Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药，由制川乌、制草乌、七叶一枝花、胆南星、制半夏、血通、红华、川芎、乳香、血余碳、没药、苍术、白术、羌活、独活、防风、木瓜、细幸、毕拨、全当归、肉桂、丁香、牛膝、苏木、三七、穿山龙、全虫、樟脑、元胡、土鳖虫、五加皮、威灵仙、石菖蒲、白芷、伸筋草、干姜、葱、狗脊、藁本、杜仲、制马钱子、蛇蜕、黄丹、冰片组成。本发明还另外提供了制备该种膏药的工艺。本发明配方简单、制作方便，不仅活血止痛效果俱佳，而且气味轻、附着于皮肤的效果好、无不良反应，因此，本发明适于推广应用。

Description

具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种膏药，具体涉及的是一种具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前，市面上有很多用于治疗疼痛的膏药，经多年临床应用和观察发现，这些膏药均有祛风除湿，通络止痛的功效，但是其配方较为复杂，在贴敷过程中会遇到一些不良反应，比如局部微热发痒，甚至有时会引发皮肤起小疮的现象。因此，有必要对这种膏药进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药及其制备工艺，其配方简单、止痛效果好，且无不良反应。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药，由质量为以下数值的物质组成：制川乌5-15克、制草乌5-15克、七叶一枝花10-20克、胆南星15-25克、制半夏10-20克、血通10-20克、红华5-15克、川芎15-25克、乳香20-30克、血余碳10-20克、没药20-30克、苍术15-25克、白术10-20克、羌活10-20克、独活10-20克、防风10-20克、木瓜10-20克、细幸10-20克、毕拨10-20克、全当归15-25克、肉桂5-15克、丁香5-15克、牛膝10-20克、苏木5-15克、三七20-30克、穿山龙15-25克、全虫5-10克、樟脑3-8克、元胡20-30克、土鳖虫20-30克、五加皮5-15克、威灵仙15-25克、石菖蒲5-15克、白芷5-15克、伸筋草10-20克、干姜5-15克、葱5-15克、狗脊10-20克、藁本15-25克、杜仲15-25克、制马钱子5-15克、蛇蜕10-20克、黄丹80-100克、冰片10-20克。
作为优选，本发明由质量为以下数值的物质组成：制川乌10克、制草乌10克、七叶一枝花15克、胆南星20克、制半夏15克、血通15克、红华10克、川芎20克、乳香25克、血余碳15克、没药25克、苍术20克、白术15克、羌活15克、独活15克、防风15克、木瓜15克、细幸15克、毕拨15克、全当归20克、肉桂10克、丁香10克、牛膝15克、苏木10克、三七25克、穿山龙20克、全虫8克、樟脑5克、元胡25克、土鳖虫25克、五加皮10克、威灵仙20克、石菖蒲10克、白芷10克、伸筋草15克、干姜10克、葱10克、狗脊15克、藁本20克、杜仲20克、制马钱子10克、蛇蜕15克、黄丹90克、冰片15克。
基于上述膏药配方，本发明还提供了该膏药的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)将除了全虫、章恼、冰片和黄丹外的其余药材按照各自所需的质量混合，并放入至锅中，然后加入植物香油浸过所有药材表面，浸泡6-7天；
(2)将全虫、樟脑和冰片军粉碎成150-200目的粉末，并混合均匀；
(3)利用文火将步骤(1)中浸泡后的植物香油与药材的混合物进行慢熬，并不断搅拌，使混合物受热；
(4)改用150°-180°的温度对混合物继续加热40-50分钟，然后捞净药渣，并将锅内混合物降温到60°-70°；
(5)加入黄丹，然后利用槐木棍持续搅拌40-50分钟，然后自然冷却到室温；
(6)对加入黄丹后的混合物加热，然后加入全虫、樟脑、冰片粉末，并混合搅拌均匀，制成膏药胚料；
(7)将膏药胚料放入冷水中浸泡，每日更换一次冷水，连续浸泡7天，得到膏药团；
(8)将膏药团放置到容器中，然后用文火熔化后涂于贴布上，得到膏药贴。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
(1)本发明配方简单、制作方便，其通过采用合适的药材及搭配比例，提炼出了活血止痛效果俱佳的膏药，该膏药本着中医脏腑经络、内病外治的原理以及中药的功效，主治与归经的原则，药物直达病灶，发挥药物的良好效果。
(2)由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制作膏剂的药物中大多气味具厚，因此，本发明加入了辛香走窜极强的引经药物，可避免膏药气味具厚的问题。
(3)本发明通过渗透皮肤，内传经络脏腑，可以在短时间内起到调气血，通经络，散寒湿，消肿痛的作用，不仅使用方便，而且见效时间短，效果佳。
(4)本发明性价比高、实用性强，具有广泛的市场应用前景，非常适合在广大人群中推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明，本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
本发明提供了一种新型的膏药，可用于舒筋活血止痛，其配方里包含有如下质量的药材：
制川乌5-15克、制草乌5-15克、七叶一枝花10-20克、胆南星15-25克、制半夏10-20克、血通10-20克、红华5-15克、川芎15-25克、乳香20-30克、血余碳10-20克、没药20-30克、苍术15-25克、白术10-20克、羌活10-20克、独活10-20克、防风10-20克、木瓜10-20克、细幸10-20克、毕拨10-20克、全当归15-25克、肉桂5-15克、丁香5-15克、牛膝10-20克、苏木5-15克、三七20-30克、穿山龙15-25克、全虫5-10克、樟脑3-8克、元胡20-30克、土鳖虫20-30克、五加皮5-15克、威灵仙15-25克、石菖蒲5-15克、白芷5-15克、伸筋草10-20克、干姜5-15克、葱5-15克、狗脊10-20克、藁本15-25克、杜仲15-25克、制马钱子5-15克、蛇蜕10-20克、黄丹80-100克、冰片10-20克。
按照上述膏药配方，下面对该膏药的制备过程进行介绍，其包括以下步骤：
(1)将除了全虫、樟脑、冰片和黄丹外的其余药材按照各自所需的质量混合，并放入至锅中，然后加入植物香油浸过所有药材表面，浸泡6-7天；
(2)将全虫、樟脑和冰片军粉碎成150-200目的粉末，并混合均匀；
(3)利用文火将步骤(1)中浸泡后的植物香油与药材的混合物进行慢熬，并不断搅拌，使混合物受热；
(4)改用150°-180°的温度对混合物继续加热40-50分钟，然后捞净药渣，并将锅内混合物降温到60°-70°；

(8)将膏药团放置到容器中，然后用文火熔化后涂于贴布上，得到膏药贴。
在上述制备膏药的过程中，需要注意以下事项：
(1)采用植物香油对药材进行油炸时，勿太过或不及，如不及则功效难求，太过则影响膏药粘稠度。
(2)下黄丹时注意火候和剂量大小，温度低则影响丹油化合，其色不泽；丹量小则易流失，起不到固定作用；丹量老则膏老，易脆而不黏，敷贴易脱落。
(3)祖曰：膏药之黑功在熬，良之功在搅，下丹后要不停搅拌，尽量使丹油化合时产生的气体跑掉，则膏药光亮，黏腻。
本发明膏药治疗案例如下：
1、患者王某，因长期从事办公室工作，出现腰部胀痛，活动受限，近日加班后上述症状加重，难以忍受，摄腰椎正侧位及CT示腰椎间盘突出。治疗方法：在腰椎4.5节腰阳关穴贴一剂，双侧环跳穴贴一剂，肾俞穴贴一剂，委中穴贴一剂，3天后复贴一次，症状缓解，7天后基本正常。
2、李某，女，57岁，餐厅服务员。主诉；颈椎僵硬，头晕，头痛，左手大手指麻，胸闷，恶心。诊断为颈椎病压迫引起的心脑供血不足。治疗方法；在颈椎5、6节上大椎穴位贴一个。在胸椎第5、6节至阳穴位贴一个，改善心肌供血。在前臂最高点处肩髃穴贴一个，在前臂肘弯处手三里穴贴一个。两天后减轻。五天后明显好转，贴了3次，痊愈。
3、甘某，女，40岁，农场职工，因摔伤至左侧股骨头骨折2年，现左侧出现疼痛跛行在院做CT检查出双侧股骨头退变，诊断为股骨头坏死要求住院手术治疗。用了本发明所述的膏药，在腰椎4、5节腰阳关穴位贴一个，在环跳贴一个膏药，在外侧居髎穴位贴一个膏药，在大腿前侧脾关穴位贴一个膏药，两天以后开始缓解痛疼，后又贴3次，巩固，没再恶化。
4、蔡某，男，56岁，办公室职员，10年的腿痛，经医院磁共振检查右侧坐骨神经痛，打封闭两次，效果不佳。后来用了本发明所述的膏药，在腰椎4、5节腰阳关穴位补阳气的贴一贴，在右侧环跳穴位贴一个，在臀部下承扶穴位贴一个，在殷门穴位贴一个，右侧委中穴位贴一贴，在脚环昆仑穴位贴一个，当天感觉症状好转，五天后又贴一回，后又贴五次，痊愈。
本发明通过合理的药物选材及比例调配，并结合合理的制备工艺，制备出了新型的止痛膏药，本发明在配方及工艺环节，环环相扣、紧密联系，所得到的膏药不仅活血止痛效果俱佳，而且气味轻、附着于皮肤的效果好、无不良反应。因此，与现有技术相比，本发明技术进步明显，具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施方式之一，不应当用于限制本发明的保护范围，凡在本发明的主体设计思想和精神上作出的毫无实质意义的改动或润色，其所解决的技术问题仍然与本发明一致的，均应当包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药，其特征在于，由质量为以下数值的物质组成：制川乌5-15克、制草乌5-15克、七叶一枝花10-20克、胆南星15-25克、制半夏10-20克、血通10-20克、红华5-15克、川芎15-25克、乳香20-30克、血余碳10-20克、没药20-30克、苍术15-25克、白术10-20克、羌活10-20克、独活10-20克、防风10-20克、木瓜10-20克、细幸10-20克、毕拨10-20克、全当归15-25克、肉桂5-15克、丁香5-15克、牛膝10-20克、苏木5-15克、三七20-30克、穿山龙15-25克、全虫5-10克、樟脑3-8克、元胡20-30克、土鳖虫20-30克、五加皮5-15克、威灵仙15-25克、石菖蒲5-15克、白芷5-15克、伸筋草10-20克、干姜5-15克、葱5-15克、狗脊10-20克、藁本15-25克、杜仲15-25克、制马钱子5-15克、蛇蜕10-20克、黄丹80-100克、冰片10-20克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有舒筋活血止痛功能的膏药，其特征在于，由质量为以下数值的物质组成：制川乌10克、制草乌10克、七叶一枝花15克、胆南星20克、制半夏15克、血通15克、红华10克、川芎20克、乳香25克、血余碳15克、没药25克、苍术20克、白术15克、羌活15克、独活15克、防风15克、木瓜15克、细幸15克、毕拨15克、全当归20克、肉桂10克、丁香10克、牛膝15克、苏木10克、三七25克、穿山龙20克、全虫8克、樟脑5克、元胡25克、土鳖虫25克、五加皮10克、威灵仙20克、石菖蒲10克、白芷10克、伸筋草15克、干姜10克、葱10克、狗脊15克、藁本20克、杜仲20克、制马钱子10克、蛇蜕15克、黄丹90克、冰片15克。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的膏药的制备工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)将除了全虫、章恼、冰片和黄丹外的其余药材按照各自所需的质量混合，并放入至锅中，然后加入植物香油浸过所有药材表面，浸泡6-7天；
(2)将全虫、樟脑和冰片军粉碎成150-200目的粉末，并混合均匀；
(3)利用文火将步骤(1)中浸泡后的植物香油与药材的混合物进行慢熬，并不断搅拌，使混合物受热；
(4)改用150°-180°的温度对混合物继续加热40-50分钟，然后捞净药渣，并将锅内混合物降温到60°-70°；
(5)加入黄丹，然后利用槐木棍持续搅拌40-50分钟，然后自然冷却到室温；
(6)对加入黄丹后的混合物加热，然后加入全虫、樟脑、冰片粉末，并混合搅拌均匀，制成膏药胚料；
(7)将膏药胚料放入冷水中浸泡，每日更换一次冷水，连续浸泡7天，得到膏药团；
(8)将膏药团放置到容器中，然后用文火熔化后涂于贴布上，得到膏药贴。
