本发明公开了一种静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将分散剂8‑16份放入50‑70份的去离子水中,静置8‑16h使分散剂完全溶解在水中,然后搅拌均匀,再向溶液中加入15‑20份可见光光触媒粉末,再次搅拌均匀,随后加入脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10‑18份、醇类5‑12份和金属缓蚀剂5‑15份,最后加入pH调节剂1‑5份。本发明所提供的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,简单、易操作,所配置的空气净化器清洗液稳定、清洗杀菌效果好的同时不易损伤装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,属于空气净化器维护技术领域。
背景技术
随着空气污染问题逐渐引起重视,空气净化器逐渐成为人们的家庭常备设施,目前的空气净化器种类中,有一类采用了可重复使用的过滤装置,如静电吸附装置等,这一类过滤装置可在使用一段时间后进行清洗,以恢复其过滤性能,然而由于一些静电吸附装置的结构较为复杂,蓄积其中的颗粒物难以清洗干净,因此清洗效果往往不佳,而影响其再次使用的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,简单、易操作,所配置的空气净化器清洗液稳定、清洗杀菌效果好的同时不易损伤装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将分散剂8-16份放入50-70份的去离子水中,静置8-16h使分散剂完全溶解在水中,然后搅拌均匀,再向溶液中加入15-20份可见光光触媒粉末,再次搅拌均匀,随后加入脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10-18份、醇类5-12份和金属缓蚀剂5-15份,最后加入pH调节剂1-5份。
所述金属缓蚀剂为铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐中一种或几种组合。
所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/SnO2、TiO2/SiO2、TiO2/ZrO2、Ln2O3/TiO2、TiO2-Al2O3、ZnO/TiO2中的一种或几种组合。
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
所述醇类为无水乙醇、丙二醇、正丁醇中的一种或多种。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明配置方法简单、无需加热,对设备要求条件不高;使用本发明所制备的空气净化器清洗液,其中脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂可使包括油性颗粒物在内的杂质从静电吸附装置上脱离,可见光光触媒可以在可见光条件下,利用空气和水催化氧化分解反应,对静电吸附装置上留存的细菌、微生物及其他有机物进行分解,醇类有助于颗粒物和分解产物在清洗液中的溶解,分散剂则作为一种分散、稳定剂,有助于可见光光触媒在清洗液溶液中的均匀分布;而由于静电吸附装置的正极和负极多为金属材质,金属缓蚀剂可以保护正极和负极,防止其在清洗中发生锈蚀。
因此,本发明所提供的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,简单、易操作,所配置的空气净化器清洗液稳定、清洗杀菌效果好的同时不易损伤装置。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将分散剂16份放入70份的去离子水中,静置16h使分散剂完全溶解在水中,然后搅拌均匀,再向溶液中加入20份可见光光触媒粉末,再次搅拌均匀,随后加入脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂18份、醇类12份和金属缓蚀剂15份,最后加入pH调节剂5份。
所述金属缓蚀剂为磷酸盐。
所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/ZrO2
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述醇类为无水乙醇。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明配置方法简单、无需加热,对设备要求条件不高;使用本发明所制备的空气净化器清洗液,其中脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂可使包括油性颗粒物在内的杂质从静电吸附装置上脱离,可见光光触媒可以在可见光条件下,利用空气和水催化氧化分解反应,对静电吸附装置上留存的细菌、微生物及其他有机物进行分解,醇类有助于颗粒物和分解产物在清洗液中的溶解,分散剂则作为一种分散、稳定剂,有助于可见光光触媒在清洗液溶液中的均匀分布;而由于静电吸附装置的正极和负极多为金属材质,金属缓蚀剂可以保护正极和负极,防止其在清洗中发生锈蚀。
因此,本发明所提供的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,简单、易操作,所配置的空气净化器清洗液稳定、清洗杀菌效果好的同时不易损伤装置。

静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将分散剂8份放入50份的去离子水中,静置8h使分散剂完全溶解在水中,然后搅拌均匀,再向溶液中加入15份可见光光触媒粉末,再次搅拌均匀,随后加入脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10份、醇类5份和金属缓蚀剂5份,最后加入pH调节剂1份。
所述金属缓蚀剂为铬酸盐。
所述可见光光触媒为Ln2O3/TiO2
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为脂肪酸二乙醇胺。
所述醇类为正丁醇。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物。

1.一种静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将分散剂8-16份放入50-70份的去离子水中,静置8-16h使分散剂完全溶解在水中,然后搅拌均匀,再向溶液中加入15-20份可见光光触媒粉末,再次搅拌均匀,随后加入脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10-18份、醇类5-12份和金属缓蚀剂5-15份,最后加入pH调节剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述金属缓蚀剂为铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐中一种或几种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/SnO2、TiO2/SiO2、TiO2/ZrO2、Ln2O3/TiO2、TiO2-Al2O3、ZnO/TiO2中的一种或几种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述醇类为无水乙醇、丙二醇、正丁醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
7.根据权利要求1所述的静电吸附式空气净化器清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
