技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置。更具体而言,本发明涉及一种切割装置,其适于用在用于切割兽皮、皮革、成片或成卷的材料等的机器中。
背景技术
众所周知,在用于数控切割平坦延伸、薄板状、天然或合成的材料(诸如兽皮、皮革、成片或成卷的材料等)的机械领域中,常用的切割工具安装于工具头中并且由刀片构成,刀片适于以高频竖直振荡并且在材料上沿着待切割的形状路径通过数控在基本上水平面中移动,待切割的形状路径限定或投影于材料上。
为了在待切割的材料上正确部署从而从切割一种形状转变成切割下一形状以及执行切割具有尖锐拐角边缘的路径(这种切割需要从材料提取刀片),必需使振荡刀片从待切割的材料竖直地出来,以便然后借助由数字控制器施加的经过移动轴线的快速移动而使其方便地移动。
为此目的,切割装置或切割头必须设有竖直移动的系统。
目的是为了能尽可能快地升高切割刀片,特别是当执行具有尖锐拐角边缘的切割路径时(诸如零件外形的锯齿部段),并且这是因为其能减少执行切割操作的时间。
目前,借助振荡心轴或者整个工具头的移动(其受到移动的组件的惯性限制),由于组件移动所沿的引导系统的特征,以及适于实现上文所提到的移动的致动器的动态特征,常规切割装置具有刀片的竖直升高速度。
已知使气动活塞返回到冲程极限位置的技术,这是基于插入于缸中的弹簧,在不存在到活塞的气动供应的情况下,弹簧推动活塞抵接。
因此,基于如此技术的上文提到的切割装置的一种解决方案涉及插入弹簧,一旦停止了使支承切割刀片的活塞的振荡的气动供应,弹簧将振荡活塞朝向上冲程极限位置推进。然而,如此配置具有多种缺陷,包括如此弹簧将在振荡活塞上产生恒定力,因此在振荡期间限制其功率并且不利于在冲程与振荡频率比率方面的动态特征。
而且,这种弹簧将需要耐受极端高操作频率的高能力,这难以实现并且获得成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置,其中,相对于已知技术,以缩短的时间竖直地发生刀片的穿入和提取。
在这个目的内,本发明的目标在于提供一种用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置,其中,切割刀片可以在极快的时间内停止在升高的刀片位置并且这并不涉及操作期间对致动切割刀片的活塞的振荡频率的限制。
本发明的另一目标在于提供一种用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置,其中切割刀片的快速升高的特征并不会在操作条件下不利地切影响割刀片的正常振荡。
本发明的另一目标在于提供一种用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置,其非常可靠,容易地并且实用地实施并且具有低成本。
由用于切割兽皮和类似物的机器用的切割装置实现这个目标和在下文中将变得显然的其它目的,该切割装置包括:振荡活塞,振荡活塞在其端部设有切割刀片,所述振荡活塞由入口和出口气动地致动;振荡腔室,其由振荡活塞的下冲程极限和上冲程极限限定,其特征在于包括通向所述振荡腔室的供应管,所述供应管由电磁阀调控以便升高所述振荡活塞并且随后升高所述切割刀片。

参考附图,总体上以附图标记1表示的根据本发明的切割装置包括活塞2,活塞2能以振荡方式移动并且其在一端支承切割刀片3。
活塞2通过气动致动而以振荡移动。
方便地,活塞2设有通道4和5,在活塞振荡时,通道4和5与入口6和出口7连接。
特别地,通道4与出口7连接,而通道5与入口6连接。
通过入口和出口的气动致动以振荡方式移动活塞2和因此,协调地,使连接到活塞2的刀片3移动。
在根据本发明的装置中,设置管8,管8连接到振荡腔室9的下区域,振荡腔室9具有两个壁,上壁10和下壁11,它们限定振荡活塞2的最大可能冲程。如此振荡腔室因此确定振荡活塞的下冲程极限和上冲程极限。
显然,振荡活塞2的冲程可以小于腔室9允许的最大可能冲程,就像以小于待切割材料厚度的值的振荡活塞2的冲程发生材料切割那样。

由适应性电磁阀来调控通过管8的升高的刀片命令的气动致动。
应当指出的是在活塞振荡期间,用来引入气动压力的管8并不干扰振荡活塞的平衡,仅通过推动振荡活塞而干预振荡气动供应的中断。
实际上已经发现,根据本发明的装置完全实现了设置的目标和目的,因为能很快并且很有效地升高连接到振荡活塞的切割刀片,而在利用切割刀片切割兽皮或类似物期间,在正常操作条件下,不使这种升高装置以任何方式干扰活塞的振荡。
以此方式设想到的装置易于做出许多修改和变化,所有这些修改和变化在附属权利要求内。此外,所有的细节可以被其它技术上等效的元件替代。
在实践中,使用的材料和可能发生的尺寸和形状可以是根据需要和本领域的情形的任意尺寸和形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于切割兽皮等的机器用的切割装置(1),包括振荡活塞(2),所述振荡活塞(2)在其端部设有切割刀片(3),所述振荡活塞(2)借助入口(6)和出口(7)气动地致动;振荡腔室(9),所述振荡腔室由所述振荡活塞(2)的下冲程极限和上冲程极限限定,其特征在于,包括通向所述振荡腔室(9)的供应管(8),所述供应管(8)由电磁阀调控以便升高所述振荡活塞(2)并且因此升高所述切割刀片(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述切割刀片(3)的升高的条件中,通向所述振荡腔室(9)的所述供应管(8)与所述振荡活塞(2)的所述出口(7)断开连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,通向所述振荡腔室(9)的所述供应管(8)适于允许气动供应,所述气动供应适于作用于所述振荡活塞(2)上以便升高它。
4.根据前述权利要求中一项或多项所述的装置,其特征在于,如果希望升高所述切割刀片(2),所述电磁阀适于在所述振荡气动供应中断之后进行致动。
5.一种用来切割兽皮和类似物的机器,其特征在于,包括根据前述权利要求中一项或多项所述的切割装置(1)。
