本发明公开了一种筒灯,包括后盖、前环、透光板、光源板、电源器件,所述后盖是底面开口的壳体结构,所述前环的中部设有通孔,所述透光板设置在所述前环的通孔当中,所述前环盖住所述后盖的开口形成装配室,所述光源板和电源器件设置在所述装配室内并电连接,包括位于装配室内的支撑件,所述支撑件与所述前环连接,所述支撑件与所述后盖的侧壁和上顶面隔空,所述光源板安装在支撑件上,所述光源板靠近所述前环设置并且不与所述后盖接触,所述光源板的热量可通过支撑件传递给前环并由前环向大气散发。支撑件、光源板不与后盖的侧壁和上顶面接触,热量通过支撑件和前环散发到大气当中,最大程度防止热量传递到后盖上,防止后盖温度过高。

一种筒灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种筒灯,特别是涉及一种天花筒灯。
背景技术
为了提高筒灯的工作性能和延长筒灯的工作寿命,通常需要对筒灯设计散热结构,传统的散热方法是将光源板安装在壳体底面,尽量利用筒灯的壳体(也就是后盖)来对光源板的热量进行散发,后来,有人在筒灯的壳体(也就是后盖)上加开气流通孔从而加速筒灯内部热气的扩散,可进一步提高筒灯的散热速度。
但是,现在有些地方、国家有规定楼板内要填充防火棉,并要求筒灯壳体(也就是后盖)的表面温度不得超过80度。实际安装使用时,楼板内的防火棉包住筒灯壳体会极大地减小筒灯后部的热对流,筒灯壳体外表面温度居高不下,也无法满足相关规定,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种筒灯,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种筒灯,包括后盖、前环、透光板、光源板、电源器件,所述后盖是底面开口的壳体结构,所述前环的中部设有通孔,所述透光板设置在所述前环的通孔当中,所述前环盖住所述后盖的开口形成装配室,所述光源板和电源器件设置在所述装配室内并电连接,包括位于装配室内的支撑件,所述支撑件与所述前环连接,所述支撑件与所述后盖的侧壁和上顶面隔空,所述光源板安装在支撑件上,所述光源板靠近所述前环设置并且不与所述后盖接触,所述光源板的热量可通过支撑件传递给前环并由前环向大气散发。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
光源板靠近前环设置,支撑件和光源板不与后盖的侧壁和上顶面接触,光源板的热量通过支撑件和前环散发到大气当中,最大程度防止光源板的热量传递到后盖上,有效地控制后盖的温度,防止后盖温度过高,提高在防火棉环境下使用的安全性。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图4,本发明的一种筒灯,包括后盖10、前环20、透光板30、光源板40、电源器件50。所述后盖10是底面开口的壳体结构,包括侧壁12和上顶面14。所述前环20的中部设有通孔22,所述透光板30设置在所述前环的通孔22当中。所述前环20盖住所述后盖10的开口形成装配室60。所述光源板40和电源器件50设置在所述装配室60内并电连接。筒灯还包括位于装配室60内的支撑件70,所述支撑件70与所述前环20连接,所述支撑件70与所述后盖的侧壁12和上顶面14隔空。所述光源板40安装在支撑件70上,所述光源板40靠近所述前环20设置并且不与所述后盖10接触,所述光源板40的热量可通过支撑件70传递给前环20并由前环20向大气散发。
由于光源板40靠近透光板30设置,光源板40不与后盖10接触,支撑件70也不与后盖10的侧壁12和上顶面14接触,即支撑件70、光源板40与后盖10的侧壁12和上顶面14隔空,并且光源板40远离后盖10的上顶面14,光源板40、支撑件70的热量通过前环20和透光板30向大气散发,因此可以最大程度地防止光源板40、支撑件70的热量传递给后盖10的侧壁12和上顶面14,从而减小后盖10的侧壁12和上顶面14的温度。
优选地,所述前环20设有伸入到所述后盖10开口内的定位环24,所述定位环24围成所述通孔22,所述定位环24的上端面设有插槽26。所述支撑件70包括底板72及连接在底板边缘的围边74。所述光源板40连接在所述底板72的下表面,所述围边74插入到所述插槽26当中。光源板40的热量通过支撑件70传递到定位环24,插槽26的内外圆周面能够有效地进行散热,因此,插槽23与围边74的接触面积越大越好。
优选地,所述支撑件70的材料是铝合金。这样,支撑件70热传导性非常好,其本身就是一个散热元件。
优选地,所述透光板30内缩设置在所述通孔22当中,所述透光板30与所述定位环24的内表面卡接在一起。所述透光板30与所述前环20的下表面之间存在间距H。间距H越大,散热越快。
优选地,所述电源器件50连接在所述底板72的上方。所述电源器件50不与所述后盖10接触。筒灯还包括设置在所述装配室内并连接在支撑件70和电源器件50之间的电源隔板80。电源器件50不与所述后盖10接触,即电源器件50同样与后盖侧壁和上顶面隔空,同样可以防止电源器件50的热量直接传递给后盖10。
优选地,筒灯还包括设置在所述装配室内的隔热挡件90,所述隔热挡件90位于所述电源器件50和后盖10的上顶面之间。所述隔热挡件90包括挡片91和连接在挡片边缘的侧边92。由于热气流是朝上运动,隔热挡件90隔空所述电源器件50和后盖10的上顶面14,有效降低后盖10的上顶面14的温度。隔热挡件90的挡片91与后盖10的上顶面14的距离越大隔热效果越好。
本发明的筒灯安装好之后,防火棉包住所述后盖10的外表面并且所述光源板40处于工作状态时,所述后盖10外表面的温度低于80度。

Claims (7)

1.一种筒灯,包括后盖、前环、透光板、光源板、电源器件,所述后盖是底面开口的壳体结构,所述前环的中部设有通孔,所述透光板设置在所述前环的通孔当中,所述前环盖住所述后盖的开口形成装配室,所述光源板和电源器件设置在所述装配室内并电连接,其特征在于:还包括位于装配室内的支撑件,所述支撑件与所述前环连接,所述支撑件与所述后盖的侧壁和上顶面隔空,所述光源板安装在支撑件上,所述光源板靠近所述前环设置并且不与所述后盖接触,所述前环设有伸入到所述开口内的定位环,所述定位环围成所述通孔,所述定位环的上端面设有插槽;所述支撑件包括底板及连接在底板边缘的围边;所述光源板连接在所述底板的下表面,所述围边插入到所述插槽当中;所述光源板的热量可通过支撑件传递给前环并由前环向大气散发;所述电源器件不与所述后盖接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述支撑件的材料是铝合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述透光板内缩设置在所述通孔当中,所述透光板与所述前环的下表面之间存在间距。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述透光板与所述定位环的内表面卡接在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述装配室内并连接在支撑件和电源器件之间的电源隔板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述装配室内的隔热挡件,所述隔热挡件位于所述电源器件和后盖的上顶面之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:防火棉包住所述后盖的外表面并且所述光源板处于工作状态时,所述后盖外表面的温度低于80度。
