Abstract

一种治疗风湿、关节炎、骨性病变的膏药及其制备方法, 膏药的组方配伍中选取86味中药材，由油炸组和精细组两部分组成，油炸组的组方配伍中选取73味纯中药材，分为先炸组59味中药材和后炸组14味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程，再加黄丹制成膏体；然后进行去火毒、制膏成贴工序的制作过程；将精细组的组方配伍中选取的13味中药材，磨成精细药粉，混合均匀，过120目筛子，在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中加入融化的膏体中，制成膏药；将定量的膏药趁热分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。本发明膏药组方合理，制作精良，见效快，药性强、疗效好，使用方便，治疗各种骨性病变有效率为100%，显效率为95%，治愈率90%以上。

技术领域
 本发明涉及治疗骨病的药物，尤其涉及中药治疗骨关节病变的膏药。
背景技术
骨关节病是日常临床的常见病，多发于中老年人，比如关节炎、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、颈腰椎及膝关节骨质增生、骨刺、椎间盘突出及关节积液，坐骨神经疼，都是多发病常见病，给患者带来很大的不便和痛苦，治疗中又很顽固不易治好，一般治疗采用内服药、外敷药，有的辅以物理治疗和电疗、按摩、温泉、针灸多种方式治疗，疗期较长、见效慢，不易稳定、易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的，就是提供一种见效快、疗效好、使用方便的骨性病变通用药膏，用于治疗多种骨病，减轻患者的身体病疼和精神负担。
本发明的任务是这样完成的：研究一种治疗风湿、关节炎、骨性病变的膏药及其制备方法, 膏药的组方配伍选取86味中药材，由油炸组和精细组两部分组成，油炸组的组方配伍中选取73味中药材，包括先炸组按照配比选取的59味中药材和后炸组按照配比选取的14味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程，再加入黄丹，制成膏体；然后进行去火毒工序和制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组的组方配伍选取14味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目筛子，取精细药粉，在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，将精细组制成的精细药粉加入经过去火毒工序融化的膏体中，制成膏药，趁热定量均匀分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。

本发明膏药的精细组的组方配伍中选取的13味中药材及其配比为：生乳香30～60份，生没药30～60份，天山雪莲30～60份，竹黄40～80份，硇砂20～40份，樟脑20～40份，冰片30～60份，卤碱80～100份，血竭30～60份，五灵脂40～80份，江虫30～60份，麝香15～30份，鹿茸20～40份。
本发明膏药制备方法中，浸泡工序的制作过程是：将油炸组的组方配伍中先炸组选取的59味中药材与后炸组选取的14味中药材分隔开来，放入铁锅容器内，用纯芝麻油浸泡，按照质量比，以中药材1份：芝麻油2～3份的比例进行配制，冬春季节浸泡7天，夏秋季节浸泡3～5天。油炸工序的制作过程是：先将浸泡好的先炸组选取的59味中药材和芝麻油盛装在铁锅中，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色后，铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到先炸组药油；然后将浸泡好的后炸组选取的14味中药材置入铁锅内的先炸组药油中，将铁锅放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色后，铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到完全的油炸组药油，将制成的油炸组药油称量计数。炼油工序的制作过程是：将油炸组药油置入铁锅中继续煎熬，同时用国槐木棍不停搅动药材，油烟由浅青色逐渐变为黑色浓烟，至油烟变为白色，油温达到310～320℃，油花在锅中央沸腾，此时取药油滴入水中实验，油花在水中散开又聚集，即炼成药油。下丹成膏工序的制作过程是：将炼好的药油离火稍冷，待油温下降至280～300℃时，将预先炒至干燥的黄丹徐徐加入药油中，药油与黄丹的比例为100：50～53，同时用木棍在油锅内顺同一方向不停搅动，待油锅表面的浓烟散尽后，收取膏药。去火毒工序的制作过程是：将熬制好的膏药冷却后缓慢地倒入冷水中，边倒边搅动膏药，使膏药在水中形成带状，再将膏药从水中取出，反复握压，将膏药中的水分挤出，制成条状或团状，加入冷水中浸泡5～7天，每天换水一次。制膏成贴工序的制作过程是：将去火毒后的膏药置于铁锅内加热融化，按质量比，以膏药100：精细药粉14～16的比例，向铁锅内加热融化的膏药中加入精细组制好的精细药粉，同时用木棍在油锅内顺同一方向不断进行搅拌，然后将锅中熬制好的膏药趁热均匀地定量分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。
本发明膏药每帖可贴敷5-7天，每3贴一个疗程。经临床验证，本发明膏药见效快、疗效好，多数患者贴敷本发明膏药后，能在30分钟内迅速定疼，缓解症状。本发明膏药能够消融关节瘀滞，修复骨细胞胶原蛋白质的正常代谢，消肿止疼快，药物渗透力强，药力直达病灶，既治标又治本，经上千例患者治疗，证明本发明膏药对于各种骨性病变治疗的有效率为100%，显效率为95%以上，治愈率为90以上%。
按照上述技术方案进行试制、试用，证明本发明的组方配伍科学合理，见效快，疗效好，使用方便；制备工艺完整、配套，操作简便；本发明膏药药性强、治愈率高，能够有效地减轻患者的身体病痛和精神负担，社会效益良好，较好地达到了预定目的。
具体实施方式
下面参照实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式加以说明。
本发明膏药的组方配伍选取86味中药材，由油炸组和精细组两部分组成，油炸组的组方配伍中选取73味中药材，包括先炸组按照配比选取的59味中药材和后炸组按照配比选取的14味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程，再加入黄丹，制成膏体；然后进行去火毒工序和制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组的组方配伍选取13味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目筛子，取精细药粉，在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，将精细组制好的精细药粉按照配比加入经过去火毒工序融化的膏体中，制成膏药，按定量将膏药趁热分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。

具体制备时，可以按照组方配伍中选取的中药材配比的上限确定配比，也可以按照组方配伍中选取的中药材配比的下限确定配比，还可以按照组方配伍中选取的中药材配比的上限与下限之间确定配比，或者按照组方配伍规定配比中的中药材不同上限与下限之间进行组合，确定配比，具体选取配比根据需要确定，选择应用。
本发明膏药的制备方法中，浸泡工序的制作过程是：将油炸组的组方配伍中选取的先炸组59味中药材与后炸组选取的14味中药材分隔开来，放入铁锅容器内，用纯芝麻油浸泡，按照质量比，以中药材1份：芝麻油2～3份的比例进行配制，冬春季节浸泡7天，夏秋季节浸泡3～5天。
油炸工序的制作过程是：先将浸泡好的先炸组59味中药材和芝麻油盛装在铁锅中，放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色后，铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到先炸组药油；然后将浸泡好的后炸组选取的14味中药材放入铁锅内的先炸组药油中，将铁锅放在炉子上加热，开始用中火，升温至160～180℃，改为文火，保持在160～180℃,炸至中药材外部呈深褐色、内部呈焦黄色后，铁锅离火稍冷，过滤倒掉药渣，即得到完全的油炸组药油，将油炸组药油称量计数。
炼油工序的制作过程是：将油炸组药油置入铁锅中继续煎熬，同时用国槐木棍不停搅动药材，油烟由浅青色逐渐变为黑色浓烟，至油烟变为白色，油温达到310～320℃，油花在锅中央沸腾，此时取药油滴入水中实验，油花在水中散开又聚集，即炼成药油。
下丹成膏工序的制作过程是：将炼好的药油离火稍冷，待油温下降至280～300℃时，将预先炒至干燥的黄丹徐徐加入药油中，药油与黄丹的比例为100：50～53，同时用木棍在油锅内顺同一方向不停搅动，待油锅表面的浓烟散尽后，收取膏药。
去火毒工序的制作过程是：将熬制好的膏药冷却后缓慢地倒入冷水中，边倒边搅动膏药，使膏药在水中形成带状，再将膏药从水中取出，反复握压，将膏药中的水分挤出，制成条状或团状，加入冷水中浸泡5～7天，每天换水一次。
制膏成贴工序的制作过程是：将去火毒后的膏药置于铁锅内加热融化，按质量比，以膏药100：精细药粉14～16的比例，向铁锅内加热融化的膏药中加入精细组制好的精细药粉，同时用木棍在油锅内顺同一方向不断进行搅拌，然后将锅中熬制好的膏药趁热均匀地定量分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，即制成膏药贴。一般将白棉布裁成若干块13X13厘米的布块，取15～20克膏药，置于布块的中间形成8X8厘米的圆形膏药，即制成膏药贴，放置在阴凉干燥处，存放备用。
下面通过实际病例，对本发明膏药的治疗效果加以说明。
实例1：患者杨保群，男37岁，山东省阳谷县金斗营乡闫堤村人。2012年5月10日就诊，主诉：反复腰疼，并向右下肢放射3年余。走路远行症状加重。曾经热敷、针灸、口服消炎止疼药，时有缓解；也曾经贴敷过膏药，总体感觉治疗效果不佳。检查得知：腰4和腰5椎体增生。本申请人用本发明膏药对患者进行治疗，共贴敷8次，每贴贴敷7天，患者症状消失。再给予一贴用以巩固疗效，随访一年未复发。
实例2：患者朱秀芳，女，49岁，山东省阳谷县高庙王乡胡庄村人。2013年4月22日就诊，主诉：上肢麻木，胀痛半年余；颈椎不适，做过牵引，输液等均未见好转。查颈椎5—6椎体后缘骨质增生，5—6椎间孔变窄。诊断：颈椎病。本申请人用本发明膏药对患者进行治疗，贴敷3贴后，患者症状大有好转。为巩固疗效，又用3贴，症状消失，患者告愈。随访至今未复发。
实例3：患者王令臣，男，50岁，山东省阳谷县李台镇工商所工作。2013年7月5日就诊，主诉：腰疼3年余，每年病重2—3次，最近2周加重，活动不便，不能弯腰，无下肢放射疼痛。X线片检查显示：腰椎退行性病变。诊断：腰肌劳损，骨质增生。曾针灸、按摩，腰疼时轻时重。本申请人用本发明膏药给患者贴敷1次（7天），患者症状明显改善。持续贴敷6贴，患者症状消失，腰椎活动正常，至今未复发。
实例4：患者余芝玲，女，50岁，河南省台前县老庄子村人。2013年8月29号就诊，患者主诉：右膝关节疼痛，无法正常上下楼，活动障碍明显，逢阴雨天气加重。查膝关节不红不肿，触之发凉，诊断为风寒湿痹，且伴有关节退行性病变。本申请人用本发明膏药给患者如法贴敷。9月6号复诊，膝盖关节凉感消失，疼痛减轻，继续用上法贴敷。至11月5日，共治疗7次（患者中间有时间歇治疗），患者关节凉感痛感消失，膝盖屈伸自如，上下楼基本无障碍。后时至寒冬，未见复发。
实例5：患者杨尊臣，男，46岁，山东省阳谷县李台镇杨店村人。2013年4月17日就诊，主诉：反复双膝关节酸痛五年有余，时有双膝关节酸痛，肿胀，麻木，活动不便。西医诊断为双膝关节炎，曾口服布洛芬等药物治疗，有缓解，但疗效欠佳，近期症状加重。因本发明膏药有除湿通络、祛风散寒的功效，本申请人用本发明膏药给患者如法贴敷。贴敷3次后，患者双膝关节酸痛明显减轻，能自己行走。前后共计贴敷8次后，患者症状体征完全消失，功能恢复，随访至今无复发。
实例6：患者王百合，男。55岁，河南省台前县孟庄村人。2014年3月8日来诊，主诉：右肩关节疼痛1年多，时重时轻，梳头穿衣困难，手臂抬举后背均受限，最近持续疼痛，久治未效。先后内服中西药和进行理疗等，未见明显效果；也曾贴敷过膏药，不见好转。诊断为肩周炎，为肩关节周围组织的慢性无菌炎症及肩周围软组织粘连所致。本申请人使用本发明膏药给患者贴敷，7日后患者来复诊，自述疼痛明显减轻，可以抬举梳头。为巩固疗效，连续贴敷4贴本发明膏药，患者症状完全消失，告愈，未复发。
实例7：患者赵桂芳，女，49岁，山东省莘县徐山斗村人。2014年6月12日来诊，主诉：长期做家务劳动，逐渐出现右侧肱骨外髁处疼痛，屈伸旋转活动受限，曾采用打封闭针处理，稍缓解后又复发，疼痛加剧。来就诊时病程已有半年有余。本申请人使用本发明膏药给患者进行贴敷治疗，贴敷3次后，患者症状消失，无肿涨痛感和压痛，肘关节屈伸、旋转功能恢复正常。为巩固疗效，再贴敷一贴。现在患者能从事一般的家务劳动，能照看小孩，病告痊愈。
本发明膏药每贴可贴敷5-7天。多数患者贴敷本发明膏药后，能在30分钟内迅速定痛，缓解症状。本发明膏药的组方配伍科学合理，使用方便；制备工艺完整、配套，制作简便、有效。

1.一种治疗风湿、关节炎、骨性病变的膏药及其制备方法,其特征在于膏药的组方配伍选取86味中药材，由油炸组和精细组两部分组成，油炸组的组方配伍选取73味中药材，包括先炸组按照配比选取的59味中药材和后炸组按照配比选取的14味中药材，经过浸泡、油炸、炼油、下丹成膏的各个工序的制作过程，再加入黄丹，制成膏体；然后进行去火毒工序和制膏成贴工序的制作过程；精细组的组方配伍选取13味中药材，粉碎磨成药粉，混合均匀，过120目筛子取精细药粉，在制膏成贴工序的制作过程中，按照配比将精细药粉加入经过了去火毒工序融化的膏体中，制成膏药，将定量的膏药趁热均匀分摊于裁好的若干块布块上，制成膏药贴，置于阴凉干燥处，存放备用。
