本发明属于墙面装饰材料领域,尤其涉及一种墙衣杀菌防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙衣是继涂料、壁纸之后出现的新一代墙壁装饰材料。其配方以木质纤维和天然纤维为主要原料,配料为胶料、助剂等组分,由于组成和物性复杂,难以找到适合的杀菌防霉剂。
现有墙衣产品一般是采用涂料的杀菌剂纳米银。该杀菌剂对细菌杀灭率高,超过常规杀菌剂,但对真菌尤其是纤维中的霉菌杀灭率差,防霉性能弱,直接影响墙衣的色泽、附着力、流平性和稳定性等质量指标。同时,在纳米银的生产过程中,将单质银制成纳米级的银离子,材料和设备昂贵,制备成本高。由于银离子会不断释放出来,容易危害人体健康,欧美国家已明令禁止使用纳米银作为抗菌剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种墙衣杀菌防霉剂及其制备方法,旨在解决目前的墙衣装饰材料的杀菌防霉剂不具有较强的抑制和杀灭作用,不兼具杀菌和防霉功能,同时生物降解性不良,而且成本高的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,
一种墙衣杀菌防霉剂,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂按照质量百分比由以下组分组成:
二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠5%-25%、烷基糖苷5%-20%、烷基糖苷季铵盐5%-20%、辛基异噻唑啉酮5%-15%、余量为去离子水,去离子水补足杀菌防霉剂总量100%。
进一步,所述烷基糖苷为十二烷基糖苷、十四烷基糖苷中的一种或几种;
所述烷基糖苷季铵盐为十二烷基二甲基羟丙基十二烷糖苷基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基羟丙基十四烷糖苷基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠5%-25%、烷基糖苷5%-20%、烷基糖苷季铵盐5%-20%、辛基异噻唑啉酮5%-15%、余量为去离子水;
步骤二、将步骤一称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中至溶液半透明或透明,搅拌均匀,得到墙衣杀菌防霉剂。

进一步,所述烷基糖苷为十二烷基糖苷、十四烷基糖苷中的一种或几种;
所述烷基糖苷季铵盐为十二烷基二甲基羟丙基十二烷糖苷基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基羟丙基十四烷糖苷基氯化铵中的一种或几种。

实施例1杀菌防霉剂的抗菌性能
按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠5%、烷基糖苷6%、烷基糖苷季铵盐9%、辛基异噻唑啉酮7%、余量为去离子水;将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到杀菌防霉剂;按照质量百分数0.5%的添加量将杀菌防霉剂加入到墙衣中。
分别检测杀菌防霉剂单独存在及在墙衣中的抗菌性,检测方法参照行业标准《GB21866-2008-T抗菌涂料(漆膜)抗菌性测定法和抗菌效果》执行。在联合抗菌试验中,各体系总质量相同,配比按杀菌防霉剂的配方组成。

表1和表2给出了本发明杀菌防霉剂的抗菌性和抗菌耐久性检测数据。结果表明,本杀菌防霉剂抗菌性和抗菌耐久性均高于I级和II级行业标准,对有代表性的细菌和霉菌的抗菌率明显超过90%,且作用持久,具备强力杀菌和防霉的双重功能。从配方原理上看,这种杀菌和防霉功能来自烷基糖苷、烷基糖苷季铵盐、辛基异噻唑啉酮组成的复配体系,如表3所示,各体系均显示出一定联合抗菌作用,其中烷基糖苷季铵盐/烷基糖苷、烷基糖苷季铵盐/辛基异噻唑啉酮两个体系具有强烈的协同作用,大大提高了杀菌防霉剂的抗菌性能。另外,从表4可以看出,杀菌防霉剂对细菌和霉菌的最小抑菌浓度均处于较低水平,具有较高的抗菌活性。
实施例2杀菌防霉剂与市场同类产品对比
按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠5%、烷基糖苷6%、烷基糖苷季铵盐9%、辛基异噻唑啉酮7%、余量为去离子水;将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到杀菌防霉剂;按照质量百分数0.5%的添加量将杀菌防霉剂加入到墙衣中。
分别检测同一条件下杀菌防霉剂、纳米银(50nm、60nm)及其在墙衣中的抗菌性,检测方法参照行业标准《GB21866-2008-T抗菌涂料(漆膜)抗菌性测定法和抗菌效果》执行。抗细菌检测以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为样本,取均值;抗霉菌检测以黄曲霉菌为样本。

表5数据表明,本发明杀菌防霉剂与纳米银均具有优良的抗细菌性能,但在抗霉菌方面,杀菌防霉剂明显强于纳米银,其中杀菌防霉剂抗霉菌率和抗霉菌耐久性分别达到99.3%和96.7%,具有长效的杀霉菌能力。
目前市售墙衣一般是采用涂料的杀菌剂纳米银。尽管墙衣是在涂料基础上发展起来的,但其原料主要是木质纤维和天然纤维,成膜物和矿物较少,而涂料则以成膜物和矿物为主料,因而将涂料杀菌剂(如纳米银)简单用于墙衣存在适用性问题。如表6所示,采用本发明杀菌防霉剂的墙衣在抗细菌和抗霉菌方面均具有优异的性能;相比之下,含有纳米银的市售墙衣在抗霉菌方面不具备杀霉菌能力,而仅有较弱的抑霉菌能力,且耐久性差,这将直接影响墙衣的色泽、附着力、流平性和稳定性等质量指标,并减少墙衣的使用寿命。
实施例3应用于木质纤维墙衣的杀菌防霉剂制备方法
按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠14%、烷基糖苷12%、烷基糖苷季铵盐11%、辛基异噻唑啉酮5%、余量为去离子水;将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3mi n-5mi n,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到杀菌防霉剂;按照质量百分数0.3%的添加量将杀菌防霉剂加入到木质纤维墙衣中。
实施例4应用于天然纤维墙衣的杀菌防霉剂制备方法
按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠6%、烷基糖苷8%、烷基糖苷季铵盐9%、辛基异噻唑啉酮9%、余量为去离子水;将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5mi n,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到杀菌防霉剂;按照质量百分数0.4%的添加量将杀菌防霉剂加入到天然纤维墙衣中。
实施例5应用于混合纤维墙衣的杀菌防霉剂制备方法
按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠8%、烷基糖苷6%、烷基糖苷季铵盐10%、辛基异噻唑啉酮8%、余量为去离子水;将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5mi n,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到杀菌防霉剂;按照质量百分数0.4%的添加量将杀菌防霉剂加入到混合纤维墙衣中。

3.一种如权利要求1所述的墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠5%-25%、烷基糖苷5%-20%、烷基糖苷季铵盐5%-20%、辛基异噻唑啉酮5%-15%、余量为去离子水;
步骤二、将步骤一称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中至溶液半透明或透明,搅拌均匀,得到墙衣杀菌防霉剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠14%、烷基糖苷12%、烷基糖苷季铵盐11%、辛基异噻唑啉酮5%、余量为去离子水;
(2)将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到墙衣杀菌防霉剂。
5.如权利要求3所述的墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠6%、烷基糖苷8%、烷基糖苷季铵盐9%、辛基异噻唑啉酮9%、余量为去离子水;
(2)将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到墙衣杀菌防霉剂。
6.如权利要求3所述的墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比分别称取以下组分:二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠8%、烷基糖苷6%、烷基糖苷季铵盐10%、辛基异噻唑啉酮8%、余量为去离子水;
(2)将称取的烷基糖苷和烷基糖苷季铵盐一起加入到去离子水中溶解,将称取的辛基异噻唑啉酮加入到该溶液中溶解,搅拌3min-5min,再将称取的二辛基磺化琥珀酸钠逐量加入到该溶液中,搅拌均匀,得到墙衣杀菌防霉剂。
7.一种如权利要求1所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的使用方法,其特征在于,该墙衣杀菌防霉剂的使用方法为:按照质量百分数0.1%-0.5%的添加量将墙衣杀菌防霉剂的制备方法中制备的墙衣杀菌防霉剂加入到墙衣中。
8.一种包含权利要求1或2任意一项所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的木质纤维墙衣,其特征在于,所述木质纤维墙衣中墙衣杀菌防霉剂按照质量百分数添加量为0.3%。
9.一种包含权利要求1或2任意一项所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的天然纤维墙衣,其特征在于,所述天然纤维墙衣中墙衣杀菌防霉剂按照质量百分数添加量为0.4%。
10.一种包含权利要求1或2任意一项所述墙衣杀菌防霉剂的混合纤维墙衣,其特征在于,所述混合纤维墙衣中墙衣杀菌防霉剂的按照质量百分数添加量为0.4%。
