本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，取当归、川芎、赤芍、白术、山药、败酱草、丹参、三棱、莪术、红藤、路路通、黄柏、茯苓、柴胡、香附、甘草混合，粉碎成120目的药粉制得，该药物由中药组成具有清热解毒、疏肝解郁、活血痛经、益气健脾的功效，用于治疗盆腔炎具有见效快、副作用小、不反复的优点。

一种治疗盆腔炎的药物
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，尤其涉及一种以中药为原料药治疗盆腔炎的药物。
背景技术
盆腔炎是指女性盆腔生殖器官、子宫周围的结缔组织及盆腔腹膜的炎症，是常见的妇科疾病之一，发病原因主要为机体免疫力下降，或由于其他原因使人体自然防御功能遭到破坏而引发，如流产后感染、宫腔术后感染等，现在治疗时多采用西药抗生素类药物进行治疗，严重者可以采用手术治疗，但是上述治疗方法副作用大、费用高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，该药物由中药组成具有清热解毒、疏肝解郁、活血痛经、益气健脾的功效，用于治疗盆腔炎具有见效快、副作用小、不反复的优点。
本发明一种用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备获得的：
当归8～12、川芎 8～12、赤芍9～15、白术9～15、
山药9～15、败酱草9～15、丹参8～12、三棱8～12、
莪术8～12、红藤9～15、路路通8～12 、黄柏8～12 、
茯苓8～12 、柴胡8～12 、香附8～12 、甘草4～8。
优选地，本发明的用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备获得的：当归10、川芎 10、赤芍12、白术12、山药12、败酱草12、丹参10、三棱10、莪术10、红藤12、路路通10 、 黄柏10 、茯苓10 、柴胡10 、香附10 、甘草6。
本发明药物可以制成药剂学上的任何口服剂型，本发明优选散剂。
本发明药物散剂产品的制备方法是，取当归、川芎 、赤芍、白术、山药、败酱草、丹参、三棱、莪术、红藤、路路通、黄柏、茯苓、柴胡、香附、甘草，按照所述重量份数混合，粉碎成120目的药粉即得。
中医认为盆腔炎主要是由于人体湿热瘀结、寒凝气滞、身体虚弱所致，本发明组方中，川芎、柴胡、香附，疏肝解郁，升阳理气；赤芍、败酱草、黄柏、当归，清热凉血、散瘀止痛；山药、三棱、茯苓、白术，益气健脾、化瘀止痛；丹参、莪术、红藤、路路通，活血祛瘀、痛经止痛，甘草调和诸药。诸药配伍，共奏清热解毒、疏肝解郁、活血痛经、益气健脾的功效，对盆腔炎症治疗效果显著。
为进一步考察本发明散剂药物的临床疗效和安全性，选择160例盆腔炎患者对本发明药物的疗效进行了临床观察。
160例病例为年龄20～56岁女性患者，病程3～24月。
诊断标准
参照《临床诊断指南》（中华医学会编著、人民卫生出版社2007年1月第一版）中盆腔炎诊断标准制定，
主要症状有下腹部坠胀、疼痛及腰骶部酸痛，白带增多；有的患者有月经不调或不孕史；妇科检查见子宫后位，活动差，有压痛，一侧或双侧附件增厚有压痛或呈条索状增粗，或有包块、压痛；经B超及实验室检查排除盆腔恶性肿瘤及子宫内膜异位症。
治疗方法
采用本发明散剂药物，一日三次，每次10g。
疗效标准
治愈：治疗后下腹疼痛或腰骶胀痛等症状消失，妇科检查及理化检查正常。显效：治疗后下腹疼痛或腰骶胀痛等症状消失或明显减轻，妇科检查及理化检查明显改善。有效：治疗后下腹疼痛及腰骶胀痛等症状减轻，妇科检查及理化检查有所改善。无效：治疗后下腹疼痛及腰骶胀痛等症状无减轻或有加重，妇科检查及理化检查较治疗前无改善或有加重。
全部病例治疗后疗效比较统计结果如下：

取当归10g、川芎 10g、赤芍12g、白术12g、山药12g、败酱草12g、丹参10g、三棱10g、莪术10g、红藤12g、路路通10g、 黄柏10g、茯苓10g、柴胡10g、香附10g、甘草6g混合均匀，粉碎成120目的药粉，得到散剂药物。

取当归12g、川芎 12 g、赤芍15 g、白术15 g、山药15 g、败酱草15 g、丹参12 g、三棱12g、莪术12 g、红藤15 g、路路通12 g、 黄柏12 g、茯苓12 g、柴胡12 g、香附12 g、甘草8 g混合均匀，粉碎成120目的药粉，得到散剂药物。

1.一种用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备获得的：
当归8～12、川芎 8～12、赤芍9～15、白术9～15、
山药9～15、败酱草9～15、丹参8～12、三棱8～12、
莪术8～12、红藤9～15、路路通8～12 、黄柏8～12 、
茯苓8～12 、柴胡8～12 、香附8～12 、甘草4～8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗盆腔炎的药物，是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备获得的：当归10、川芎 10、赤芍12、白术12、山药12、败酱草12、丹参10、三棱10、莪术10、红藤12、路路通10 、 黄柏10 、茯苓10 、柴胡10 、香附10 、甘草6。
