层，对油墨有着良好的吸附力，并且具有包装用铝箔的全部使用性能和物理化学性能，印刷十分方便且效果极佳。由于PVC材料的水蒸气和氧气透过率强，致使药品贮存期内吸潮和氧化变质，本发明在PVC基材的上表面设有高分子膜层，高分子膜具有高阻隔性、低溶出性，有效的保护了药品不受潮。
本发明可以有效地防止药品贮存期内吸潮和氧化变质，增加了药品保存期限的同时还有效的保护了药品；油墨的附着力强印刷工艺简单，印刷效果好。
上述实施方式并非是对本发明的限制，本发明也并不仅限于上述举例，本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的技术方案范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换，也均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种医用PVC复合包装硬片，包括铝箔(3)，其特征在于：所述铝箔(3)为基层，所述铝箔(3)的下表面设置有印刷层(4)；所述铝箔(3)和PVC基材层(2)之间设置有粘合树脂层(5)，所述粘合树脂层(5)为两层，另一层粘合树脂层设置在高分子层(1)的上表面；
所述PVC基材层(2)的上表面涂覆有高分子层(1)；
所述铝箔(3)的厚度为0.02-0.08mm；PVC基材层(2)的厚度为0.02-0.06mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用PVC复合包装硬片，其特征在于：所述粘合树脂层(5)的厚度为0.01-0.06mm，粘合树脂层(5)为粘合树脂，粘合树脂的涂布量为0.8-1.1g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用PVC复合包装硬片，其特征在于：所述印刷层(4)的外表面涂覆有涂色层(6)，涂色层(6)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm，涂色层(6)为油墨，油墨的涂布量为0.9-1.5g/㎡。
