Abstract

一种点火线圈,包括壳体和安装于所述的壳体上的连接器,所述的连接器上设置有线路板,所述的壳体内设置有线圈组合体,所述的线圈组合体包括铁芯、初级骨架、初级线圈、次级骨架、次级线圈,所述的初级骨架朝向所述的连接器形成有多个压块,每个所述的压块上安装有弹簧扣,所述的线路板上对应设置有插槽,所述的初级线圈的输入端绕过弹簧扣并且在所述的线圈组合体安装于壳体的过程中压入所述的插槽内,所述的弹簧扣的顶端被弹性压缩并在穿出所述的插槽后复位以使初级线圈的输入端卡紧于所述的插槽内。由于采用了上述技术方案,本产品点火线圈连接可靠,保证了产品的电气性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种点火线圈。
背景技术
在汽车发动机点火系统中,点火线圈是一种为点燃发动机气缸内的空气和燃油混合物提供点火能量的执行部件。它是一种基于电磁感应原理的特殊脉冲升压器,它将8-16V的低电压按设定频率通断使之次级产生20-40KV的电压通过火花塞产生电火花。在点火线圈的产品内部电气的部件连接方式复杂,影响产品的工作性能。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安装简单、连接可靠的点火线圈。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种点火线圈,包括壳体和安装于所述的壳体上的连接器,所述的连接器上设置有线路板,所述的壳体内设置有线圈组合体,所述的线圈组合体包括铁芯、初级骨架、初级线圈、次级骨架、次级线圈,所述的初级骨架朝向所述的连接器形成有多个压块,每个所述的压块上安装有弹簧扣,所述的线路板上对应设置有插槽,所述的初级线圈的输入端绕过弹簧扣并且在所述的线圈组合体安装于壳体的过程中压入所述的插槽内,所述的弹簧扣的顶端被弹性压缩并在穿出所述的插槽后复位以使初级线圈的输入端卡紧于所述的插槽内。
作为本方面进一步的改进,所述的壳体上设置有凹槽,所述的连接器的端部设置有凸舌,所述的连接器的凸舌设置在壳体的凹槽内。
作为本方面进一步的改进,所述的插槽具有平坦的紧贴于压紧在所述的插槽内的初级线圈输入端的凸缘。
作为本方面进一步的改进,所述的弹簧扣呈“n”形且可拆卸地安装于所述的压块上。
作为本方面进一步的改进,所述的弹簧扣的底端夹紧于所述的压块的两侧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本产品点火线圈连接可靠,保证了产品的电气性能。

参见附图1所示,一种点火线圈,包括壳体1和安装于壳体1上的连接器2,壳体1上设置有凹槽,连接器2的端部设置有凸舌,连接器2的凸舌设置在壳体1的凹槽内。连接器2上设置有线路板3,壳体1内设置有线圈组合体4,线圈组合体4包括铁芯、初级骨架、初级线圈、次级骨架、次级线圈。
参见附图2所示,初级骨架朝向连接器2形成有多个压块5,每个压块5上安装有弹簧扣6,线路板3上对应设置有插槽7,初级线圈的输入端8绕过弹簧扣6并且在线圈组合体4安装于壳体1的过程中压入插槽7内,弹簧扣6的顶端被弹性压缩并在穿出插槽7后复位以使初级线圈的输入端8卡紧于插槽7内。
参见附图3和附图4所示,插槽7具有平坦的紧贴于压紧在插槽7内的初级线圈输入端8的凸缘9,弹簧扣6呈“n”形且可拆卸地安装于压块5上,弹簧扣6的底端夹紧于压块5的两侧。

1.一种点火线圈,其特征在于:包括壳体和安装于所述的壳体上的连接器,所述的连接器上设置有线路板,所述的壳体内设置有线圈组合体,所述的线圈组合体包括铁芯、初级骨架、初级线圈、次级骨架、次级线圈,所述的初级骨架朝向所述的连接器形成有多个压块,每个所述的压块上安装有弹簧扣,所述的线路板上对应设置有插槽,所述的初级线圈的输入端绕过弹簧扣并且在所述的线圈组合体安装于壳体的过程中压入所述的插槽内,所述的弹簧扣的顶端被弹性压缩并在穿出所述的插槽后复位以使初级线圈的输入端卡紧于所述的插槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的壳体上设置有凹槽,所述的连接器的端部设置有凸舌,所述的连接器的凸舌设置在壳体的凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的插槽具有平坦的紧贴于压紧在所述的插槽内的初级线圈输入端的凸缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的弹簧扣呈“n”形且可拆卸地安装于所述的压块上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的点火线圈,其特征在于:所述的弹簧扣的底端夹紧于所述的压块的两侧。
