一种复合芯体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种纸尿裤、拉拉裤、卫生巾用复合芯体及其制造方法。
背景技术
吸收芯体是一次性吸收用品最重要的组成部分,一次性吸收用品性能的优劣主要由吸收芯体决定,例如吸水性、保持性、扩散性等。在现有技术中,吸收芯体由上层透液性片材、中层膨松无纺布和下层吸液性片材构成。吸收芯体上层透液性片材、下层吸液性片材一般均采用无尘纸或无纺布。在制造过程中采用无尘纸或无纺布会产生大量的尘屑,影响车间内的作业环境,且无尘纸在包折过程中强度不够,容易产生破裂,造成芯体的报废。
在传统吸收芯体的上层透液性片材与中层膨松无纺布之间、下层吸液性片材与中层膨松无纺布之间固定的吸水性颗粒含量相等或相近,在使用时会产生吸收不均匀现象,反渗量大,且传统的吸收芯体上层透液性片材和下层透液性片材表面均为光面,导流性能差,不利于液体的扩散,造成吸收时间长,当排泄量大时排泄物不能及时被吸收,会发生泄漏的情况,导致使用者舒适度下降。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种复合芯体,解决传统复合芯体吸收不均匀、反渗量大的问题,且具有吸收快、舒适度佳的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种复合芯体的制造方法,解决传统方法易产生大量尘屑,且制得的复合芯体易破裂、吸收效果不佳的问题。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复合芯体,具有上层透液性片材、中层膨松无纺布以及下层吸液性片材,所述上层透液性片材和中层膨松无纺布之间设置有第一吸水性颗粒,下层吸液性片材和中层膨松无纺布之间设置有第二吸水性颗粒,其中第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量,使得吸水性颗粒从厚度方向上呈现不同的分布,具体的位于下部的第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于上部的第一吸水性颗粒的含量,可帮助体液快速下渗,提高产品的吸收性能,有利于复合芯体的保持性,保持上层透液性片材侧的干燥性,提高使用舒适度,进而解决传统复合芯体吸收不均匀,反渗量大的问题。
此外,优选下层吸液性片材的克重高于上层透液性片材的克重,不仅有利于复合芯体的保持性,而且增加了复合芯体的强度。进一步的,上层透液性片材为15-40g可吸水性纸类,该可吸水性纸类指湿法造纸形成的纸类。采用湿法造纸形成的纸类,与传统采用无尘纸或无纺布类相比,不仅使下层吸液性片材的强度达到了生产所需要求,而且减少生产过程中产生的尘屑,保持了生产的卫生,同时可降低反渗量。下层吸液性片材为15-50g可吸水性片材,该可吸水性片材指干法造纸非织造布,具体的干法造纸非织造布是无尘纸。
作为本发明中第一吸水性颗粒和第二吸水性颗粒的两种固定方式,上层透液性片材与中层膨松无纺布通过热熔胶粘合或通过中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维经过热粘合固定第一吸水性颗粒,下层吸液性片材与中层膨松无纺布通过热熔胶粘合或通过中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维经过热粘合固定第二吸水性颗粒。
作为本发明的进一步改进,下层吸液性片材两侧向上包折固定于上层透液性片材的两侧。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述复合芯体在上层透液性片材的表面按照吸水性颗粒的疏密划分为若干个朝下延伸的高密度区域和低密度区域,所述高密度区域与低密度区域交错排列。另外,复合芯体在低密度区域将上层透液性片材、中层膨松无纺布和下层吸液性片材热粘合在一起形成热粘合区域。进一步的,该热粘合区域的形状为点状、线状,当然也可以是其它形状。其热粘合的方式可以是热压辊粘合、超声波熔接中的任一种。
作为本发明一种复合芯体的制造方法这一主题,其包括如下步骤:在下层吸液性片材上配置第二吸水性颗粒的步骤;将中层膨松无纺布与配置有第二吸水性颗粒的下层吸液性片材相互叠合制成第二片材的步骤;在第二片材上配置第一吸水性颗粒的步骤;将上层透液性片材叠加到配置有第一吸水性颗粒的第二片材上制成第四片材的步骤;将第四片材通过烘箱,使得中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维发生热粘合并固定前述第一吸水性颗粒、第二吸水性颗粒的步骤;其中,上述第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量。采用上述方案,通过中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维经过烘箱的热粘合作用下固定第一吸水性颗粒和第二吸水性颗粒,使得复合芯体在厚度方向上吸水性颗粒的含量呈现不同的分布,帮助体液快速下渗,提高产品的吸收性能,保持上层透液性片材侧的干燥性,并提高使用舒适度,
当然还可以采用热熔胶的方式固定第一吸水性颗粒和第二吸水性颗粒,此种情况下复合芯体的制造方法,包括如下步骤:在下层吸液性片材上涂覆热熔胶,再将第二吸水性颗粒配置到带有上述涂覆热熔胶的下层吸液性片材上,制成第一片材的步骤。在中层膨松无纺布靠近第二吸水性颗粒的一侧涂覆热熔胶,再将中层膨松无纺布与所述第一片材相互叠合制成第二片材的步骤。在所述第二片材上配置第一吸水性颗粒的步骤。将上层透液性片材靠近第一吸水性颗粒的一侧涂覆热熔胶,再将上层透液性片材与配置有第一吸水性颗粒的第二片材相互叠合制成第四片材的步骤。其中,第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量。采用上述方案,通过分别添加热熔胶粘合第一吸水性颗粒和第二吸水性颗粒,实现了复合芯体厚度方向上吸水性颗粒含量的不同分布。进一步的,在制成第四片材之后还包括对第四片材进行热压的步骤。
就上述制造方法而言,由于下层吸液性片材表面上喷洒的第二吸水性颗粒的量较大,因此优选采用喷胶的方式固定第二吸水性颗粒。由于热熔胶喷涂在材料表面,如果在中间膨松无纺布上表面设置胶枪,在喷胶时吸水性颗粒容易堵住胶机喷胶孔。另外如果在配置第一吸水性颗粒前直接将热熔胶喷涂在第二片材上,第一吸水性颗粒将无法进入中间膨松无纺布内,因此将胶机设置于上层透液性片材输送单元,将热熔胶喷涂在上层透液性片材下表面。
更进一步的,第二吸水性颗粒定位配置到下层吸液性片材上,并根据第二吸水性颗粒定位分布的疏密形成若干个高密度区域和低密度区域;所述第一吸水性颗粒按照前述高密度区域和低密度区域的位置定位配置到第二片材上。优选的,第四片材在低密度区域热粘合在一起形成热粘合区域。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的复合芯体通过将第二吸水性颗粒的含量设置成高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量,使得吸水性颗粒从厚度方向上呈现不同的分布,帮助体液快速下渗,提高产品的吸收性能,有利于复合芯体的保持性,同时保持上层透液性片材侧的干燥性,提高使用舒适度。本发明的制造方法解决了传统复合芯体易破裂、吸收效果不佳的问题,且成型快,生产效率高。

实施例1,如图1至2所示,一种复合芯体1,具有上层透液性片材2、中层膨松无纺布3以及下层吸液性片材4,所述复合芯体1内分布有吸水性颗粒5。
如图2所示,上层透液性片材2与中层膨松无纺布3之间通过热熔胶粘合固定第一吸水性颗粒,该区域为第一吸水性颗粒分布A区域;下层吸液性片材4与中层膨松无纺布之间通过热熔胶粘合固定第二吸水性颗粒,该区域为第二吸水性颗粒分布C区域;中层膨松无纺布3之内分布有吸水性颗粒,该区域为吸水性颗粒分布B区域。下层吸水性片材4两侧向上包折,向上包折部分固定在上层透液性片材2的两侧。
上述C区域内的第二吸水性颗粒的含量大于A区域内第一吸水性颗粒的含量,且下层吸液性片材4的克重大于上层透液性片材2的克重。
上述上层透液性片材2为15-40g可吸水性纸类,上述可吸水性纸类指湿法造纸形成的纸类,不包含无尘纸、膨化纸等干法造纸非织造布或其它种类无纺布。
上述下层吸液性片材4为15-50g可吸水性纸类,吸水性片材指干法造纸非织造布。所述干法造纸非织造布指无尘纸。
上述吸水性颗粒5,为高吸收性树脂,简称SAP。上述高吸收性树脂有纤维素系、淀粉系、合成聚合物系等高吸收性树脂,上述合成聚合物系高吸收性树脂有聚乙烯醇系、聚丙烯酰胺系、聚氧化乙烯系等。上述吸收性物质5可以是这些树脂中的任何一种。
如图5所示,是实施例1复合芯体的制造方法,包括如下工序:
将下层吸液性片材4通过输送辊6输送,并通过胶枪7在下层吸液性片材4上表面喷涂热熔胶,然后经过第一筛盘8,将第二吸水性颗粒5均匀喷洒至涂有热熔胶的下层吸液性片材4上表面,形成第一片材G1。
将中层膨松无纺布3通过输送辊11输送,并通过胶枪10在中层膨松无纺3的下表面喷涂热熔胶。然后与第一片材G1复合制成第二片材G2。再通过第一筛盘12,将第一吸水性颗粒5均匀喷洒至第二片材G2的上表面,使一部分第一吸水性颗粒渗入到中间膨松无纺布内的孔隙中,形成第三片材G3。第二筛盘12喷洒的第一吸水性颗粒的量较之第一筛盘8喷洒的第二吸水性颗粒的量要少。
将上层透液性片材2通过输送辊15输送,并通过胶机14在上层透液性片材2的下表面喷涂热熔胶。然后与第三片材G3复合制成第四片材G4。
将下层吸水性片材4两侧向上包折,向上包折部分固定在上层透液性片材2的上面两侧,最终制得复合芯体。
在第一筛盘8、第二筛盘12下侧设置有收集槽9、13,用于收集喷洒过程中漏掉的吸水性颗粒。
实施例2,如图3至4所示,一种复合芯体1,具有上层透液性片材2、中层膨松无纺布3以及下层吸液性片材4,所述复合芯体1内分布有吸水性颗粒5。上述复合芯体1在上层透液性片材的表面按照吸水性颗粒的疏密划分为若干个的高密度区域E和低密度区域F,所述高密度区域E与低密度区域F在横向上交错排列,所述高密度区域E与低密度区域F分别在纵向上延伸。上述复合芯体1在低密度区域F上将上层透液性片材2、中层膨松无纺布3和下层吸液性片材4在垂直方向上通过热粘合固定在一起,在复合芯体1上形成沿宽度方向分布且在长度方向上延伸至复合芯体两端的若干个线状凹槽M,所述线状凹槽M是由若干个点状凹槽排列成线组成。上述热粘合的方式可采用热压辊粘合或者超声波粘合,温度控制在100-350℃。其它同实施例1。
如图6所示,本实施例2中一种复合芯体的制造方法,其中第一筛盘8将第二吸水性颗粒定位施加至涂有热熔胶的下层吸液性片材4上表面,在下层吸水性片材4上表面上形成高密度区域E和低密度区域F。第二筛盘12将第一吸水性颗粒定位施加至第二片材G2上表面,在第二片材G2上表面上同理形成高密度区域E和低密度区域F。在下层吸水性片材4两侧向上包折,并固定于上层透液性片材2的两侧之后还经过热压合辊16,在低密度区域F将上层透液性片材2、中层膨松无纺布3和下层吸液性片材4通过热粘合固定在一起,在第四片材G4上形成沿宽度方向分布且在长度方向上延伸至复合芯体两端的若干个线状凹槽M。其余同实施例1。
以上所述及图中所示的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种复合芯体,其特征在于:所述复合芯体具有上层透液性片材、中层膨松无纺布以及下层吸液性片材,其中在上层透液性片材和中层膨松无纺布之间设置有第一吸水性颗粒,在下层吸液性片材和中层膨松无纺布之间设置有第二吸水性颗粒,所述第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量;
所述复合芯体在上层透液性片材的表面按照吸水性颗粒的疏密划分为若干个朝下延伸的高密度区域和低密度区域,并且高密度区域和低密度区域交错排列;所述复合芯体在低密度区域将上层透液性片材、中层膨松无纺布和下层吸液性片材热粘合在一起形成热粘合区域,所述热粘合区域的形状为点状、线状或其它形状;
所述上层透液性片材与中层膨松无纺布通过热熔胶粘合或通过中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维经过热粘合固定第一吸水性颗粒;所述下层吸液性片材与中层膨松无纺布通过热熔胶粘合或通过中层膨松无纺布上的热熔纤维经过热粘合固定第二吸水性颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述复合芯体,其特征在于:所述下层吸液性片材的克重不低于上层透液性片材的克重。
3.如权利要求1所述复合芯体,其特征在于:所述上层透液性片材为15-40g可吸水性纸类,该可吸水性纸类指湿法造纸形成的纸类。
4.如权利要求1所述复合芯体,其特征在于:所述下层吸液性片材为15-50g可吸水性片材,该可吸水性片材指干法造纸非织造布。
5.如权利要求1所述复合芯体,其特征在于:所述下层吸液性片材两侧向上包折并固定于上层透液性片材的两侧。
6.一种复合芯体的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)在下层吸液性片材上涂覆热熔胶,再将第二吸水性颗粒配置到带有上述涂覆热熔胶的下层吸液性片材上,制成第一片材的步骤;
(2)在中层膨松无纺布靠近第二吸水性颗粒的一侧涂覆热熔胶,再将中层膨松无纺布与所述第一片材相互叠合制成第二片材的步骤;
(3)在步骤(2)中所述第二片材上配置第一吸水性颗粒的步骤;
(4)将上层透液性片材靠近第一吸水性颗粒的一侧涂覆热熔胶,再将上层透液性片材与配置有第一吸水性颗粒的第二片材相互叠合制成第四片材的步骤;
所述第二吸水性颗粒的含量高于第一吸水性颗粒的含量;
所述第二吸水性颗粒定位配置到下层吸液性片材上,并根据第二吸水性颗粒定位分布的疏密形成若干个高密度区域和低密度区域;所述第一吸水性颗粒按照前述高密度区域和低密度区域的位置定位配置到第二片材上;所述第四片材在低密度区域热粘合在一起形成热粘合区域。
7.如权利要求6所述复合芯体的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤(4)之后还包括对所述第四片材进行热压的步骤。
