本发明一种火焰加热烫光辊,轴头分别设置在烫光辊辊壳的两端,导热油内胆穿过烫光辊辊壳以及其两端的轴头并与烫光辊辊壳和轴头转动配合,导热油内胆两端面上的轴端与轴头孔之间设置有铜套,烫光辊辊壳侧壁上设置有与烫光辊辊壳和导热油内胆之间间隙连通的加油孔,带夹层的内胆辊壳两端通过法兰固定内胆端轴,两内胆端轴之间设有燃烧炉头,燃烧炉头上设置有燃烧器;两内胆端轴的中心线上都设有通孔,进气端的内胆端轴内设置有天然气进气管道;燃烧炉头的一端与天然气进气管道的一端相连接,另一端设有挡火法兰;本发明采用燃气加热熔盐的方式将温度传导至烫光辊,达到设定温度,实现对织物的烫光,节省了大功率用电,具有良好的环保效果。

火焰加热烫光辊
技术领域
本发明属于纺织后整理机械烫光机领域,特别是一种火焰加热烫光辊。
背景技术
烫光辊是毛绒类织物烫光机的一个核心部件,其作用是将毛绒类织物的毛面纤维烫直并使之富有弹性和光泽。传统的烫光辊的加热方式为电加热,通过辊体内部电热管加热使辊体达到工作温度。目前采用电加热的烫光辊使用24根电热管,用电功率约56KW,能耗高,生产成本大,直接影响生产企业的经济效益。针对电加热烫光辊能耗高的问题,开发出了油烫辊,有效地降低了能耗;而大部分的中小企业,受环保政策等因素的制约,没有油锅炉供热系统,无法采用油加热烫光辊烫光机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种运转稳定可靠、辊体表面温度恒定、可调的火焰加热烫光辊。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种火焰加热烫光辊,包括轴头、烫光辊辊壳、火焰加热内胆和铜套;轴头分别设置在烫光辊辊壳的两端,导热油内胆穿过烫光辊辊壳以及其两端的轴头并与烫光辊辊壳和轴头转动配合,导热油内胆两端面上的轴端与轴头孔之间设置有铜套,烫光辊辊壳侧壁上设置有与烫光辊辊壳和导热油内胆之间间隙连通的加油孔,所述火焰加热内胆包括内胆端轴、内胆法兰、燃烧炉头、带夹层的内胆辊壳、挡火法兰、天然气进气管,带夹层的内胆辊壳两端通过法兰固定内胆端轴,两内胆端轴之间设有燃烧炉头,燃烧炉头上设置有燃烧器;两内胆端轴的中心线上都设有通孔,进气端的内胆端轴内设置有天然气进气管道;燃烧炉头的一端与天然气进气管道的一端相连接,另一端设有挡火法兰。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点:
(1)本发明火焰加热烫光辊采用燃气加热熔盐的方式将温度传导至烫光辊,达到设定温度,实现对织物的烫光,节省了大功率用电;
(2)本发明火焰加热烫光辊采用火焰加热熔盐烫光辊,无需增加油锅炉,就可以达到降低能耗的目的,具有良好的环保效果。

具体实施方式
结合图1和图2:
本发明一种火焰加热烫光辊,包括轴头1、烫光辊辊壳2、火焰加热内胆3和铜套4;轴头1分别设置在烫光辊辊壳2的两端,导热油内胆3穿过烫光辊辊壳2以及其两端的轴头1并与烫光辊辊壳2和轴头1转动配合,导热油内胆3两端面上的轴端与轴头1孔之间设置有铜套4,烫光辊辊壳2侧壁上设置有与烫光辊辊壳2和导热油内胆3之间间隙连通的加油孔5,其特征在于:所述火焰加热内胆3包括内胆端轴6、内胆法兰7、燃烧炉头8、带夹层的内胆辊壳9、挡火法兰10、天然气进气管11,带夹层的内胆辊壳9两端通过法兰7固定内胆端轴6,两内胆端轴6之间设有燃烧炉头8,燃烧炉头8上设置有燃烧器12;两内胆端轴6的中心线上都设有通孔,进气端的内胆端轴6内设置有天然气进气管道11;燃烧炉头8的一端与天然气进气管道11的一端相连接,另一端设有挡火法兰10。
内胆端轴6、燃烧炉头8、带夹层的内胆辊壳9和天然气进气管11的中心线位于同一直线。
带夹层的内胆辊壳9内灌装有熔盐。
烫光辊辊壳2的两端头分别与轴头1的凸台通过螺栓固定连接构成烫光辊主体。
燃烧炉头8的一端与天然气进气管道11的一端通过螺纹相连接,燃烧炉头8的另一端通过螺栓与挡火法兰10固定连接。
工作原理:
利用轴承、轴承座装置将火焰加热烫光辊安装在烫光机的机架上,将天然气进气管11连接在供气系统的管道上,在烫光辊高速运转时,火焰加热内胆3保持静止;工作前,将熔盐液化通过加油孔5注入烫光辊辊壳2与火焰加热内胆3之间,作为导热介质;工作时,利用燃烧器点燃送入火焰加热内胆3中的天然气,加热带夹层的内胆辊壳9中的熔盐使之液化,保持带夹层的内胆辊壳9表面温度的相对均衡,并加热烫光辊辊壳2与火焰加热内胆3之间的熔盐使之液化,利用烫光辊的高速运转使液体化的熔盐均匀地附着在烫光辊的内壁,把温度均衡地传导至烫光辊表面。在使用过程中,为保证燃烧的效率,在进气端输入空气,在出气端利用排气系统,将燃烧后产生的二氧化碳排出。利用温度控制系统设定工艺温度并使烫光辊表面温度保持相对均衡,实现对织物的烫光。

1.一种火焰加热烫光辊,包括轴头(1)、烫光辊辊壳(2)、火焰加热内胆(3)和铜套(4);轴头(1)分别设置在烫光辊辊壳(2)的两端,导热油内胆(3)穿过烫光辊辊壳(2)以及其两端的轴头(1)并与烫光辊辊壳(2)和轴头(1)转动配合,导热油内胆(3)两端面上的轴端与轴头(1)孔之间设置有铜套(4),烫光辊辊壳(2)侧壁上设置有与烫光辊辊壳(2)和导热油内胆(3)之间间隙连通的加油孔(5),其特征在于:所述火焰加热内胆(3)包括内胆端轴(6)、内胆法兰(7)、燃烧炉头(8)、带夹层的内胆辊壳(9)、挡火法兰(10)、天然气进气管(11),带夹层的内胆辊壳(9)两端通过法兰(7)固定内胆端轴(6),两内胆端轴(6)之间设有燃烧炉头(8),燃烧炉头(8)上设置有燃烧器(12);两内胆端轴(6)的中心线上都设有通孔,进气端的内胆端轴(6)内设置有天然气进气管道(11);燃烧炉头(8)的一端与天然气进气管道(11)的一端相连接,另一端设有挡火法兰(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述内胆端轴(6)、燃烧炉头(8)、带夹层的内胆辊壳(9)和天然气进气管(11)的中心线位于同一直线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述带夹层的内胆辊壳(9)内灌装有熔盐。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述烫光辊辊壳(2)的两端头分别与轴头(1)的凸台通过螺栓固定连接构成烫光辊主体。
5.根据权利要求3所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述烫光辊辊壳(2)的两端头分别与轴头(1)的凸台通过螺栓固定连接构成烫光辊主体。
6.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉头(8)的一端与天然气进气管道(11)的一端通过螺纹相连接,燃烧炉头(8)的另一端通过螺栓与挡火法兰(10)固定连接。
7.根据权利要求3所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉头(8)的一端与天然气进气管道(11)的一端通过螺纹相连接,燃烧炉头(8)的另一端通过螺栓与挡火法兰(10)固定连接。
8.根据权利要求4所述的火焰加热烫光辊,其特征在于:所述燃烧炉头(8)的一端与天然气进气管道(11)的一端通过螺纹相连接,燃烧炉头(8)的另一端通过螺栓与挡火法兰(10)固定连接。
