Abstract

用于测量模制品表面温度的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及测量模制品的表面温度的装置,特别是测量模制品的表面温度从而通过测量模具或者自动传送装置中的模制品的外部温度来检测模制品是否有缺陷的装置。本申请要求于2014年11月25日提交到韩国专利局的韩国专利申请No.10-2014-0164973的权益,其公开的内容通过全文引用结合于此。
背景技术
专利文献1公开了测量模制品重量以在重量超过预定重量范围时决定模制品有缺陷的方法。然而,如果根据该利用模制品的重量差决定缺陷的方法仅有细微的重量变化,它难以决定是否有缺陷。再者,仅通过测量重量决定模制品是否有缺陷不可能认为是决定缺陷的优选方法。
因此,有一种通过另外测量模具温度决定模制品是否有缺陷的方法。
在制造模制品时,在模具中注入铸塑树脂且形成模制品后,测量模具或模制品的表面温度。如果该表面温度超过预定的设定温度范围,则因局部位置上的温度差可识别该模制品不可避免地具有缺陷。通常,温度传感器提供在模具的外面来测量表面结构;然而,在此情况下,必须提供单独的温度测量装置,并且因此增加了模具的制造成本和模具形成的安装成本。

发明内容
本发明提供一种通过以接触方式或辐射红外线的非接触方式而不在模具外安装温度传感器来检测模具或模制品的表面温度从而检测模制品是否具有缺陷的装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种测量注塑模具自动传送装置中的模制品的表面温度的装置,该注塑模具自动传送装置包括吸附工具,用于吸附模具且在确定模制品是否有缺陷后传输模制品,该装置包括:支撑杆,其用于固定吸附工具且包括垂直凹槽;横杆,其由支撑杆的垂直凹槽固定;前后轴,其由横杆固定;支架,其由前后轴固定;以及温度传感器,其固定在支架上。
横杆可包括连接且固定到垂直凹槽的水平凹槽。支架可包括具有弧形凹槽的调整工具,连接板可安装到弧形凹槽,并且温度传感器可安装在连接板上。连接板可构造为在由弧形凹槽限定的凹陷范围内弯曲且由包括螺栓的固定单元固定以便改变温度传感器的位置。温度传感器可为非接触型红外线温度传感器和接触型温度传感器其中之一。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明实施例的测量表面温度的装置的示意图。
如图1所示,根据本发明的实施例,温度传感器2安装在机械臂1上以通过辐射测量温度,例如,辐射红外线到其中形成模制品35的单独模具3或者模制品35。就是说,模具3或者模制品35的表面温度以非接触方式测量,例如,树脂模制品的表面温度和模具的表面温度,然后显示温度值。接下来,在该温度值超过预定的设定范围时,提供警报或数据来通知模制品具有缺陷。
图2示出了自动传送装置10,其中安装了红外线温度传感器。
该温度传感器安装在自动传送装置10上,从而测量注塑模具或模具中形成的模制品的温度,然后,如果测得的模具或模制品的温度超过标准偏差,那么确定模制品是有缺陷的,并且由自动传送装置10单独传输到缺陷物品处理线。
如图所示,自动传送装置10包括吸附工具11,例如,四个吸附工具11,从而吸附注塑模具或者注塑模具中形成的模制品。另外,在注塑模具或模制品由自动传送装置10吸附的状态下,其上安装红外线温度计2的温度传感器传输装置13设置为将红外线激光束聚焦在注塑模具或模制品上。红外线温度计2可旋转到左侧方向或右侧方向,并且可在前后、上下方向上以及在水平方向上移动以调整激光点的焦距。
红外线温度计2的左右旋转可由支架17上形成的调整工具15调整。调整工具15包括形成为弧形的弧形凹槽20,并且用于固定红外线温度计2的连接板22提供在弧形凹槽20之下。因此,连接板22和调整工具15通过采用螺钉经由弧形凹槽20彼此连接且固定。为了使红外线温度计2向左侧或右侧转动,连接板22在弧形凹槽20的凹入范围内向左侧或右侧弯曲,然后,连接板22通过采用螺钉经由弧形凹槽20固定。
调整工具15与支架17整体形成。另外,支架17具有裂口26,其从支架17的上部到下部部分地切除,并且具有形成在裂口26之下的连接孔25,从而连接到前后轴18且由螺栓固定。因此,支架17移动通过前后轴18以聚焦红外线温度计2的激光点。
再者,前后轴18提供在横杆30上,并且横杆30可移动到左侧和右侧且在上下方向上升降。下面将描述其上提供前后轴18的横杆30在左右侧和上下方向上的运动。
横杆30在左右侧和上下方向上的运动可由横杆30中形成的水平凹槽31和支撑杆14中形成的垂直凹槽33实现。横杆30通过支撑杆14的垂直凹槽33在上下方向上移动,然后,横杆30在水平方向上相对于支撑杆14移动到左侧和右侧。其后,横杆30通过采用穿透垂直凹槽33和水平凹槽31的固定螺栓固定。
根据上述装置,如图3A、3B和3C所示,红外线温度计2的位置可在上下方向和前后自由改变,并且根据模具或模制品的形状倾斜,从而可精确测量模具或模制品的温度。
例如,在希望红外线温度计2如图3C所示倾斜时,支架17相对于前后轴18以预定的角度旋转,并且其上提供红外线温度计2的连接板22在弧形凹槽22内以预定的角度转动。然后,红外线温度计2可定位在如图3C所示的倾斜位置。
温度传感器执行的温度测量可采用利用红外线的非接触型温度传感器,但不限于此。就是说,可采用其它类型的温度传感器测量温度。例如,图4示出了一个示例,其中温度传感器2a是接触型温度传感器,而不是红外线温度传感器。在图4中,温度传感器2a直接接触模具3来测量温度。
温度测量可相对于模制品实现,而不是模具3。
根据上述装置,温度传感器设置在自动传送装置10上,并且因此,不需要安装附加的温度测量装置来测量模具或模制品的温度。因此,可降低制造成本,并且减少测量温度所需的时间,从而可改善装置的生产率。
再者,红外线温度计2的位置可变化到所有方向,例如,前后、左右、上下方向以及倾斜方向。因此,可自由便利地测量作为测量目标的任何类型模具或模制品的温度。
另外,在测得的温度超过标准偏差时,确定模制品是有缺陷的,并且作为缺陷产品由自动传送装置10单独分开传输。
如上所述,根据本发明,不需要在每个模具中内置温度传感器,并且因此,可降低制造模具的成本且减少制造模具所需的时间。
再者,根据本发明,测量模具和模制品的表面温度的温度传感器的位置可在所有方向上变化,例如,前后、左右、上下方向以及倾斜方向,并且因此,可自由便利地测量作为测量目标的任何类型的模具3或模制品的温度。
尽管本发明已经参考其示范性实施例进行了特定的示出和描述,但是本领域的技术人员应理解,在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围内可进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (5)

1.一种注塑模具自动传送装置中测量模制品的表面温度的装置,该注塑模具自动传送装置包括吸附工具,用于吸附模具并且在确定该模制品是否有缺陷后传输该模制品,该装置包括:
支撑杆,用于固定该吸附工具,并且包括垂直凹槽;
横杆,由该支撑杆的该垂直凹槽固定;
前后轴,由该横杆固定;
支架,由该前后轴固定;以及
温度传感器,固定在该支架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中该横杆包括连接且固定到该垂直凹槽的水平凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中该支架包括具有弧形凹槽的调整工具,连接板安装到该弧形凹槽,并且该温度传感器安装在该连接板上。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其中该连接板构造为在由该弧形凹槽限定的凹陷范围内弯曲且由包括螺栓的固定单元固定以便改变该温度传感器的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中该温度传感器是非接触型红外线温度传感器和接触型温度传感器其中之一。
