本发明涉及一种喷嘴冷却套结构,它包括呈管状的冷却水套外壳,在冷却水套外壳的底端部外壁上一体连接有两个以上的安装座,在每个安装座上均开设有安装孔,在冷却水套外壳上开设有贯穿其顶端面与底端面的紧固孔,在冷却水套外壳的顶端前部开设有前端缺口,在冷却水套外壳的顶端后部开设有后端缺口,在冷却水套外壳的中段内嵌装有冷却水管,在冷却水管的两端固定有冷却水管接头。本发明避免了交叉孔的加工及去毛刺,减少了接头的安装,便于生产组织,降低了成本;而且由于可以形成环形通道,冷却效果好,大大提高了喷嘴电磁阀组件的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却装置,本发明尤其是涉及一种喷嘴冷却套结构。
背景技术
现有技术中存在很多降低内燃机排气污染物的尾气后处理系统,其中,SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)尿素喷射系统作为降低排气中氮氧化物的尾气后处理装置之一,已成为中重型车满足国Ⅳ及以上排放法规的主流技术方案。其原理是通过将尿素溶液喷射入柴油机排气中,在高温及催化剂作用下,将排气中氮氧化物还原成氮气和水排出。尿素溶液通过尿素计量单元喷射喷射入排气管中,计量单元直接影响氮氧化物的转化效率,是决定排放是否达标的重要装置。
电磁阀组件是尿素计量喷射单元中的必用部件,电磁阀组件在工作时容易发热损坏,需要对电磁阀组件进行冷却保护。传统采用在冷却水套外壳上开设交叉孔产生冷却通道的方案,开设交叉孔必须去毛刺,增加了接头的安装步骤,增加了成本,而且这种冷却结构冷却效果差,降低了喷嘴电磁阀部件的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种冷却效果好、便于生产、可以大大提高喷嘴电磁阀组件可靠性的喷嘴冷却套结构。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述喷嘴冷却套结构,它包括呈管状的冷却水套外壳,在冷却水套外壳的底端部外壁上一体连接有两个以上的安装座,在每个安装座上均开设有安装孔,在冷却水套外壳上开设有贯穿其顶端面与底端面的紧固孔,在冷却水套外壳的顶端前部开设有前端缺口,在冷却水套外壳的顶端后部开设有后端缺口,在冷却水套外壳的中段内嵌装有冷却水管,在冷却水管的两端固定有冷却水管接头。
所述冷却水管从中部向两端呈倾斜向上布置。所述冷却水管的中部一段露出冷却水套外壳。
在冷却水套外壳的底端部外壁上一体连接有三个呈均匀分布的安装座。
本发明避免了交叉孔的加工及去毛刺,减少了接头的安装,便于生产组织,降低了成本;而且由于可以形成环形通道,冷却效果好,大大提高了喷嘴电磁阀组件的可靠性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该喷嘴冷却套结构,它包括呈管状的冷却水套外壳1,在冷却水套外壳1的底端部外壁上一体连接有两个以上的安装座2,在每个安装座2上均开设有安装孔,在冷却水套外壳1上开设有贯穿其顶端面与底端面的紧固孔3,在冷却水套外壳1的顶端前部开设有前端缺口4,前端缺口4为插头缺口,在冷却水套外壳1的顶端后部开设有后端缺口5,后端缺口5为线缆缺口,在冷却水套外壳1的中段内嵌装有冷却水管6,在冷却水管6的两端固定有冷却水管接头7。
所述冷却水管6从中部向两端呈倾斜向上布置。所述冷却水管6的中部一段露出冷却水套外壳1。
在冷却水套外壳1的底端部外壁上一体连接有三个呈均匀分布的安装座2。
冷却水管6作为冷却水套外壳1的嵌件,压铸成型,形成冷却通道,发动机冷却水流经冷却水管6对安装在冷却水套外壳1内的电磁阀组件进行冷却。
冷却水管6从中部向两端呈倾斜向上布置,这样可以加长处于冷却水套外壳1内的冷却水管6的长度,使得冷却水管6不仅可以容纳更多的冷却水,而且可以增大冷却水管6与冷却水套外壳1的接触面,加强冷却水套外壳1的冷却效果,所以,大大提高了喷嘴电磁阀组件的可靠性。

1.一种喷嘴冷却套结构,其特征是:它包括呈管状的冷却水套外壳(1),在冷却水套外壳(1)的底端部外壁上一体连接有两个以上的安装座(2),在每个安装座(2)上均开设有安装孔,在冷却水套外壳(1)上开设有贯穿其顶端面与底端面的紧固孔(3),在冷却水套外壳(1)的顶端前部开设有前端缺口(4),在冷却水套外壳(1)的顶端后部开设有后端缺口(5),在冷却水套外壳(1)的中段内嵌装有冷却水管(6),在冷却水管(6)的两端固定有冷却水管接头(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴冷却套结构,其特征是:所述冷却水管(6)从中部向两端呈倾斜向上布置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的喷嘴冷却套结构,其特征是:所述冷却水管(6)的中部一段露出冷却水套外壳(1)。
4.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴冷却套结构,其特征是:在冷却水套外壳(1)的底端部外壁上一体连接有三个呈均匀分布的安装座(2)。
