Abstract

一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂及其制备方法,按质量百分比包括以下组成:醛类杀菌剂:2‑40%,三嗪类杀菌剂:20‑60%,吡啶类杀菌剂:1‑35%,分散剂:2‑15%,其余为水,根据所制得醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂、分散剂与水,按照比例将其用反应釜混合均匀,得到油气田用水处理杀菌剂,通过多种杀菌剂的复配技术,发挥各种产品的优势,提高产品的抗药性与广谱性,解决现场使用中药剂存在的杀菌率不高,抗药性不强的问题,达到降本增效的目的。

一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水处理杀菌剂技术领域,具体涉及一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
油气田水来源于为油气开采过程中随原油、天然气一道排出井外的水。油气田采出水属于高硬度、高含盐、高含硫类型,具有含盐量高,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、铁细菌(TGB)、腐生菌(FB)及有害物质较多,细菌的生存条件决定了细菌含量及种类分布,尤其是高含硫水质导致硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的数量比油田回注水高出几十甚至上百倍,高硬度水质对药剂的水溶性和配伍性要求较高。
碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法(SY/T5329-2012)明确了油气田回注水中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、铁细菌(TGB)、腐生菌(FB)指标,多数油气田水中细菌含量高达104~108个/mL。大量的细菌存在,会在设备、注水管线及其他金属材料形成微生物腐蚀,进而损害堵塞管道和注水井,导致注水压力增大,能耗上升,严重制约油气田开发的可持续发展,随着单一组分杀菌剂或者复合杀菌剂的加入,细菌的抗药性在不断增强,使得杀菌剂的性能大大降低。因此,加入广谱性杀菌剂就成为一种预防地层堵塞及管线腐蚀的一种重要措施之一,使得细菌含量控制在(SY/T5329-2012)的要求内,需要专门开发适用于油气田用水处理杀菌剂配方。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂及其制备方法,通过多种杀菌剂的复配技术,发挥各种产品的优势,提高产品的抗药性与广谱性,解决现场使用中药剂存在的杀菌率不高,抗药性不强的问题,达到降本增效的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下组成:
醛类杀菌剂:2-40%,
三嗪类杀菌剂:20-60%,
吡啶类杀菌剂:1-35%,
分散剂:2-15%,
其余为水。
所述的醛类杀菌剂为邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的混合物,其中邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的质量百分比分别10-70%、0-50%,缓释甲醛是由咪唑烷基脲、重氮咪唑烷基脲、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DMDMH)组成,各组分在醛类杀菌剂中的质量比分别为0-10%、0-40%、0-25%。
所述三嗪类衍生物为均三嗪、偏三嗪,其中均三嗪、偏三嗪、水的质量比分别为10-70%,5-40%,10-50%。
所述吡啶类衍生物为四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物的混合物,其中四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物质量比分别为10-25%、5-40%、15-35%和25-45%。
所述分散剂为烷基二甲基甜菜碱为十二烷基~十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱为十二烷基~十八烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、氧化铵型表面活性剂为十二烷基~十四烷基氧化铵,均为工业品,其质量比分别为0-50%、5-55%和10-60%。
所述的水为一次蒸馏水。
一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)醛类杀菌剂按照所述的邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的质量百分比进行混合;
2)三嗪类杀菌剂按照所述的均三嗪、偏三嗪的质量百分比进行混合;
3)吡啶类杀菌剂按照所述的四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物的质量百分比进行混合;
4)分散剂按照所述的烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、氧化铵型表面活性剂的质量百分比进行混合;
5)根据所制得醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂、分散剂与水,按照比例将其用反应釜混合均匀,得到油气田用水处理杀菌剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用上述油气田用水处理杀菌剂,有效杀菌浓度为10-50ppm,杀菌率达到99.9%以上,能够解决现用杀菌剂的抗药性问题,满足回注要求。
各种配比之间的差异性较小,给予我们生产杀菌剂提供了一种很好的途径。对于将缓释甲醛、吡啶类及其衍生物等应用在油气田领域国内未见相关专利和文献报道。
利用各种杀菌剂之间的协同作用,解决现用杀菌剂采用1227、戊二醛、异噻唑啉酮等杀菌剂所产生的抗药性以及广谱性不足问题,在10-50mg/l的加入条件下,杀菌率达到99.9%以上,能够满足行业标准要求,能够解决现用杀菌剂的抗药性问题,满足回注要求。各种配比之间的差异性较小,给予我们生产杀菌剂提供了一种很好的途径。对于将缓释甲醛、吡啶类及其衍生物等应用在油气田领域国内未见相关专利和文献报道。
具体实施方式
以下根据实施例对本发明进一步叙述,但本发明不局限于以下实施例:
实施例:
本发明按照所需原料的质量百分比分别配制不同比例的醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂,再根据所需原料按照次序为水、溶剂、分散剂、醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂配制本专利所需样品。
醛类杀菌剂的制备方法
按照邻苯二甲醛,缓释甲醛质量百分比分别10-70%、0-50%;其中由咪唑烷基脲、重氮咪唑烷基脲、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DMDMH)分别为0-10%、0-40%、0-25%,配制的5个醛类杀菌剂样品如表1所示。
三嗪类杀菌剂制备方法
按照三嗪类杀菌剂中均三嗪、偏三嗪、水的质量比分别为10-70%,5-40%,10-50%,配制5个三嗪类杀菌剂样品如表2所示。
吡啶类杀菌剂制备方法
吡啶类衍生物按照四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物质量比分别为10-25%、5-40%、15-35%和25-45%,配制的5个吡啶类杀菌剂样品见表3。
分散剂制备方法
分散剂为两性表面活性剂,按照烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、氧化铵型表面活性剂的质量比分别为0-50%、5-55%、和10-60%制备5个分散剂样品见表4。
杀菌剂样品的制备方法
依据前边制备的醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂、分散剂及水,制备5个杀菌剂样品,见表5。
杀菌性能评价
选取延长油田公司一个注水区域的水样,要求原始细菌含量在103-105之间,并已经产生较严重的抗药性,针对现场用杀菌剂与制备杀菌剂进行室内评价,相关实验数据见表6。
综上所述,本发明的油气田用水处理杀菌剂,在15-50mg/l的加量下能够满足现场用杀菌剂的要求,尤其对于产生抗药性,采用现场杀菌剂效果不明显的情况下,对于解决抗药性的现场应用,具有解决抗药性问题,配制各种组分也都能达到要求,说明其广谱性也很好。

Claims (7)

1.一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下组成:
醛类杀菌剂:2-40%,
三嗪类杀菌剂:20-60%,
吡啶类杀菌剂:1-35%,
分散剂:2-15%,
其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述的醛类杀菌剂为邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的混合物,其中邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的质量百分比分别10-70%、0-50%,缓释甲醛是由咪唑烷基脲、重氮咪唑烷基脲、1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DMDMH)组成,各组分在醛类杀菌剂中的质量比分别为0-10%、0-40%、0-25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述三嗪类衍生物为均三嗪、偏三嗪,其中均三嗪、偏三嗪、水的质量比分别为10-70%、5-40%、10-50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述吡啶类衍生物为四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物的混合物,其中四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物质量比分别为10-25%、5-40%、15-35%和25-45%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为十二烷基~十八烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十二烷基~十八烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、十二烷基~十四烷基氧化铵的混合物,其质量比分别为0-50%、5-55%和10-60%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述的水为一次蒸馏水。
7.一种油气田用水处理杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)醛类杀菌剂按照所述的邻苯二甲醛、缓释甲醛的质量百分比进行混合;
2)三嗪类杀菌剂按照所述的均三嗪、偏三嗪的质量百分比进行混合;
3)吡啶类杀菌剂按照所述的四氢苯并吡啶、噻吩并吡啶、氨基吡啶和甲基吡啶及其衍生物的质量百分比进行混合;
4)分散剂按照所述的烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱、氧化铵型表面活性剂的质量百分比进行混合;
5)根据所制得醛类杀菌剂、三嗪类杀菌剂、吡啶类杀菌剂、分散剂与水,按照比例将其用反应釜混合均匀,得到油气田用水处理杀菌剂。
