Abstract

本发明提供一种衣物防霉剂，所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成：钛酸四丁酯1‑2份、甘油5‑8份、丙烯酸1‑2份、硫酸钠1‑2份、醋酸乙烯酯1‑2份、硼酸0.2‑0.3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8‑10份、乙醇30‑35份。本发明的衣物防霉剂能够对棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等纺织品有效防霉。

一种衣物防霉剂
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域，具体涉及一种衣物防霉剂。
背景技术
纺织品品种繁多，多数易发生霉变，如棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等。因而纺织产品和原料的贮存也成为这些企业的难题。为了防止纺织产品的霉变，许多工厂不得不加强从原料到产品加工整个过程的卫生管理。但是在很多情况下，控制微生物的初始污染量或者设置种种不利于微生物生长的环境条件通常是不可能做到的，还需要使用防霉剂以控制微生物对生产环境、材料、产品的污染和损害。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种衣物防霉剂，能够对所有材质的纺织品有效防霉。
本发明提供一种衣物防霉剂，所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成：钛酸四丁酯1-2份、甘油5-8份、丙烯酸1-2份、硫酸钠1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯1-2份、硼酸0.2-0.3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8-10份、乙醇30-35份。
作为优选，所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成：钛酸四丁酯1.5份、甘油6份、丙烯酸1.5份、硫酸钠1.5份、醋酸乙烯酯1.5份、硼酸0.25份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯9份、乙醇32份。
本发明还提供一种上述防霉剂的制备方法，是将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸、乙醇加热至50-60℃，搅拌1-2小时，再依次加入配方量的甘油、硫酸钠、醋酸乙烯酯、硼酸，搅拌0.5-1小时后，降温至30-35℃，加入配方量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯搅拌均匀，冷却至室温后得到的。
经试验，本发明的衣物防霉剂能够对棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等纺织品有效防霉。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明，但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法，如无特殊说明，均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料，如无特殊说明，均为市售。
实施例1
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为：
钛酸四丁酯1.5g、甘油6g、丙烯酸1.5g、硫酸钠1.5g、醋酸乙烯酯1.5g、硼酸0.25g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯9g、乙醇32g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为：
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸、乙醇加热至55℃，搅拌1.5小时，再依次加入配方量的甘油、硫酸钠、醋酸乙烯酯、硼酸，搅拌0.5小时后，降温至32℃，加入配方量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯搅拌均匀，冷却至室温后得到的。
实施例2
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为：
钛酸四丁酯2g、甘油5g、丙烯酸1g、硫酸钠1g、醋酸乙烯酯1g、硼酸0.3g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8g、乙醇35g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为：
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸、乙醇加热至50℃，搅拌2小时，再依次加入配方量的甘油、硫酸钠、醋酸乙烯酯、硼酸，搅拌1小时后，降温至35℃，加入配方量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯搅拌均匀，冷却至室温后得到的。
实施例3
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为：
钛酸四丁酯1g、甘油8g、丙烯酸2g、硫酸钠2g、醋酸乙烯酯2g、硼酸0.2g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10g、乙醇30g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为：
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸、乙醇加热至60℃，搅拌1小时，再依次加入配方量的甘油、硫酸钠、醋酸乙烯酯、硼酸，搅拌0.5小时后，降温至30℃，加入配方量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯搅拌均匀，冷却至室温后得到的。

1.一种衣物防霉剂，其特征在于：所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成：钛酸四丁酯1-2份、甘油5-8份、丙烯酸1-2份、硫酸钠1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯1-2份、硼酸0.2-0.3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8-10份、乙醇30-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物防霉剂，其特征在于：所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成：钛酸四丁酯1.5份、甘油6份、丙烯酸1.5份、硫酸钠1.5份、醋酸乙烯酯1.5份、硼酸0.25份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯9份、乙醇32份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的防霉剂的制备方法，其特征在于：是将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸、乙醇加热至50-60℃，搅拌1-2小时，再依次加入配方量的甘油、硫酸钠、醋酸乙烯酯、硼酸，搅拌0.5-1小时后，降温至30-35℃，加入配方量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯搅拌均匀，冷却至室温后得到的。
