技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧减震支柱轴承,其具有盖罩和相对于盖罩能围绕转动轴线转动地支承的导向环,其中,在盖罩与导向环之间布置有推力轴承,其中,盖罩包括软组分部件和硬组分部件,并且其中,软组分部件还具有至少两个环绕的密封唇,为了密封推力轴承,环绕的密封唇滑磨地贴靠在导向环上。
背景技术
弹簧减震支柱轴承是在独立悬架的情况下的车轮悬架的一部分。车轮悬架支持所力争达到的行驶安全性和行驶舒适性,以及支持车轮的轻松且准确的转向。车轮悬架应当防止结构受到车道噪音而且是尽可能轻的。视实施方案而定,弹簧减震支柱轴承引导避震器弹簧并构成用于避震器端部止挡的支撑面。弹簧减震支柱轴承吸收经由避震器弹簧或避震器传递的径向和轴向力,并提供了在转向和弹回时低摩擦和无张紧地扭转避震器弹簧,如此无复位力矩地工作。

由DE 10 2006 057 559 A1公知了一种弹簧减震支柱轴承,其具有由软组分部件和硬组分部件构成的盖罩和能相对于盖罩转动的导向环。在盖罩与导向环之间布置有推力轴承。软组分部件被构造为密封元件,该密封元件从盖罩内圆周延伸至外圆周。软组分部件具有两个密封唇。这些密封唇滑磨地贴靠在导向环上。因为软组分部件布置在硬组分部件的指向拱座轴承(Domlager)的端面上,因此在硬组分部件与拱座轴承之间无法实现硬组分部件的型廓与拱座轴承型廓的协调一致,以借此能够实现弹簧减震支柱轴承最佳地贴靠到拱座轴承上。相反,拱座轴承的型廓侵入到软组分部件中并且在不利状况下甚至会造成损伤。
发明内容
因而本发明任务是进一步改进弹簧减震支柱轴承,以便实现弹簧减震支柱轴承最佳地贴靠到拱座轴承上,并且能够实现简单且廉价地制造弹簧减震支柱轴承,尤其是盖罩。
根据本发明的软组分部件构造在硬组分部件的、指向导向环的端面上,并且硬组分部件的、与该软组分部件反向定向的端面具有型廓。换而言之,软组分部件在硬组分部件与导向环之间延伸,由此,盖罩的贴靠在拱座轴承上的端面仅由硬组分部件形成。由此可以实现弹簧减震支柱轴承最佳地贴靠到拱座轴承上。此外,这也允许了简单且廉价地制造弹簧减震支柱轴承,尤其是盖罩。为此在第一制造步骤中,以注塑技术来制造硬组分部件,并且在接下来的第二制造步骤中,以注塑技术在硬组分部件的指向导向环的端面上制造软组分部件。贴靠在拱座轴承上的端面的型廓由此可以几乎任意地设计。
优选地,硬组分部件的端面的型廓与贴靠在该型廓上的拱座轴承的型廓互补地构成。这意味着,拱座轴承的端面上的型廓内的凸起部嵌入到硬组分部件的端面上的型廓内的凹陷部中。
此外,在硬组分部件的端面上的型廓优选具有用于螺栓元件的至少一个留空部。由此取消了用于容纳螺栓元件的复杂的拱座轴承设计。取而代之地,螺栓元件,尤其是螺帽被硬组分部件内的至少一个留空部容纳。
根据实施例,环绕的第一密封唇贴靠在导向环的外圆周面上,并且环绕的第二密封唇贴靠在导向环的内圆周面上。因而,软组分部件包围推力轴承,并经由两个密封唇滑磨地在导向环上密封。
优选地,环绕的第二密封唇呈钩状地构造,并且布置在导向环上的环绕的凹槽内。由此,盖罩可以钩到导向环上并轴向地通过该卡接固定。
特别优选地,除了环绕的第一密封唇之外,环绕的第三密封唇也贴靠在导向环的外圆周面上。在此,环绕的第三密封唇尤其被用于防止外部粗颗污物地进行密封,从而整体提高密封效果。

根据图1和2的图示示出了根据本发明的弹簧减震支柱轴承。其具有盖罩1以及由玻璃纤维增强的塑料制成的导向环2。导向环相对于盖罩1能围绕转动轴线D转动地支承。盖罩1布置在机动车底盘的(在此未示出的)拱座轴承上。在此以端面贴靠在拱座轴承上。导向环2容纳(在此未示出的)避震器弹簧的轴向端部。避震器弹簧的弹簧力经由导向环2传导到盖罩1中并从那里传导到拱座轴承中。
