一种可调面积与形状的无梁轻型集装箱屋所要解决的技术问题是:应用TRIZ理论的物质—场分析方法,对现有轻型集装箱屋柱、梁、板结构进行受力分析,揭示裁剪梁的可行性及其实施的技术途径,在确保安全舒适的前提下,实现机动调控形状(正方形、长方形、五边形、六边形、圆形等),使用面积≥9.6㎡多种规格尺寸屋能自装自卸、朝拆晚装等技术效果,为集装箱屋的发展提供一种新的选择。

Description

一种可调面积与形状的无梁轻型集装箱屋
技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱屋技术领域,具体涉及一种可调面积与形状的无梁轻型集装箱屋。
背景技术
本专利是在发明人开发的“一种泡沫铝制作的轻型集装箱屋”(专利号201610459503.4)基础上的延伸与发展,其构思是:
第一、开发的“一种泡沫铝材制作的轻型集装箱屋”是在现有钢结构集装箱屋基础上的创新,在确保安全与舒适的前提下,自重减轻一倍以上;通过与现有集装箱柜与彩钢夹心板集装箱屋的对比分析,发现集装箱柜是一种运送货物的动态体,受频繁振动颠簸的影响,为确保货物无损,必须将立柱、横梁、面板牢固拼接为长方体,而集装箱屋沿袭集装箱柜的制作理念,也是柱、梁、板组合的长方体,特别是多层结构的集装箱屋,为能承压需要柱、梁、面板的牢固组合;但是通过制作泡沫铝屋的启示,在屋顶面板自重很轻,且是单层结构的简易屋时,能否裁剪梁组合为柱与板结构,承受房屋的静、动态载荷呢?若无梁,不仅减少构件、减轻自重、装卸快捷,而且增加了房屋结构组合的机动性,现有集装箱屋的空间组合受梁、柱、板的相互制约,结构形式单一,而无梁屋则仅受柱与板的制约,结构形式可以多样化,能满足使用者的不同爱好与需求;
第二、轻型集装箱屋已经发展为一大类型,但适宜旅游地、探险用的晚装早卸/自装自卸的一夜轻型活动屋尚不多见,而柱板组合的房屋则能轻易做到晚装早卸/自装自卸;例如在旅游胜地观日出日落,不少人露宿山顶,或者早早从住地出发,辛苦疲劳,若在观日出处建有晚装早卸的满足人体舒适度要求的活动屋,则必将给旅游地开辟一个新财源;
第三、泡沫铝及其复合板集轻质、比强度高、隔热吸音、不燃无毒、防水防潮等多功能于一体,而且耐磨性好,不易变形,经得起反复装、拆,特别适宜用于制作旅游旺季、探险用的临时又舒适的活动屋。从人体舒适度看,与无梁铁皮屋相比,虽然都属轻型,但铁皮屋隔热吸音性能差,不防雷电,而泡沫铝屋能防雷电、舒适度好;与帐篷相比,帐篷很轻、装卸快捷,但安全性与舒适性差;与彩钢夹心板屋相比,虽然隔热吸音效果与泡沫铝媲美,但面板壁厚、强度低,必须用梁支撑。因此,从舒适度看,泡沫铝无梁屋是一夜屋的不二选择;
第四、发明人开发的“一种用泡沫铝制作的轻型集装箱屋”,已将同容量的钢结构件集装箱屋自重降低一倍以下,只相当于现有集装箱屋自重的30-40%,若将梁裁剪,则能将房屋的自重降低到现有钢结构件屋的1/5,单件自重10㎏左右,为安全舒适的集装箱屋开发提供了一种新的尝试。
集装箱屋受结构、自重、环境的影响,其受力状况相当复杂,必须针对不同用途的房屋结构,按照不同的建筑规范进行具体设计。本专利不是泛指常规的集装箱屋,而是指在特定条件下,如使用面积较小的单层轻型集装箱屋/无需专业人员就能自装自卸屋/朝拆晚装的一夜使用屋/顶部面板较轻的屋/机动调控形状与面积的屋等,这些功能都可能通过裁剪梁后的柱、板组合结构,来实现上述部分或全部功能效果。
发明内容
本专利所要解决的技术问题是应用TRIZ理论的物质—场分析方法,对现有轻型集装箱屋柱、梁、板结构进行受力分析,揭示裁剪梁的可行性及其实现的技术途径,在确保安全舒适的前提下,实现机动调控形状(正方形、长方形、五角形、六角形、圆形等),使用面积≥9.6㎡多规格尺寸屋能自装自卸、朝拆晚装的技术效果,为集装箱屋的发展提供一种新的选择。
应用TRIZ理论中的物质—场分析方法,将泡沫铝集装箱屋裁剪梁的物—场模型示于图1,图1中S1、S2-1、S2-2、S3-1、S3-2分别代表柱、梁(长、短横梁)、板(长、短侧面板),F代表载荷力(包括动载荷与静载荷),并将其分解为两个物一个场的四个物—场基本模型,从中分析梁的功能作用,实现梁柱板屋结构向柱板结构屋的转化。
梁在板柱梁结构屋中的主要功能有三:一是承载顶部面板的载荷,并将其传递给立柱,二是支撑侧面板与顶、底部面板,三是支撑柱构成对地面的安全稳定结构体;在一般情况下,如多层楼板承重、风暴地震频繁区域、长久居住的固定屋等,梁的作用是充分而必要的,但对超轻型小型屋、朝拆晚装的顶部面板很轻的单层屋、采用能承载顶部面板载荷的侧面板、选择稳定性能优异的立柱等时,梁的功能虽有用,但过度,将其裁剪,由侧面板分担梁的功能作用,实现集装箱屋结构的优化。
以发明人开发的20尺泡沫铝轻型集装箱屋为例,裁剪梁后,表现出以下技术效果:
一是集装箱屋自重大幅降低,与20尺泡沫铝轻型集装箱屋相比,直接裁剪189-197㎏的梁重,屋自重由739-811㎏,降低到550-614㎏,降幅可达25.6%;若按无梁集装箱屋结构特点设计,使用面积16㎡(20尺屋面积14.4㎡)的无梁集装箱屋自重只有443㎏,降幅>40%,相当于钢结构件集装箱屋自重的20%±;
二是解除了梁对立柱的约束,通过立柱形态调整,为屋结构形状与面积改变提供了多种选择;
三是将集装箱屋简化为相对独立的三个组件,即立柱与侧面板组合的围护、顶部面板、底部面板,顶、底部面板,既可与围护拼装为一体,也可将顶板压放在围护上,或将围护安放在底板上,因地制宜地提供了选择拼装方式与顶、底板用材的机动性;
四是经测算,裁剪梁后各构件的承载能力与泡沫铝集装箱屋相近,仍然高于钢结构件屋与彩钢夹心板集装箱屋的设计指标,可以安全舒适的使用。
为解决上述技术问题及其获得的技术效果,实施的技术方案是:一种可调形状与面积的无梁轻型集装箱屋其特征在于:包括无梁集装箱屋本体,由立柱S1与侧面板S3、顶部面板S4、底部面板S5及其加固件拼接为使用面积9.6㎡/10.2㎡/11.5㎡ /12.6㎡/12.8㎡/15.4㎡/16㎡/18.1㎡/20.2㎡/24㎡的正方形/长方形/五边形/六边形/圆形无梁轻型集装箱屋;
所述立柱S1其特征在于用2400㎜*200㎜*50㎜、密度0.5g/cm2的0.5㎜铝合金板/0.2㎜不锈钢板双面复合的泡沫铝铝合金板,冲压/轧压制成90°三角形立柱S1-1/120°三角形立柱S1-2/圆弧形立柱S1-3/丁字形立柱S1-4;经测算,单根立柱重:铝合金复合的13.3㎏/不锈钢复合的13.5㎏;正方形屋/长方形屋用4根90°三角形立柱S1-1,连接长侧面板时,加2根丁字形立柱S1-4,五边形屋用5根、六边形屋用6根120°三角形立柱S1-2,圆形屋用5根/6根圆弧形立柱S1-3;立柱与侧面板拼接为承重的围护;单根立柱承载800㎏±,承重面积比方形立柱面积大两倍,稳定性增强。
所述侧面板S3其特征在于用市售的2400㎜*800㎜*15㎜、密度0.25g/cm2的单一泡沫铝合金的/0.5㎜铝合金板单面复合的/0.2㎜不锈钢板单面复合的平面板/弧形面板作为制作侧面板的单面板,板面积:1.92㎡,板重:单一泡沫铝合金板7.2㎏/单面0.5㎜铝合金复合板9.8㎏/单面0.2㎜不锈钢复合板10.2㎏,侧面板所需单面板数,按集装箱屋的形状与使用面积测算确定,再用榫卯插入方式,将不同数量的单面板与立柱拼接为正方形围护/长方形围护/五边形围护/六边形围护/圆弧形围护;测算侧面板所需单面板使用数量与自重示于表 1:

从表1可知,在无梁轻型集装箱屋中,侧面板既是围护结构的组成部分,又是承重结构的组成部分,与现有20尺、40尺集装箱屋相比,因围护形状的改变,在相同围护面积下,侧面板使用相同市售面板的数量减少,如现有20尺屋柱梁板围护面积为14.6㎡,使用相同市售面板23块,而15.4㎡无梁五边形屋用20块,16㎡的正方形屋用20块,18.1㎡的无梁圆形屋用19块,具有围护面积增大,而面板使用数量减少的技术效果;泡沫铝合金复合板是冶金结合的刚性体,具有较高的承载能力,其截面抗压强度在10MPa以上,承受载荷100㎏ /cm2以上,完全能满足承重屋顶载荷的要求,本专利开发的≤16㎡屋的泡沫铝顶部面板重≤100㎏,因此用侧面板替代梁承载顶部载荷是可行的;在立柱与侧面板之间,任选一面用于制作门窗;立柱间跨度大于3个市售面板时,用龙骨架加固;
所述顶部面板S4其特征在于顶部面板上部不承重,自重轻,与立柱、侧面板相对独立的制作与安装,因地制宜地选用泡沫铝铝合金板/泡沫铝合金复合板/铝蜂窝复合板/纸蜂窝复合板/聚氨脂波纹单层屋面瓦板中的一种制作,面板长度与宽度依形状与面积而定制,再用易装拆的榫卯方式与立柱、侧面板上部拼接为一体,或制作为大于围护面积10%±的顶部面板,再用磁吸/粘贴/铆接/套装方式,盖放在立柱与侧面板组合的围护上,使用面积<20㎡的泡沫铝复合板制作的顶部面板自重<100㎏;不同顶板面板的面积与自重测算结果示于表 2:

从表2看出,使用泡沫铝制作的顶部面板最轻,能将使用面积≤20㎡的顶部面板自重控制在100㎏以下;选用现有规格型号的纸蜂窝板与聚氨脂板,虽然自重增加,但降低自重的潜力也大,因为屋面上不承重,只要将其厚度从50㎜以上降到25㎜,在确保隔热隔音的条件下,自重与泡沫铝复合板相近,其价格与市场优势,给顶板用材提供了一种新的选择。
所述底部面板S5其特征在于底部面板与顶部面板一样,相对独立于立柱与侧面板组合的围护,给底部面板制作带来更大机动性,除采用榫卯方式与柱、侧面板拼装一体外,还可因地制宜地选用水泥地面/木板面/草坪面/离地平台作为底部面板的替代物,将立柱、侧面板、顶部面板组合体坐落其上,搭配为快速装拆的集装箱屋,如图5所示的与立柱、侧面板搭接为一体的底部面板S5-1/替代底部面板的木质平台S5-2/替代底部面板的草坪面S5-3,搭配的替代物需采用常规方法,处理为适宜人临时居住的地板。

1.一种可调形状与面积的无梁轻型集装箱屋,其特征在于:包括无梁集装箱屋本体,由立柱(S1)、侧面板(S3)、顶部面板(S4)、底部面板(S5)及其加固件拼接为使用面积9.6㎡/10.2㎡/11.5㎡/12.6㎡/12.8㎡/15.4㎡/16㎡/18.1㎡/20.2㎡/24㎡的正方形/长方形/五边形/六边形/圆形无梁轻型集装箱屋;
其中所述立柱(S1),用2400㎜*200㎜*50㎜、密度0.5g/cm2的0.5㎜铝合金板/0.2㎜不锈钢板双面复合的泡沫铝铝合金板,冲压/轧压制成90°三角形立柱(S1-1)/120°三角形立柱(S1-2)/圆弧形立柱(S1-3)/丁字形立柱(S1-4);单根立柱重:铝合金复合的13.3㎏/不锈钢复合的13.5㎏;正方形屋/长方形屋用4根90°三角形立柱(S1-1),连接长侧面板时,加2根丁字形立柱(S1-4),五边形屋用5根与六边形屋用6根120°三角形立柱(S1-2),圆形屋用5根/6根圆弧形立柱(S1-3);立柱与侧面板拼接为承重的围护;单根立柱承载800㎏±,承重面积比方形立柱面积大两倍,增强稳定性;
其中用市售的2400㎜*800㎜*15㎜、密度0.25g/cm2的单一泡沫铝合金的/0.5㎜铝合金板单面复合的/0.2㎜不锈钢板单面复合的平面板/弧形面板作为制作侧面板的单面板,板面积:1.92㎡,板重:单一泡沫铝合金板7.2㎏/单面0.5㎜铝合金复合板9.8㎏/单面0.2㎜不锈钢复合板10.2㎏,侧面板所需单面板数,按集装箱屋的形状与使用面积测算确定,再用榫卯插入方式,将不同数量的单面板与立柱拼接为正方形围护/长方形围护/五边形围护/六边形围护/圆弧形围护;围护截面承受载荷100㎏/cm2以上,满足承重屋顶载荷的要求;
其中所述顶部面板(S4),选用泡沫铝合金板/泡沫铝合金复合板/铝蜂窝复合板/纸蜂窝复合板/聚氨脂波纹单层屋面瓦板中的一种制作,面板长度与宽度依形状与面积而定制,再用榫卯方式与立柱、侧面板拼接为一体,或制作为大于围护面积10%±的顶部面板,再用磁吸/粘贴/铆接/套装方式,盖放在立柱与侧面板组合的围护上,使用面积≤20㎡的泡沫铝复合板制作的顶部面板自重<100㎏;
其中所述底部面板(S5),用密度0.5g/cm2、厚度15㎜的单层泡沫铝合金复合板制作为与围护形状、面积一致的底部面板,再用榫卯方式与柱、侧面板拼装为一体,或选用水泥地面/木板面/草坪面/离地平台作为底部面板的替代物,将立柱、侧面板、顶部面板组合体坐落其上;与立柱、侧面板搭接为一体的底部面板(S5-1)/替代底部面板的木质平台(S5-2)/替代底部面板的地平面(S5-3)。
