本发明公开了一种秸秆回收制培工艺,涉及预处理‑混合‑磨解‑混胶‑热压等工艺,对秸秆进行板材压制,可以对中国数量巨大的秸秆进行一个处理,同时得到的产物是一种在当今社会使用率较高的材料,使用用途广泛,节约能源资源,此发明的技术方案,工艺简单合理,制得率高,产物绿色,减少环境污染,成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及型材压制领域,特别涉及一种秸秆回收制培工艺。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,农业废弃物存在产量大、种类多的特点,仅每年产生的农作物秸秆就高达7.0×108t/a。目前,最常用的固体废弃物处置方式主要有:填埋、热处理和生物处理等3种方法,但是这三种方法对于秸秆的处理都存在一定的问题。
秸秆为地板用基材中一种高效长远的有效资源。与木材相似,稻草秸秆含有丰富的纤维素和木质素,且其抗张力优于木材,可替代木材作为地板的原材料。稻草秸秆组成成分中有较大含量的SiO2,可提高地板用基材的防水性和耐久性。此外,稻草秸秆容重轻,堆积密度在0.10~0.25g/cm3,具有其他地板用原料无法比拟的优势和性能。因此,利用稻草秸秆作为地板基材具有广阔的市场空间和极强的市场竞争力。但目前市面上的秸秆地板制作工艺普遍成品质量不高,本发明提出一种秸秆回收制作工艺制作地板。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种秸秆回收制培工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的上述成品质量不高的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:收获的秸秆清洗、干燥、浸泡,将秸秆破碎,筛选出秸秆皮;
(2)混合:将处理过的秸秆与刨花的木材混合;
(3)磨解:秸秆和木材花的混合物进行磨解;
(4)混胶:将磨解后的秸秆和木材花混合物干燥后与胶水混合;
(5)热压:将秸秆、木材花和胶水的混合物置于热压机中压制,压缩时逐步加压,每30min加压1/4,热压后置于烘箱中干燥;
优选的,所述步骤(1)中浸泡液为2%NaOH,并浸泡48h。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中秸秆和木材花的混合比例为4:6或者3:7。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中施胶量为8%-13%。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中热压压力范围为2MPa-8MPa。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中热压温度范围为120℃-160℃。
采用本发明的技术方案有益效果是:采用2%的NaOH浸泡48h去除秸秆表面的杂质好蜡质物质,同时秸秆和木材花混合使得地板的硬度高,弹性小,是较好的地板,同时使得我国数量巨大的秸秆绿色处理,低碳环保,秸秆和木材花利用胶水粘黏,可以减小空隙,减小弹性,热压温度和热压压力控制在一定范围内使得本品质量优良。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:收获的秸秆清洗、干燥、浸泡,将秸秆破碎,筛选出秸秆皮;
(2)混合:将处理过的秸秆与刨花的木材混合;
(3)磨解:秸秆和木材花的混合物进行磨解;
(4)混胶:将磨解后的秸秆和木材花混合物干燥后与胶水混合;
(5)热压:将秸秆、木材花和胶水的混合物置于热压机中压制,压缩时逐步加压,每30min加压1/4,热压后置于烘箱中干燥
实施例2:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述步骤(1)中浸泡液为2%NaOH,并浸泡48h,步骤(3)中秸秆和木材花的混合比例为3:7。
实施例3:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述步骤(4)中施胶量为8%-13%,步骤(5)中热压压力范围为2MPa-8MPa,热压温度范围为120℃-160℃。
基于上述:采用2%的NaOH浸泡48h去除秸秆表面的杂质好蜡质物质,同时秸秆和木材花混合使得地板的硬度高,弹性小,是较好的地板,同时使得我国数量巨大的秸秆绿色处理,低碳环保,秸秆和木材花利用胶水粘黏,可以减小空隙,减小弹性,热压温度和热压压力控制在一定范围内使得本品质量优良。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:收获的秸秆清洗、干燥、浸泡,将秸秆破碎,筛选出秸秆皮;
(2)混合:将处理过的秸秆与刨花的木材混合;
(3)磨解:秸秆和木材花的混合物进行磨解;
(4)混胶:将磨解后的秸秆和木材花混合物干燥后与胶水混合;
(5)热压:将秸秆、木材花和胶水的混合物置于热压机中压制,压缩时逐步加压,每30min加压1/4,热压后置于烘箱中干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中浸泡液为2%NaOH,并浸泡48h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中秸秆和木材花的混合比例为4:6或者3:7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中施胶量为8%-13%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中热压压力范围为2MPa-8MPa。
6.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆回收制培工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中热压温度范围为120℃-160℃。
