Abstract

一种治疗骨折、肌腱损伤的中药膏药及其制备方法,中药膏药的组方配伍中选取87味中药材，分为油炸组和精细组两组，油炸组选取50味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏、去火毒的各个工序的制作过程，加黄丹熬制成膏体；精细组选取37味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目的细筛，收取精细药粉；经过制膏成贴工序，将精细组制成的精细药粉加入融化的膏体中，制成膏药，将定量膏药趁热均匀分摊于裁好的若干布块上，制成膏药贴，置阴凉干燥处存放备用。本发明膏药见效快、疗效好、使用方便，治愈率高。适用骨伤、肌腱损伤的治疗。经上千例患者应用，本发明膏药有效率100%，显效率95%，治愈率90%以上，能够有效地减轻患者的痛苦和负担，具有良好的社会效益。

Description

一种治疗骨折、肌腱损伤的中药膏药及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及治疗骨伤的药物，尤其涉及治疗骨折与肌腱损伤的膏药。
背景技术
日常临床中常见骨伤、骨折、肌腱损伤病人，突发性强，疼痛难忍。若治疗不及时、用药不对，极易产生后遗症，造成不可恢复的永久性畸形。目前一般治疗骨伤骨折多采用手法接骨，石膏定位或夹板定位，辅以内服药或外用药。正常情况下，需要三个月才能长好，恢复慢，治疗期长，影响生活和工作，老年人恢复更慢。有的接骨后出现关节强直、肌腱粘连的弊端，给患者带来了身体上长期的痛苦和精神上的负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的，就是提供一种用于治疗骨伤、骨折、肌腱损伤的外用膏药，使用方便，见效快、疗效好、治愈率高，无毒副作用。能够减轻患者的病痛，促使骨折和肌腱损伤恢复，适用范围广泛，
本发明的任务是这样完成的：研究一种治疗骨折、肌腱损伤的中药膏药及其制备方法, 中药膏药的组方配伍选取87味中药材，分为油炸组和精细组，油炸组按照配比选取50味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程,再加黄丹熬制成膏体，然后进行去火毒工序、制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组按照配比选取37味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目的细筛，收取精细药粉；在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，将精细组制成的精细药粉加入到经过了去火毒工序之后融化的膏体中，制成膏药，将定量的膏药趁热均匀分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置阴凉干燥处存放备用。

中药膏药的制备方法中，浸泡工序的制作过程是：将油炸组选取的50味中药材放入铁锅容器内，按照质量比，以中药材1份：芝麻油2～3份的比例，用纯芝麻油浸泡，冬春季节浸泡7天，夏秋季节浸泡3～5天。油炸工序的制作过程是：将浸泡好的中药材和芝麻油盛装在铁锅中,放在炉子上，用中火加热，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，温度保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色后，铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到药油，将药油称量计数。炼油工序的制作过程是：将计量好的药油置入铁锅中继续煎熬，同时用国槐木棍不停搅动药材，油烟由浅青色逐渐变为黑色浓烟，至油烟变为白色，油温达到310～320℃，油花在锅中央沸腾，此时取药油滴入水中实验，油花在水中散开又聚集，即炼成药油。下丹成膏工序的制作过程是：将炼好的药油离火稍冷，待油温下降至280～300℃时，将预先炒至干燥的黄丹徐徐加入药油中，药油与黄丹的比例为100：50～53，同时用木棍顺同一方向不停搅动，防止黄丹沉淀和药油外溢起火，待表面浓烟散尽后收取膏药。去火毒工序的制作过程是：将熬制好的膏药冷却后缓慢地倒入冷水中，边倒边搅动膏药，使膏药在水中形成带状，再将膏药从水中取出，反复握压，将膏药中的水分挤出，制成条状或团状，然后加入冷水中浸泡5～7天，每天换水一次。制膏成贴工序的制作过程是：将去过火毒的膏药置于铁锅内加热融化，按质量比，以膏药100：精细药粉14～16的比例，将精细组筛好的精细药粉加入铁锅内加热融化的膏药中，同时不断进行搅拌，制成膏药，将定量的膏药趁热均匀地分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处存放备用。
本发明膏药具有疏通气血、祛风、舒筋活络，定疼止血，消炎消肿止痛，补肝益肾的作用，能够松懈肌腱粘连散淤血凝滞，促进骨折后生长骨痂，各种伤筋断骨可在30分钟内迅速定痛，药效直达病灶，骨折部位不停响功能，关节部位伸展自如。本发明膏药适用范围广泛，治愈率高。经上千例患者应用，有效率100%，显效率95%，治愈率在90%以上。
按照上述技术方案进行实施、验证，证明本发明选取的组方配伍科学合理，药性功能齐全，制备方法完整、配套、易于操作，适用骨伤范围广，本发明膏药见效快、疗效好、使用方便，是一种治疗骨伤骨折的良药，能够有效地减轻患者的痛苦和负担，具有良好的社会效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
本发明膏药的组方配伍选取87味中药材,分为油炸组和精细组，油炸组按照配比选取50味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程,再加黄丹，熬制成膏体；然后进行去火毒工序、制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组按照配比选取37味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目的细筛，收取精细药粉；在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，将精细组制成的精细药粉加入经过去火毒融化的膏体中，制成膏药，将定量的膏药趁热均匀分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，制成膏药贴，置阴凉干燥处存放备用。

本发明膏药按照质量比选取具体配比时，上述组方配伍可分别选取油炸组、精细组各味中药材配比的上限值，也可以各自选取配比中的下限值，还可以选取配比的中间值，或者选取组方配伍中不同的中药材配比的上限值与下限值进行组合，组成不同的配方组合，再根据不同的需要选用。
本发明膏药的制备方法中，浸泡工序的制作过程是：将油炸组选取的50味中药材按照确定的配比放入铁锅容器内，用纯芝麻油浸泡，冬春季节浸泡7天，夏秋季节浸泡3～5天，按照质量比，以中药材1份：芝麻油2～3份的比例为宜。油炸工序的制作过程是：将浸泡好的中药材和芝麻油盛装在铁锅中，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色为宜，此后铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到药油，将药油称量计数。炼油工序的制作过程是：将计量好的药油置入铁锅中继续煎熬，同时用国槐木棍不停搅动药材，油烟由浅青色逐渐变为黑色浓烟，至油烟变为白色，油温达到310～320℃，油花在锅中央沸腾，此时取药油滴入水中实验，油花在水中散开又聚集，即炼成药油。下丹成膏工序的制作过程是：将炼好的药油离火稍冷，待油温下降至280～300℃时，将预先炒至干燥的黄丹徐徐加入药油中，每500克药油加黄丹250～265克，同时用木棍顺同一方向不停搅动，防止黄丹沉淀和药油外溢起火，待表面浓烟散尽后收取膏药。去火毒工序的制作过程是：将熬制好的膏药冷却后缓慢地倒入冷水中，边倒边搅动膏药，使膏药在水中形成带状，再将膏药从水中取出，反复握压，将膏药中的水分挤出，制成条状或团状，然后加入冷水中浸泡5～7天，每天换水一次。制膏成贴工序的制作过程是：将去过火毒的膏药置于铁锅内加热融化，按质量比，每500克膏药加精细药粉70～80克，向铁锅内加热融化的膏药中加入精细组筛好的精细药粉，同时不断进行搅拌，制成膏药；趁热将定量的膏药均匀地分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，一般将白棉布裁成13厘米X13厘米的方块布，取膏药15～20克，均匀分摊在方块布中间，形成8厘米X8厘米的圆团状，即制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。
下面结合具体实际病例，对本发明膏药的治疗过程与效果进行说明。
实例1： 患者李某，女，80岁，住址：山东省德州市齐河县永乐小区。就诊时间：2012年11月25日，患者由家人陪护前来就诊；家属陈述患者病史为：右腿大腿根处骨折，已有40余天。过去口服接骨药物，静养一个月未见好转，X线片可查右腿股骨颈骨裂，无明显错位，骨裂处裂缝明显。本申请人给患者贴敷本发明膏药，如法用以治疗，患者家属临走带走2贴本发明膏药。以后通过患者家属反馈信息得知，贴敷本发明膏药的第2天，患者疼痛减轻；使用完一贴后，可以在辅助下翻转身体；贴敷完第3贴后，可以自行坐起。随后又取4贴本发明膏药，带回使用。贴敷第一贴本发明膏药后的第48天，电话回访，患者已经可以自行下床，小便能够自理。半月后可自己行走，基本痊愈。
实例2：患者任某某，男，32岁，住址：山东省阳谷县景阳冈酒厂西邻环达摩配。病况：股骨中段骨折，手术后不愈合。就诊时间：2014年3月1号，主诉：患者左腿股骨中段骨折，手术内服钢板，术后2个月，拍X线片检查，未形成骨痂，未愈合。本申请人给患者贴敷本发明膏药，贴敷2次后，患者自述腿部症状减轻，脚可以着地，轻微慢行。带回2贴本发明膏药，使用后，患者拍X光片检查，告知已经完全愈合。
实例3：患者李某某，男，28岁，山东省阳谷县李台镇五连村人。病况：患者右臂肱骨中段骨折。2014年5月13日晚就诊，本申请人通过手法为患者整复错位后，贴敷本发明膏药，外用小夹板固定。10天后复诊，手臂肿胀消失，复位良好。贴敷本发明膏药3次后，拍片检查，骨折愈合，患者手臂屈伸自如；本发明膏药治疗37天后，患者骨折恢复，无任何功能障碍。
实例4 ：患者孙某某，女，42岁，河南省台前县甄口村人。2014年6月18日前来就诊，病况：检查结果显示患者左侧胫骨平台内缘撕脱性骨折。左膝关节囊有少量积液；打石膏静养20余天，患处肿胀疼痛，病情未见好转。本申请人给患者贴敷使用本发明膏药，连续贴敷4次进行治疗后，患者膝盖关节功能恢复，行走自如，无障碍。
实例5：患者杨某某。女，20岁，山东省莘县舍利寺村人。病况：患者因下楼梯踏空致右踝关节扭伤。右踝肿胀，有淤血，疼痛，不能行走。使用红花油外擦，疼痛不止。2014年7月8日由家人陪护前来就诊，经X线片检查，未见骨折症状，诊断为右踝关节扭伤，软组织损伤。本申请人给患者贴敷本发明膏药，当天止疼，2天后肿胀消失。连续使用本发明膏药2贴后，患者瘀斑消退，行走自如，完全痊愈。
本发明膏药贴于患处，可在30分钟内对各种伤筋断骨迅速定痛，药效直达病灶，每贴膏药可贴敷7天左右，3贴为一个疗程。本发明膏药以接骨功效为主旨，同时既能活血止疼、又能舒筋通络，兼以祛风散寒，真正做到了缓急兼顾，不论新伤、痼疾，均能除之，一般病情轻者贴敷一个疗程，病情重者贴敷二至三个疗程，即能完全治愈。本发明膏药选药得当，具有疏通气血、补肝益肾、消炎消肿止痛、祛风、舒筋活络、定痛止血的作用，见效快、疗效好、使用方便，能够松懈肌腱粘连散淤血凝滞，促进骨折后生长骨痂；伤愈后，骨折部位不影响功能，关节部位伸展自如，适用骨折范围广泛，治愈率高。经上千例患者应用，有效率100%，显效率95%，治愈率在90%以上。

1.一种治疗骨折、肌腱损伤的中药膏药及其制备方法,其特征在于中药膏药的组方配伍选取87味中药材,分为油炸组和精细组，油炸组按照配比选取50味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程,再加黄丹熬制成膏体，然后进行去火毒工序、制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组按照配比选取37味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目的细筛，收取精细药粉；在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，将精细组制成的精细药粉加入到经过去火毒工序之后融化的膏体中，制成膏药，将定量的膏药趁热均匀分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置阴凉干燥处存放备用。
