本发明提供了一种用于止痛消肿的膏药，属于止痛消肿膏药技术领域。本发明由天麻、全当归和五灵脂等42味中药材组成，经熬制成为膏药。本发明膏药本着中医脏腑经络，内病外治的原理，药物直达病灶，膏药贴敷皮肤能将药之气味透过皮肤直到经脉，能祛邪、拔毒、扶正、理阴阳、安五脏，疗效确切，又可补内治之不足，又可克服服药怕苦，药物过多毒性储存，西药的依赖，此为本发明一大优点。本发明的膏药可以迅速将病痛缓解，减轻，改善，控制过程不让其发展，那痛贴那，直达患处，痛则不通，通者不痛。药效直达病区，经过皮肤和穴位瞬间打开病区，消肿止痛，祛风散寒，活血化瘀，行风止痛，膏药可在10～20分钟内起效，达到迅速止疼效果。

背景技术
颈椎病、腰间盘突出、坐骨神经痛、股骨头坏死、肩周炎、骨质增生、肌腱劳损、风湿骨痛、跌打扭挫等疾病活动时都有疼痛，严重时疼痛难忍，限制了患者的行动，给他们的学习、工作和生活带来很大的负担。由于疾病不容易彻底治愈，患者们时时刻刻都被疼痛所困扰，有的伴其终身，虽然用了很多药物，但是效果不特别明显，停药之后很容易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，即患者们时时刻刻都被疼痛所困扰，有的伴其终身，虽然用了很多药物，但是效果不特别明显，停药之后很容易复发。进而提供一种用于止痛消肿的膏药。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种用于止痛消肿的膏药，按重量计算其活性成分由干姜5～15克、苏木5～15克、肉桂5～15克、天麻10～20克、全当归15～25克、五灵脂15～25克、三七20～30克、皂刺5～15克、七叶一枝花10～20克、穿山龙15～25克、防风10～20克、龙骨3～7克、全虫3～7克、红花5～15克、蒲公英15～25克、升麻10～20克、两面针15～25克、狗脊10～20克、土鳖虫20～30克、方海5～15克、川芎15～25克、威灵仙15～25克、石菖蒲5～15克、元胡20～30克、白芷5～15克、伸筋草10～20克、杜仲15～25克、乳香20～30克、制川乌5～15克、胆南星15～25克、藁本15～25克、樟脑3～8克、木瓜10～20克、牛膝5～15克、没药20～30克、制草乌5～15克、制马钱子3～8克、防己10～20克、羌活10～20克、独活10～20克、五加皮5～15克和樟丹90～110克组成。
本发明的膏药制作方法如下：
第一步，上述药材中除去龙骨、全虫、樟脑和樟丹，把其余的药材按重量抓在一起放在干净的不锈钢锅里，再放入芝麻香油浸过所有的药材，浸泡5天备用；
第二步，把龙骨、全虫和樟脑粉碎成150～200目的粉末混合均匀备用；
第三步，把樟丹放在干净锅里加热炒去樟丹中的水气，用铲子翻炒，炒至深红色，放凉备用；
第四步，把浸泡5天的装有香油和药材的不锈钢锅放在炉灶上，150～180℃加热40分钟熬制香油混合物，捞净药渣，锅内香油混合物降温至60℃；
第五步，把香油混合物和樟丹倒入另一个锅里用木棍不停搅拌30～40分钟，然后放凉至室温；
第六步，再回炉灶上加热，把加工好的龙骨、全虫和樟脑粉末撒在香油混合物上面搅拌均匀，制成膏药坯料，将膏药坯料直接倒入装有清水的水桶中，一天换一次水，放3天，用于去火毒、防痒；
第七步，3天后取出膏药坯料晾干，回锅加热均匀涂于布上，每贴20克，储存备用。
本发明的膏药疗效分析：
在门诊随机选择已经确诊的颈椎病、腰间盘突出、坐骨神经痛、股骨头坏死、肩周炎、骨质增生、肌腱劳损、风湿骨痛、跌打扭挫患者60人，其中颈椎病5人，腰间盘突出5人，坐骨神经痛7人，股骨头坏死3人，肩周炎12人，骨质增生14人，肌腱劳损4人，风湿骨痛6人，跌打扭挫4人；其中男32人，女28人，平均年龄54.6岁，病程最少3天，最多10年。
用药标准：贴于病患部位一贴或两贴，用时微熏使膏药变软。一贴贴5天。
治疗标准：疼痛和肿胀全部消失为治愈；疼痛和肿胀减轻或缓解为有效；疼痛和肿胀与治疗前变化不大为无效。
贴5天观察，治愈26人，为43.3％，有效27人，为45％，无效7人，为11.7％。贴5天总有效率为88.3％。
贴10天观察，治愈34人，为56.7％，有效21人，为35％，无效5人，为8.3％。贴10天总有效率为91.7％。
贴15天观察，治愈44人，为73.3％，有效14人，为23.3％，无效2人，为3.4％。贴15天总有效率为96.6％。
个案观察：
1、刘某，女，47岁，农场服务员。主诉；这两三天颈椎僵硬，头晕，头痛，左手大手指麻，胸闷，恶心。诊断为颈椎病压迫引起的心脑供血不足。治疗方法；在颈椎5、6、7节上大椎穴位贴一个。在胸椎第5、6节至阳穴位贴一个，改善心肌供血。在前臂最高点处肩髃穴贴一个，在前臂肘弯处手三里穴贴一个。两天后减轻。五天后明显好转，贴了3次，痊愈。
2、颜某某，女，44岁，市场卖菜。主诉；早上起床一伸懒腰，突然一声响左腿筋短了，抽着痛，腰也直不起来了，一条腿痛，不能走路。经手查，急性腰间盘突出。关节错位。在腰椎4、5节腰阳关穴贴一贴。在左臀部环跳穴贴一贴。在肾俞穴也贴一贴。在膝关节后窝委中穴贴一贴。6天以后又贴一次，现在基本正常。
3、金某某，女，38岁，农场职工，在院做ct检查大夫说双侧股骨头退变，诊断为股骨头坏死要求住院手术治疗，因家庭困曾放弃治疗。后来用了本发明的膏药，在腰椎4、5节腰阳关穴位贴一个，在环跳贴一个膏药，在外侧居髎穴位贴一个膏药，在大腿前侧脾关穴位贴一个膏药，两天以后开始缓解痛疼，后又贴3次，巩固，没再发展。
4、席某某，男，56岁，机关工作，10年的腿痛，经医院磁共振检查右侧坐骨神经痛，打封闭两次，还是痛，吃坐骨神经痛丸7盒，一直不舒服，夜里加重。后来用了本发明的膏药，在腰椎4、5节腰阳关穴位补阳气的贴一贴，在右侧环跳穴位贴一个，在臀部下承扶穴位贴一个，在殷门穴位贴一个，在脚环昆仑穴位贴一个，当天夜里就能睡着了，自我感觉有效，五天后又贴一回，后又贴五次，痊愈。
5、高某，男，46岁，厨师，主诉；在地下室长期炒菜，右侧肩有风湿，抬举受限，夜不得睡，一年多了，长期吃风湿定，贴壮骨膏，诊断为风湿性肩周炎，也与颈椎问题有关系压迫血液流通不好，治疗方法；在颈椎6、7节大椎穴贴一贴。在胳膊前面上方肩髃穴贴一贴，在胳膊后上方肩贞穴贴一贴，两天以后见效果，连续贴3次，病症明显改善。
6、郝某某，女，45岁。乡财政局上班。主诉；体太重180斤，行动不便。活动受限，走路慢。双脚踝肿大，吃双氯灭痛。外贴止痛膏1年多，反反复复发作。诊断为双侧骨质增生钙化，内外踝各贴一个膏药。五天一换。自我感觉有效果。连贴1个月病情好转。
7、成某某，女，42岁，民政局工作，主诉；帮单位搬东西把腰扭了，去医院拍xt骨头未见异常两侧腰肌处隐隐作痛，双手掐腰能得劲，手触摸检查定为腰肌腱筋膜拉伤，腰两侧肾俞穴各贴一个膏药，半小时就不那么疼了，五天以后又贴一次，巩固，基本痊愈。
8、石某某，男，46岁，农民，主诉，冬天在朋友家平房开窗户打麻将，夜里打着打着就感觉肩膀发酸发沉，后来坚持不住了，回家一夜也没睡，经诊断，急性风湿，风寒湿邪，经络受阻，治疗；在颈椎5、6、7节大椎穴贴一个，肩胛骨下方天宗穴贴一贴，肩膀上方肩井穴贴一个，颈椎下方风门穴贴一贴，当天就缓解，6天后又贴一回，痊愈。
9、粱某某，女，37岁，萝北县。主诉，当天干活脚踝不小心扭伤韧带肿多粗。不着地。鞋穿不了。诊断为韧带扭伤，膏药俩踝骨里外各一个。1小时见效。后5天又在贴一个。痊愈。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明做进一步的详细说明：本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式，但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
本实施例所涉及的一种用于止痛消肿的膏药，按重量计算其活性成分由干姜5～15克、苏木5～15克、肉桂5～15克、天麻10～20克、全当归15～25克、五灵脂15～25克、三七20～30克、皂刺5～15克、七叶一枝花10～20克、穿山龙15～25克、防风10～20克、龙骨3～7克、全虫3～7克、红花5～15克、蒲公英15～25克、升麻10～20克、两面针15～25克、狗脊10～20克、土鳖虫20～30克、方海5～15克、川芎15～25克、威灵仙15～25克、石菖蒲5～15克、元胡20～30克、白芷5～15克、伸筋草10～20克、杜仲15～25克、乳香20～30克、制川乌5～15克、胆南星15～25克、藁本15～25克、樟脑3～8克、木瓜10～20克、牛膝5～15克、没药20～30克、制草乌5～15克、制马钱子3～8克、防己10～20克、羌活10～20克、独活10～20克、五加皮5～15克和樟丹90～110克组成。
优选的，按重量计算其活性成分由干姜6～14克、苏木6～13克、肉桂7～14克、天麻11～19克、全当归16～24克、五灵脂17～24克、三七21～29克、皂刺6～14克、七叶一枝花11～18克、穿山龙17～23克、防风12～18克、龙骨4～6克、全虫4～6克、红花6～12克、蒲公英16～24克、升麻12～19克、两面针17～24克、狗脊11～19克、土鳖虫22～27克、方海6～14克、川芎16～24克、威灵仙16～24克、石菖蒲6～14克、元胡21～28克、白芷6～12克、伸筋草13～18克、杜仲17～22克、乳香21～29克、制川乌7～12克、胆南星16～24克、藁本17～24克、樟脑4～7克、木瓜11～18克、牛膝6～14克、没药22～28克、制草乌6～14克、制马钱子4～7克、防己11～19克、羌活12～18克、独活11～19克、五加皮6～14克和樟丹95～105克组成。
较佳的，按重量计算其活性成分由干姜10克、苏木10克、肉桂10克、天麻15克、全当归20克、五灵脂20克、三七25克、皂刺10克、七叶一枝花15克、穿山龙20克、防风15克、龙骨5克、全虫5克、红花10克、蒲公英20克、升麻15克、两面针20克、狗脊15克、土鳖虫25克、方海10克、川芎20克、威灵仙20克、石菖蒲10克、元胡25克、白芷10克、伸筋草15克、杜仲20克、乳香25克、制川乌10克、胆南星20克、藁本20克、樟脑5克、木瓜15克、牛膝10克、没药25克、制草乌10克、制马钱子5克、防己15克、羌活15克、独活15克、五加皮10克和樟丹100克组成。
用于止痛消肿的膏药制作方法如下：
第一步，上述药材中除去龙骨、全虫、樟脑和樟丹，把其余的药材按重量抓在一起放在干净的不锈钢锅里，再放入芝麻香油浸过所有的药材，浸泡5天备用；
第二步，把龙骨、全虫和樟脑粉碎成150～200目的粉末混合均匀备用；
第三步，把樟丹放在干净锅里加热炒去樟丹中的水气，用铲子翻炒，炒至深红色，放凉备用；
第四步，把浸泡5天的装有香油和药材的不锈钢锅放在炉灶上，150～180℃加热40分钟熬制香油混合物，捞净药渣，锅内香油混合物放凉至100℃；
第五步，把香油混合物和樟丹倒入另一个锅里用木棍不停搅拌30～40分钟，然后放凉至室温；
第六步，再回炉灶上加热，把加工好的龙骨、全虫和樟脑粉末撒在香油混合物上面搅拌均匀，制成膏药坯料，将膏药坯料直接倒入装有清水的水桶中，一天换一次水，放3天，去火毒，防痒；
第七步，3天后取出膏药坯料晾干，回锅加热均匀涂于布上，每贴20克，储存备用。
